1061  Other / Meta / Re: Stunna's trust on: July 29, 2015, 02:35:56 PM
It's probably because you trust dadice who have left stunna negative so that is taken into consideration.
True but why does it show a question mark then?

Those question marks appear when someone has more positive points (total unique positive) than negative points (2^unique negatives) like in this case. It can't show it as green because there's a negative but showing only negative would probably be wrong too because of that many positives. 1062  Other / Meta / Re: Idea for improvement on: July 29, 2015, 01:19:37 AM
Just a small idea maybe to have control more over each section having its own scam folder or closed and no longer in operation for the trades sections hardware and investment games gambling sites. This way would be a lot more laid out than people just marking scam and it being cluttered up. This way topic can be closed and moved and put into scam section of that section of the forums where if mods are active can move posts into it or have a set mod to keep members aware and move stuff into it. That way it frees up the legit and paying sections and keeps the scams or problem sites in its own section.

Having a sub-section for closed threads on every category would probably make sense, but that would be a lot of work for moderators. I'm not sure if it would be worth it. If users followed the guidelines and edited the title with [Closed] and locked the threads it wouldn't be required at all.
Regarding moving scams to that new sub-section I don't think it will ever happen because scams are not moderated. Mods can't (must not) lock or delete a thread if they think it's a scam and they certainly wouldn't be able to move the threads to that new section.
1063  Economy / Long-term offers / Re: [Need] 3 BTC loan on: July 27, 2015, 04:02:00 PM
1. All Steam accounts are in my property mostly 11-12 years. All good accounts, and I even have more. Do you know the value of 5 digit accounts? As I have more then listed on sale.
There are also newly created accounts where I have included only new games by code redemption. And I guarantee that I am the only owner and that they will be safe while are "in your hands" (by time that loan not returned in full).
2. I also offered domain names in addition to increase value of collateral. I am currently selling more then 130 domain names. And I am ready to give about 70 to cover the loan.
3. I would not involve my forum account if not realy needed. I'd rather take a smaller loan, but as I mentioned in 1. and 2. = I have more then 150% to cover the loan value.

My point of loan taking is not to take and spend on whatever. I need it to finish my project and I hope to return it in even less then 3 month, but I have to give myself a space just in case to try to gain that funds in other ways if my project does not success in 100%. Anyway, loan will be paid back in 3 month guaranteed.

I can't give an opinion on Steam accounts as I don't have experience on that but 70 of your listed domains should be enough to cover the loan plus collateral. Personally the problem I see here is the long term of the loan. 3 months is a long time and some problems could arise. For example if BTC price goes up then the loan could become more than the collateral, also should the collateral need to be sold then the renew date would be too close for several domains after 3 months plus some grace period (if it's asked). There wouldn't be too much time to sell it and renewing 70 domains would be way too much.

I could give this loan if it's possible for you to take it for considerably less time. For example if 30 or 45 days would help you for about 0.15 or 0.2 BTC interest. We can discuss the exact interest and domains in that case.
1064  Other / Meta / Re: Hacked Account on: July 27, 2015, 03:05:44 AM
Verified, archive of the post with the address.

However you should use an older address, and there's always the chance the account was sold. I'm leaving negative trust until you get it back or there's a proof the account was sold instead of hacked.
1065  Economy / Lending / Re: 1.1BTC loan required, collateral available on: July 24, 2015, 05:53:44 PM
Hi folks,

I require a 1.1 BTC loan for 21 days.

Loan Amount: 1.1BTC
Duration: 21 days
Amount to Repay: 1.265BTC
Interest: 15%
Collateral: Your choice of a .COM, .NET or .IO domain worth $300+ (list available upon request)

If agreeable, please use trusted forum escrow to facilitate the transaction.

Thank you.

My previous loan requests:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=917032.0
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=872407.15

What domains exactly can you offer as collateral? I can fund the loan if the domain(s) can really be sold easily and immediately for more than BTC1.265 (very few can) and not only it was estimated by a site to be worth that amount. What registrar are your domains on? Will you push them to the lender/escrow's account?
1066  Other / Meta / Re: What if there's a scam website in my signature? on: July 23, 2015, 01:41:34 PM
I don't think you would get any negative ratings, i mean recently a staff member was participating in a signature or avatar campaign promoting a scam site and nothing happened to him so nothing should happen to you.

He was probably in a default trust list so if there are some people talking shit about him he would give them negative trust for false accusation :/

There were 2 big differences in that case: first it wasn't sure it was a scam, there were just strong suspicious; and he stopped promoting it quite soon after a thread was opened and he read people's opinions. So we can't really compare your question with that case.

If you promote a scam and keep promoting it while knowing for sure it is a scam of course you would deserve negative trust and you would get it. Someone who knowingly  helps anyone to scam in any way and gets money to do so is definitely untrustworthy.
1067  Other / Meta / Re: What if there's a scam website in my signature? on: July 22, 2015, 08:30:14 PM
If someone is offering you 0.6 a week it's you that is probably going to get scammed,. You might get negative if you knowingly promote a scam but why risk it or promote it in the first place? If it's a scam you probably won't get paid either unless you get the money upfront or in escrow.

Of course it's paid upfront. I got more deals and is the highest, but the website he wants to promote is a scam ( nothing new, but I will stay honest and won't say what website is it ).

Thanks guys for the messages you sent, I will go through it now.

If you already know the site is a scam and you promote it anyway then you can be completely sure you will get negative trust.
1068  Economy / Lending / Re: Need a Loan 0.6 btc, weakly 0.10btc payback on: July 22, 2015, 05:20:58 PM
Verified, the address was posted here.
Because of the amount and the long term I could do this only with your account as collateral, i.e. you wouldn't have access to it until the loan is repaid. Let me know if you'd consider this option. Of course escrow would be OK to hold the account if you prefer.
1069  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: Risky Investment - Give me Bitcoin and I'll put it all on RED and split profits! on: July 22, 2015, 05:06:27 AM
You don't offer any reason to invest with you, since you only pay back 50% on a 2x bet.
So why don't we make our own bet, and instead of getting only 1.5x prize like we would from you, we get 2x for ourselves.
And you don't offer any risk management or insurance, you say "obviously you can lose all your money"
So there is really no reason to bet with you. Sorry, Ill pass

I need $ man. lol. plz

Then you mean you want free money and you will just take whatever amount you receive and never send anything back in any case? It's quite easy to fake a screenshot that 'proves' you lost the money. Fortunately nobody will send anything.

This is not funny and it looks like a (very poor) scam attempt. If it is a joke then you should lock this thread and move it to Archival, otherwise you could start receiving some negative feedback.
1070  Other / Meta / Re: EAL should be demoted on: July 22, 2015, 04:51:17 AM
Newbies crack me up.

You really think the forum works this way?

Yes newbies definitely see Staff members as representatives of the forum, even if it's not that way. The word 'Staff' kind of implies that.

Make baseless accusations and get mods canned?

Baseless? Stunna can check the IP addresses of the accounts:
Almost all of the above accounts that are claiming the PD giveaway share the same Non Tor/VPN IP as EAL on their Primedice accounts.

And of course Admins should check the IPs here too and take other measures to confirm those are his alts before taking any actions.
1071  Other / Meta / Re: EAL should be demoted on: July 22, 2015, 04:39:38 AM
So you claim that since Eal is smarter than you he should be demoted?

This doesn't have anything to do with Bitcointalk.

Besides he does a good job at modding.

~BCX~

Smarter? How does claiming multiple times from multiple accounts show any kind of smartness?
What EAL did (if confirmed, it seems it is) is definitely not trustworthy. I'm not sure if it deserves a trusted negative feedback -probably does- but it's definitely an untrustworthy behavior. I strongly believe staff members should be very trusted because they're somehow seen as representatives of the forum (regardless of whether they're really that or not). Unless EAL does a magnificent work as Staff then I agree he should be demoted. Admins should definitely check this.
1072  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: [Verified Paypal] to BTC on: July 22, 2015, 04:24:36 AM
Hello guys i wanna start up with bitcoins , currently i have 210$ that i would like to turn into bitcoins.

I don't mind going first as long as the other person is trusted

PM me or send me your skype

have a nice day

Since you created an account just for this and considering PayPal can always be reversed no matter what nobody will (should) deal with you. There's no way to guarantee you won't charge back later, even 6 months after the deal is done. Using escrow or you sending first won't protect the seller. Beware of PayPal and other reversible transfer services

If you want to deal here try a non-reversible payment method. Otherwise try virwox or localbitcoins.
1073  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: [WTS] Android faucet for any coin ★FREE under certain conditions! on: July 21, 2015, 12:52:52 AM
Can you make a game as part of the faucet?

I am really interested.

Hi. Unfortunately my experience doesn't include too much from games, I develop more utilities.
The faucet can be completely customized, however that's not included in the free offer. I'd need more information to give details and an estimate of time and cost.
Feel free to PM me.
1074  Other / Meta / Re: My negative trusts on: July 18, 2015, 12:11:16 PM
You gave me negative feedback only based on your assumption so no I will not remove mine if you don't remove yours.

Anyway like the last guy that replied which I like his reply is:
You can give me -20000 negative feedback, is not that i care anymore. I will be here to help people like I already done several times without asking anything in favor.

My assumptions?  Roll Eyes Sure I 'assumed' that based on the proofs I posted above.
Honestly I didn't expect you to remove your lies. That would have really surprised me.
1075  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Selling default trust account (ESCROW ONLY) on: July 18, 2015, 04:31:43 AM
Hi,I'm selling a default trust account that is a newbie with a low post count, the account is on the default trust list
 Grin Offer me,escrow only!

AFAIK there is no newbie account in the DT :/

There's at least one newbie account with a low post count on default trust. It's shown at the end of the list. I think that's the only one but I'm not completely sure.
1076  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Scammed by "funtotry" for $90 BTC u=181802 on: July 18, 2015, 01:08:04 AM
It seems everybody scams OP!
Apparently I scammed him 4 times! 10 BTC each! according to the accusations he made in my profile. If only I could find those BTC40.
1077  Economy / Lending / Re: Need BTC lone 0.25 BTC on: July 17, 2015, 09:30:31 PM
I dont know if you can read but i added post to domains i collateral. ..
No, you didn't.

collateral:All my domains if i fail to pay in term
That's not how collateral works. You'd need to transfer them to the lender (or escrow) before receiving your fund in order for them to be considered collateral. If you offer to send them as repayment when you default the loan then there's no protection for the lender, it's just your word.

In my option few of domains worth 10's of dollars or even more.

Only extraordinary domains are considered valid collateral. Most domains (including yours) are worth less than reg. fee.
In order to consider a collateral to be valid it must be possible to easily and quickly sell it for more than the loan amount plus interest. The fact you're having a hard time to sell them for even "10's of dollars" shows that condition is not met.
1078  Other / Meta / Re: My negative trusts on: July 17, 2015, 09:11:43 PM
I will remove my feedback I left in your profile if most people think it's unfair and there isn't the slightest evidence as you have affirmed. I expect you to do the same if people think your feedback is wrong. Here's the proof of the feedback I've left:

Quote
Beware of this user. He's selling a guide that allows people to scam by easily charging back payments. Besides he's clearly posting lies (see reference) so it seems he tries to scam scammers.
Here you were selling a guide that allows people to scam by easily charging back payments: https://archive.is/KKafm
There I asked "Is this guide made to buy BTC or something else and then chargaback (i.e. scam) or to sell BTC or something else and then prevent a chargeback..." and you replied "it contains both versions and it works".
Regarding the part where I say you were lying. You posted this: "I tried my self with a 2nd paypal account and it worked like a charm" in OP and later you said you needed the money to buy the account in order to resell it because you didn't have it yet (unfortunately I can't find an archived version of the second page of the thread).

Quote
Sharing a guide to card PayPal accounts and commit fraud. Avoid any deals with this user.
Here's the thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1009768.0
The guide (which is still online today) includes steps to buy hacked/carded accounts and how to commit fraud with it.

Before you were claiming the feedback you've received is just lies and without the slightest evidence. Now you finally accept at least you were a "scammer, cheater and many other things":
... accusing me of a scammer, cheater and many other things, OK maybe they were right as in the beginning ...

However before trying to suggest you changed you forgot to even remove the guide to commit fraud you shared.

I want to notice as I never left negative feedback to anyone without proof.

OK I see:
Quote
Dumb, dummier , dumber . Thinkin of him self like some virtual cop of sh and blaming me without the slightest evidence.
I just posted evidence of the feedback I left. I hope you honor your word and remove the feedback you've left in my profile so you can claim you have "never left negative feedback to anyone without proof".

You left this feedback on Quickseller's profile today:
Quote
This guy is the worst of the worst, what he has done has no description. I am trying to clear my image with a post in Meta and this guy gave me a negative feedback. This feedback will be not removed never ever whatsoever. This has no pardon, what he has done deserve a lifetime negative feedback.
He left the feedback on 2015-04-30, when you were still active with your fraud guides, not today after creating this thread. So you lied here too.

The other feedback you've left are nonsense too. Let's see if you have some decency and remove them.
As I said I will remove mine if most trusted people think they're lies without "the slightest evidence".

As reference here's your feedback as it stands now: https://i.imgur.com/49tWMDV.png
1079  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Selling 75$ BTC , Need Paypal on: July 17, 2015, 04:58:59 PM
To the original poster , try to sell for non reversible payment methods like Perfect Money, or Payeer, otherwise the people in here will never deal with you. As long as these guys see paypal they completely freak out, but don't take it personal, these are 99% of the persons dealing in here.

And if sometimes you need to buy BTC, you can buy directly via Payeer exchange. Or use Localbitcoins.com

Let me tell you another thing, you can invest those btc in Bit-x.com and get very few BTC everyday if you really don't have the need to them.

No, OP is selling BTC, not buying it. The problem is he was demanding to be payed first without escrow. That's a common modus operandus of scammers. They give the excuse that PayPal is reversible and therefore there's no risk to send first. Of course that's not true. They usually get the payment in PayPal, withdraw it and never send the BTC. Then repeat with another PayPal account. The buyer may or may not be able to reverse the transaction and the PayPal account may or may not be in control of the scammer by then.
Once he noted no one would deal with him without escrow he invented a deal and fled with lame excuses.
1080  Economy / Lending / Re: Need BTC lone on: July 17, 2015, 02:21:19 PM
Why are you doing this?I will give negative feedback back. ..

That is not my fault that peoples trust some scams .I m not one of them. ..

Also someone could scam me . ..

Because unfortunately people trust scams and there's no way to know whether you're one of them. I'm doing my best to stop more scams from happening. Sometimes I do receive negative trust back as revenge, while annoying of course that won't stop me.
All you have to do is offer valid collateral so everyone is safe. You can use a very trusted escrow to keep the collateral so you're not scammed either.
