just for fun and kicks, i went and re read like the first 115 pages of
https://www.courtlistener.com/docket/6309656/590/5/kleiman-v-wright/

just to see if i missed something that juan noticed..

and my opinion remains

the first 80 or so pages are just waffle
then at like page 88 it talks about the 'signing proof' but doesnt really ask the questions of if the signature was fake. just has a litle subtle hint of saying possibly bamboozled

it vaguely suggests that its asking could CSW have had private keys. but it just doesnt even bother to go into detail about the proof being valid in the first place. it just lacks digging that hole. even after wasting 88 pages of nensense before it didnt ask the kind of questions that the community would expect

then the next dozen+ pages jumps straight into who was involved in the trust. the tri-party ownders of the trust

to me it doesnt really look like kleiman side is trying to catch CSW as a fraud with no collateral. but trying to ascertain if craig does have access to the funds to pay out and who were the 'partners' deserving of it

in short kleimans side is not denouncing the validity of the tulip trust, but instead trying to show proof CSW has access and daves estate deserves funding

not much digging was done into the 'bamboozle" statements. it just kept jumping to the tri-party ownership of the trust

seems your lacking actually looking at the case with a clear independant mind
and instead trying to point things in my direction with your own opinions

all in all this case is going to be more meaningless drama without actually ending CSW game.
funny part juan, is that your weird way of trying to discredit what i say. is actually what validates CSW game

the court case is set up not by some judge deciding to grab CSW and put him in court.
but instead a case set up by CSW and ira for them to bicker on their 'narrow scope topic'

courts actually are very much the theatre for many people
its used many times as arbitration to settle an argument between 2 different positions
even if both positions are wrong outside. on the inside all the courts do is weigh favour in one direction or the other

anyway
ever heard of patent trolls using courts to scam settlements for stupid flimsy patents just by letting it take years to really 'fight'
ever heard of the 'ambulance chasers' that use courts to get compensated for the smallest of 'incidents'
ever heard of cases where the aim is to keep people wrapped up in litigation for so long they give up fighting
ever heard of .. well i could go on with many civil cases that are just a waste of a good judges time

here is the thing. if ira accepts a certain narative and claims that he agree's to it. the judge doesnt jump in and says 'its all a lie, take CSW to prison', instead the judge simply says case win is in favour of X
and this whole case.. on both sides is saying that tulip has value.
thats its 'narrow topic'
both sides are saying tulip is valid.
rest of the world outside the court knows its not. but that does not matter inside the courtroom

the judge did not introduce the topic. and many people in this very topic and other CSW related topics think that the judge is all powerful and the judge will ask all the right questions and find that CSW has purjured himself.
sorry it doesnt work that way. and by ira not calling it out because its ira that holds the supposed case opposition, not the judge. then CSW is not going to get called out on it.

just read the case and actually ask yourself knowing the real facts of the public keys list CSW has not being a 'satoshi stash', with the fact that no private key proof was found. and all the other lame excuses.
ask yourself how many oppertunities has ira's side had to call CSW out.. and just not done it

the narrative, the scope the 'narrow topic' was set up between ira and CSW long before the case was even filed.

You are just unnecessarily striving to convolute matters when you are trying to suggest that level of conspiracy or purported cooperation.

when you actually read the conversations of both sides in court. you do not read it as ira trying to 'out' craig by showing proof craig is a scammer.
the questions asked are hinting that the trust/craig does have value/ hoards and that its just bickering over who deserves what %
emphasis.. nothing to do with proving craig is not satoshi/unvalued

do not think that this case is the final/only case that will occur. and definetly dont think it will be the one that 'outs' craig as a scammer.

if you are thinking this is the final chapter in craigs saga. then i must spoil it for you.
ira and craigs goal is not to prove if tulip is truly real with real signature proof of collateral.

instead its frenemy bickering to try to make it appear that there is no way to disprove tulip/craig value.
but hey.. i know we all want it to be the final nail in craig coffin.. but the bad news is. this is not the case for that.
heck its not even a criminal case. so kind of no harm no fowl for craig.

craigs true nail in the coffin will come from another case at another time. this case is just drama incepted by his ilk

not even a relevant story line
bitcoin is open source. bitcoin has no secrets

yes it uses encryption for its keys. but that encryption is well known to the NSA way way way before bitcoin was a thing. so its a bit backward.

i think its going to turn out to be a silly b-movie parody trying to combine many conspiracy and social trends.. kind of like how 'scary movie' tries to be a parody of scream but has loads of other random movie sub plots added in for no good plot story bases

Any such experiment breaks down from this freedom for all. You built your community, then your neighbors came and captured you, enslaved you, or sold you to other neighbors. What will you do? "The FBI please help??»? All your libertarianism is based on the utopian idea of absolute freedom and is broken down by the oldest "right of the strong". I'm sorry but it's true.

yep.
i said this years ago. he wanted communities that agreed on laws..
funny part is disagreements happen
he replied people can just move away
funny part is. his pods are stuck on poles moored to the sea floor
he had a argument with thai authorities and couldnt simple just move the pod.. he ran away instead

he then replied nonsense.. as he lost grasp of the idea, denying the initial idea was even a thing he was involved in

then he started a new project and hinted to the original plan
then he started another project thats just going to be tourist villa's at $10k a week

typical response from badecker.. advertising bigtree's subscription service.
idiot.

as for arizonas covid cases.. yea they went on lockdown way before covid really hit arizona and so stayed around only 300 cases a day(low numbers i agree).. but now the rules for lockdown are relaxed.. oh look
                     /
___________/
2500 cases recently.
its on the rise.

and i wonder how long badecker will stay silent before shouting that people need to start being more careful in his state.

here is another funny thing.
tash thinks its only the old that would have died this year anyway. (idiot)

its actually about anyone who gets sick enough to need hospital.
would they get treatment if everyone who that is at risk of getting sick, got sick in a small window of time
think about how many hospital beds there are per person
even if there was only a 10% 'severe symptoms but survive with treatment' there are not 1 bed per 10 population
even if there was only a 1% severe symptoms but survive with treatment' there are not 1 bed per 100 population

the real fact to really understand is.  would they have survived if there were no spare hospital beds to even treat them

..
lets imagine it this way.
there are only 2 surgeons in a hospital capable to handle blood loss and crushing injuries from a car accident
.. but then there is a traffic incident involving 50 drivers. all injured to the extent that they could live if they got to a surgeon and had an operation...
surgeons only have 2 hands. and only 2 of them.. so chances are majority will die without treatment.
so safety rules are put in place to reduce the risk of people even getting into car accidents.

Members of Parliament of #Brazil break into hospital that claimed to have 5,000 infected & 200 deaths from #COVID19 & CAUGHT THEM RED HANDED NOT ONE PERSON, they have FRAUDED THE WORLD!!
https://twitter.com/aoecoin/status/1272712575537438720?s=21

when a president and a few of his MP's tell people to go invade a temporary hospital.. do you know why.
because the president and MP's knew it was empty all along. remember. as politicians they make the dicisions for its build/use in the first place. and for its non-use.. because it was not even finished and set up to even take patients YET
.

.
the game here is similar to having a house builder start making new houses because there is alot of homeless people.
but before the windows are fitted, before the plumbing is done. get the community to break into the houses and see no one is living in them. then say that there must not be any homeless people because there are empty homes that no one wants.
do you get it.

how to get away with something is to make people beleive a story you prepared.  the temporary hospitals were not even set up to be fully functional to actually handle patients. yes its a waste of money. and many countries done it. why
because back in january they thought the only symptom was breathing issues. so they only made temporary hospitals that had oxygen therapy. yet we now know that even with excess oxygen pumped in the mouth down the throat. wont all get into the bloodstream via the lungs.
meaning people need the real hospitals that have ECMO machines and other systems and treatment available.

this is not that covid is not around its that the temporary hospitals were not fit for purpose. and some stopped finishing them when they realise others already built were not fit for purpose.

meanwhile people in REAL hospitals getting the whole variety of treatments. are still getting treatments
but the government want t use the stupid ineffective temporary hospital drama as a ploy to get people back to wrk so he can keep grabbing taxes from people

It might be that Del Bigtree - who sued the CDC and won

he sued the CDC and won??

10788  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Does Mass Surveillance Lower Crime? on: June 17, 2020, 12:50:10 PM
surveillance does not prevent/stop crime.
other wise thats a plotline for minority report movie.

the psychology is that if a would-be criminal were thinking of doing a crime. but then see's that there are camera's everywhere. they would think twice and maybe not do it.
so many shop owners put up dummy camera's or cheap ones with crappy quality lenses. just as a deterrent

but most criminals just damage a camera/ spraypaint the lens becore the crime. or wear a disguise.

the point of surveillance is not to directly stop crime. but when a crime is committed, police them have a large ware house of possible already gathered evidence to grab onto instantly to speed up the identification/detainment and incarceration of the criminal.

EG say an idiot went to a protest and got in a fight. as his defense 'im innocent i wanted to go for the peaceful protest'.. but the prosecutor finds evidence of email and skype message exchanges that the person planned it and it was pre-meditated fight.

now suddenly a small scuffle that might have just got a police warning. is suddenly a prison term for grieveous bodily harm with intent.

so its not really to stop crime. its to try to lower the number of crimes that dont result in arrest/prison
10789  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Craig Steven Wright is a liar and a fraud - Tulip Trust addresses signed message on: June 16, 2020, 09:38:33 PM
I have a tentative belief that in the good ole days, a guy like him would have been locked up for a decent amount of time, including merely just submitting fraudulent documents in a court (even if it happens to be a civil, rather than criminal proceeding), but it seems that either courts have become more whimpy or maybe the threshold for locking up someone like him is a bit higher than I am estimating it to be.  So, sure, I could see Craig fucktwat getting locked up, but, like you, I have doubts about how likely something like that would be - or is it just merely wishful thinking that we might be able to remove some obvious fraud scammers from the public space for a meaningful amount of time that might either allow them to learn a lesson (seems doubtful) or at least protect society for a while.

in the good ole days courts were used for real cases of trying to find truth. where there were 2 people on opposite sides.
but when both craig and ira are on the other side and IRA is not calling out all of craigs BS and is continually playing along with craigs game that tulip has value and try to get the judge to believe it enough that whomever wins they both win.. its not going to turn into any jailtime.
if things get too hairy. one side will just drop the case. and then repeat elsewhere.

certain people in this topic know craigs a fraud but cant grasp the fact that ira is actually playing on team craig. and they are just pre-game sparring partners.

try to ask yourself when the real questions and evidence is so abundantly clear. why ira is not using it. asking it
this whole civil case is just a delay drama piece. a sham case.

the real court case would have to be another court case, with real questions asked and real punishments on the table.
current case is not about ira vs craig its about trying to validate tulip by deception

and the idiot above still has no clue
the HCQ can effectively kill parasites. but not viral particals.

what he does not realise is if somethings is not 100% effective the virus would just survive and alter slightly to be less weak against things that weaken but dont destroy

its like if you have a baseball bat on the street and swung it at a motorcyclist. yes you will knock them right off and severely hurt them.. but then to think you can do the same damage to a car driver.. is like not realising reality.

what a car driver does is just carry on driving and get windscreen repaired. and if its getting constantly attacked by a baseball bat. it then puts in strengthened glass.

HCQ is good at some things. but not others.

things like being diabetic is not about the insuline. its about sticky blood that slows down antibody transport. and stops the antibodies from recognising the sites they need to get to, to be effective

the vitamin deficiency is about fuelling the antibody manufacturing. but it does not matter how much fuel you put into a vehicle if the engine is missing. all your doing is then just flushing the fuel down the drain

you cant just cure immuno supression with nutriants. however if your body is just immuni deficient due to lack of nutrician then it can help.

but idiots like badecker and the other herbal advertisers. dont understand how complex biology is. and instead just beleive some herbal suppliment sales person advertising the cure for cancer and illnesses is lettuce

10792  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Would you give your life for your nation? Who matters most, family or nation? on: June 13, 2020, 03:57:03 AM
joining a national military is not 'freedom fighting' nor is it protecting your family directing.
its resource fighting.

people call the freedom to drive their gas guzzling cars at a cheap fuel cost. a freedom fight of invading the middle east to steal their oil.
the first world war where most men went to war. helped the women left behind being the majority population so that politicians had to give them the rights to vote because they were the majority and their opinions started to count. (their thoughts not mine)
women became empowered by being the majority working population and if they went on strike no one was left to run the factories.

this was not about shooting someone in a foreign country giving women rights to vote. this was about just not having the men at home that empowered and gave women more responsibilities and thus more rights.

yes occassionally there is a couple terror attacks that can kil people within the nation. but these terrorist activities have nothing to do with the political power of what laws are rights and responsibilities.
infact its not the terrorists that change laws to expand or infringe on peoples rights or responsibilities. its the nations own politicians

so if you want to be a freedom fighter. dont attack a foreigner in another country thousands of miles away. find ways to stop your local politician from over reacting to a situation and prevent them from helping to implement new laws that infringe your rights.

getting arrested for political dissent is far more healthier than getting a limb blown off because you entered a foreigners private property they are protecting as THEIR right.

it makes me laugh how freedom fighters want to defend their own property. but get angry when others want to protect their property and want to stop the first person from invading.

if you want to be a freedom fighter and not just a brainwashed racist killer. aim your target at local politicians

millions die in other countries for oil/drugs but too many people are afraid to risk their reputation by stopping a politician from reducing peoples freedoms
10793  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Coronavirus Outbreak on: June 13, 2020, 01:48:18 AM
a question
how do you dupe an idiot into thinking fake news is not fake news.
the answer
by putting it on a site called no more fake news or using a platform that calls all other news fake news.

what these idiots dont realise is that they could actually research behind the spoonfed article/video presented to them, ..but no, they just trust whats been spoonfed to them as the truth because they think these article/video editors done the research for them

so here is the truth
in february/march new york doctors were still learning about covid and not trained on treatment protocol because alot of doctors from multiple departments were being pulled into the ICU department.
yes there are many cases were for instance an ER doctor working temporarily in the ICU was giving patients ARDS treatment when the patient was not yet at the distress part. they were still sitting up, talking. yet these inexperienced doctors would put them onto ARDS treatment protocol(ventilation/sedation) because they dont know better.
but here is the thing. these doctors got found out pretty quick and a particular doctor got downmoted back to the ER department for being stupid and using ARDS on someone who did not yet have respiratory distress

..
truth is. doctors have to do lots of tests, blood, CT/xrays, covid tests. and build up a list of test results and symptomology to then form a diagnoses.
they cant just make up a diagnoses. because at their M&M reviews it would get called out on and they can lose their medical licence/job.
..
yes medical negligence does happen. but its not as high as fake news portrays where 250k die due to medical neglegence. because that would be 33% of hospitals deaths

the number is actually far lower. but fake news exagerates a single instance of one doctor. to then sound like awhole hospital of 2000 doctors are corrupt
fake news exagerates instances of that one doctor on the ward for 5 days to sound like the whole hospital was doing it for 90 days

...
even funnier. the fake news then exonerates the negligent single doctor, because he tries to save his career by shifting the blame off his own inexperience to sound like it is the hospitals protocol. and so fake news hero worships him as a whistle blower/martyr

but this truth will never even enter the small brains of idiots. because they will trust the fake news that is pretending not to be fake news that has given them an entertaining story/action packed narrative, that includes a hero.

idiots will remain idiots because they like to be spoonfed like babies instead of actually bothering to research behind what has been said.

so lets make this very clear
medical negligence is not 33% of all hospital deaths

now lets explain this fake news study about the 250k 'medical neglect' deaths
did you know that a large majority of this is where diabetes patients die from diabetes complications. and researchers then ask. how can people still be dying when there is good diabetic medication available.
they then churn through data and find that patients were not taking their meds correctly. and then look further back and find out doctors failed to highlight/trigger any protocol for patients who were not taking meds.
and guess what they blame the doctors for not intervening.
yep. when a patient refuses to listen to a doctor, or is just lazy or just heard some fake news that the medication is worse then a chocolate bar and they should 'eat their way to health' using foolish diets. the emphasis is not put on the patient who is being stupid. but on the doctor for not intervening and forcing the patient into compliance.

and then the doctors who do try to intervene. they are then seen as being too pushy, and over stepping their doctor-patient relationship. and again they are treated as the bad guy for trying to 'pill push' their patients.

but. what is not really said is without medication. more diabetes related deaths would occur. but because there are now ~80k diabetic related deaths. they say that this number should be 0 because diabetes complications are preventable. .. but instead of saying patient refused to follow doctors advice. they blame the doctors for not enforcing compliance.

if you look at all the illnesses now being declared as 'preventable' due to medications. if people still die due to the illness. the emphasis is not put on patient lack of compliance. but doctors lack of intervention.

so here is the thing.
for the very very few cases where idiot doctors that are not ICU trained put patients on ARDS that dont need it at that point. .. compare that to the number of patients that actually do have ARDS that would die if they were not put on ARDS protocol
yep if there are 1million that needed hospital care for their covid symptoms. and only 100k deaths because they couldnt recover. probably only a few dozen were actual medical neglect.. but if no treatment was given and people followed fake news advice to refuse to go to hospital for any treatment. then that million would die.
millions would die due to the exaggerations of a dozen cases, being tweaked to sound like all 100k deaths were medical negligent cases. thus scaring a million people to die without treatment

dont get me wrong even them actual couple dozen true medical neglect cases need to be highlighted. but under their own factual bases without bias and without exageration to make it into a bigger story.
they should be highlighted as a big story on their own factual bases.
fake news should stop trying to scare millions of people into dying without treatment using small cases of a dozen examples. they should highlight the dozen examples as a dozen examples and shine a light on those dozen examples of bad doctors. not hero worship those doctors. simply because those doctors revealed that hospitals are not perfect.

and yes. idiots who are loyalist to conspiracy will have read my post and will stupidly demand i spoon feed them. wasting weeks crying that they cant be spoon fed the truth. well this is your chance idiot to not waste weeks crying about not being fed. but use the weeks to actually do some research
10794  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Global warming explained once and for all. IPCC says: nothing to worry about on: June 10, 2020, 04:39:08 AM
....

plants dont like the cold. plants dont like low carbon.
...

Cold is an order of magnitude more deadly than an equal increase in heat.

not really
if an average comfortable temperature for humans is ~20oc (15-25)
alot more people suffer at 40 than they do at 0
inuits/eskimos live hundreds of generations at -10 but how long can people live at 50
so yea i can see the fear of temperature rise.

but the whole 'carbon effects the green house gas' stuff.. has nothing to do with ground temperatures at all
thats stratosphere talk not troposphere

it would be better to say about how the carbon falls in snow/rain and turns the ice sheets black thus making them melt thus changing the temperature and such. but being vague and saying its a greenhouse gas thing. just doesnt grasp the detail and makes things very iffy.

also the whole '0.xoc' is just not really compelling fear. especially when there is usually a 30oc swing in temperature depending on seasons. a 0.xoc just becomes a marginal statistical error probablity amount

what is more concerning is that in places near jakarta pretend the sea level rise is huge...
but actual sea level rise is only millimeters a year. but the ground subsidence is alot more. thus making it look like the sea is rising, where as the truth is the land is falling

yep indonesia pollute river water so companies grab at the underground water to bottle, wash, farm with, which cause the land to subside

too many idiots with half sciences always try to blame carbon. yet carbon is far far lower than the 1800's
the reason people dont know this. is because the measuring techniques changed in ~1960 which has offset/hidden the real value pre-1960 because the real value pre1960 was limited
if people think london is more smoggy than the 1800. then they are reading the wrong fact sheets

im guessing this will next turn into a stigma that more black women are having unprotected sex than white women. and then turn into a stigma that media and TV are subliminally suggesting black women should be hyper sexual and that TV needs to stop making sexually provoking TV and treat back women as Asexual professions . whereby reviving the 'independent women' 'girl power' 'me too' movement

yep this next bit is taking a badecker tin foil hat stance... but imagine if the meetoo group started saying that unwanted pregnancy was the new form of rape. even when they consented to sex they did not consent to getting pregnant and the males are then criminalised for not wearing protection
10796  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Senate Bill Proposes $10,000 per Month UBI on: June 10, 2020, 02:37:47 AM
what not said is this $2k a person is going to be the equivalent value of $1k of millennium value. due to inflation
where historic social security benefits have not been rising to counter inflation to curb poverty

so yes for like ~1-2 years it might feel like its inflation beating where the 2020 inflation is about ~$1860 equivalent of millennium $1k so $2k is 140 'extra'
but by 2023 it will feel just the same as giving someone $1k at the millennium and then feel like even less there after

yep if you could only buy 1k loaves of bread in 2000 using $1k. soon 1k loaves of bread will cost you $2k

think about it.. 3% a year (yes some years are 2 and some are 4. but for simple maths demo lets use 3)
2000:$1.00, 2001:$1.03, 2002:$1.06, 2003:$1.09, 2004:$1.12, 2005:$1.16, 2006:$1.19, 2007:$1.23
2008:$1.26, 2009:$1.30, 2010:$1.34, 2011:$1.38, 2012:$1.42, 2013:$1.47, 2014:$1.51, 2015:$1.56
2016:$1.60, 2017:$1.65, 2018:$1.70, 2019:$1.75, 2020:$1.86, 2021:$1.91, 2022:$1.97, 2023:$2.03

so when people got UPTO $1k a month per person is the exact same as 2022 people getting $2k
but then after 2022 it will feel like they are getting to buy less things again

remember inflation is the hidden tax no one see's
if your getting $1k in 2000 your able to buy less bread each year even though the income has not changed

yep millenniums &.50 minimum wage should be $15 by 2022 just to BREAK EVEN
but we all know that inflation is going to be higher in 2021+ so would need to be ~$20 an hour minimum wage just to have a 5 year buffer of 'prosperity' of people earning an income of good value

inflation is not to help people. its so that if government have a $1trillion loaf of bread value debt at the millennium they only have to hand back 500billion loaves of bread in 2020 to pay it back

its about shortening the government debt but increasing its treasury deposits

then realise that although craig is going to be found guilty of fraud LATER ON.. that is for another case another time in another venue.
then realise the current case/venue is about something else. and the details of it are very clear as to what its all about

yes we bitcoiners know that craig is a fraud. but the law does not work in that fashion.

like nutdildah does not realise is the very simple stuff.
from the LEGAL prospective of the ATO. at this present moment craig is only under investigation for tax AVOIDANCE. which is civil. thus statue of limitations
the whole 'is tulip real or not' is still in question. so ATO are not going after him for fraud(criminal) presently

ATO has not even done much on the evasion/fruad part of craigs 'company' all the ATO have done was audited a company and asked for tax.

tax avoidance. is not criminal
tax evasion/fraud is criminal
learn the difference and it will enlighten you more

what im saying is that craig THIS YEAR is trying to escape the civil tax bill. by keeping the ownership of the assets in question..
after all.. who owes the tax if they dont know who owns the asset

its why he nominated himself as satoshi then backtracked because he knew the tax bill would hurt him. part of his game is to say if he is or isnt or if ira or another person was.. or if they all knew/were satoshi. causing so much confusion for tax AVOIDANCE purposes. along with the whole 'cant access funds for x years' BS

but still having that fine line of pretending that there is assets and it has value and he has access to it

yes we devs and bitcoin people know the tulip trust is fake. but in court. in law. that is still in question

what i said multiple times now.
craig is trying to escape the civil tax bill statute of limitations deadline.
but
later wont be able to escape the criminal fraud.
but like i said. and you need to realise this. the fraud is not court proven YET

again for emphasis. to save reposting to idiots
yes we in the bitcoin community know that the tulip trust has no assets and is just a txt file of public keys anyone can copy and paste.
yes we in the community know craig is a scammer. but the law is still in the grey area. and the ATO are not pursuing the fraud because its still in question.. thats a fight for a later date. and yes craig will lose that fight. but thats not the fight happening this year.
this years fight is to outpace the civil stuff

and the funnier thing is. people now want to fish it out of the river and put it into a museum so that people can remember the history..

um wasnt that the whole point of the statues purpose.. just done so in public without needing to buy a museum pass to be reminded of bad history

china locked down its borders in january. which is why normal 'commercial' flights stopped. and wy it did not get to other chinese countries

however.
other countries. like italy like america demanded 'repatriation flights' thus bringing it to other countries.
there are rumours that american scientists cant work on research unless they have legal jurisdiction and permission. so the initial government 'scientific advice' was to bring a few cases to the US so they can get blood samples in american jurisdiction so legally they can do as they want to make their test kits, and treatments.

its the same as ebola..
years ago the question was 'why did they bring people with ebola back to the US' the answer is it needed people in the us so that they could study it.

so while trump and science pretends china sent it to america. the actual truth based on science, flight data, and news and actual medical records is america brang it to america
