Well i know that sardasa sells Neteller for bitcoin, not sure about his rates but it should be close to 1:1 preev. You should check out his profile here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=668751. He's pretty trusted around here and has done a lot of deals involving reversible payment methods, whether he is indian or not i'm not sure. Always use an escrow and you can load them to your skrill and use the skrill funds and load your advcash account or spectrocoin account and buy btc with those funds for only 3% instead of loosing around 20% of those funds.
Oh really, if I am correct skrill/Neteller charge 7.5% fee to uploading paysafe card. And you can only upload your country cards only. Yes your correct about the 7.5% loading fee, but compared to the fees people charge here for PSC cards its usually a minimum of 20% and not sure about the country since I don't use skrill that much. Loading skrill using PSC is just a checkout through PSC and I don't see an option where it says anything about country it only requires the 16 digit pin when paying. Mostly cards are country IP lock. If you try to uploading from different country then it's balance will be lock. And you have to send mail to paysafe support to unlock it with receipt and explanation why it was using in other country. Mostly paysafe card seller not real buyer of physical card they do buy from other seller @50-60% and sell to 20-30% discount. That is why people charge high fee with paysafe because it's involved too much risk. |

It is possible if and only if you have the private key for the address. I don't know if Coinbase will give you the private key or not. Alternatively Coinbase could claim the CLAM on your behalf and share it with you. You would have to talk to them about that. I tried this site to check https://freebitcoins.com/clamchecker/dig/ but it's saying my account not eligible. Even I had my wallet address before then may 2014. I don't think Coinbase either give me private keys or will claim clam for me. |

Please note, if your bitcoins are with coinbase you won’t be able to claim your lumens. why? Because Coinbase move funds from your wallets to their hot and cold wallets. And your main wallets must be empty. So no benefit of signing wallet. |
