I think you might be right. More and more countries learn about cryptocurrency and are starting to use bitcoins, but it will be hard to replace a country's currency. That being said, perhaps digital currencies can co-exist with fiat money. Who knows. One thing that our world is great in doing is to adapt a system. I think our world right now can easily get in touch with crypto since the evolution of technology is so fast. I think it will mot be a problem if crypto will really get involve with the world since the world itself is great in accepting something. Good thing is that crypto is just a good institution. |

This is a hard question since both coins has their own advantages and both of them are really good. But if I'm going to choose one I really agree that it will be bitcoin which will take over of the market. All the altcoins, as well as Ethereum, is in a way or another, dependent on BTC as BTC is a dominant coin in the cryptocurrency market. Ethereum is no new, it is also affected by BTC price. But every coin has its sovereignty. Its value may go ups and downs but when it is only $1 worth, it can perform its functions thoroughly.
Actually without the existence of bitcoin those kind of coins can function more and be more valuable. The only thing that hinders them to reach there potential is bitcoin itself. because bitcoin without the internet will not be able to be accessed and used.
many countries that say they want to ban bitcoin and break sites that enter bitcoin will never be able to. because if you only block sites that enter bitcoin, there will be other sites that can be used to enter and access bitcoin. if a country breaks the network in the entire country itself there probably will no longer be able to use bitcoin. so the conclusion as long as the internet is still there bitcoin will still be there.
We can't deny the fact that the power of bitcoin comes from the internet. Actually without internet bitcoin can't be made for it is product of technology. It's life lies within internet so if the internet will be shutdown then bitcoin will die too. Well bitcoin has no competition because until now no one crypto can able to move faster over bitcoin, and as long bitcoin alive i am confident that it will not be beat by other crypto and for me even the enst altcoin ethereum can not beat bitcoin because bitcoin is too strong. That's a great idea but sad to say as of now no country has ever offered to accept bitcoin as a payment for buying gold or silver. It's not a trend nowadays and no one is starting it yet.
