It is a foolish man that makes same mistake often times. A wise man that's his correction or sick cancel. Trading is analysis based so watching the charts can help not to make same mistake but the reason for such mistake is like you said, greed. Sometimes we take high risk and hope on lucky but many times it fails.

This price prediction may not happen this year at least not up to $50k and if that didn't happen this year we are seeing next year which is a year before halving. History also has it that during the time close to a new halving, market price goes bear. Except that next year is going to bull before halving but I think $50k is not easy to show up in near future.

The fall of bitcoin has definitely had some effect on altcoins and there is no way this won't happen because bitcoin is the force behind the market of cryptocurrency. An investor has to consider investment in bitcoin before the others (and that is surely an influence) and when such investment don't go to bitcoin, it hardly go to altcoins. Taking a look at the market, you see the value of many coins have dropped, this is the reason that bitcoin drop.

Buying the buttom is a good investment time but the real time for that is unpredictable. Some investors have felt this buying moment since the time of 2 months back but yet the price still dropping and today it still falling. I think a little more time till the end of the month will still be a better time. Whatever price will shift to depends highly on bitcoin price also.

Talking for the drop in bitcoin price, you may be part of the very few numbers of people who don't know that bitcoin rises and falls. That the price of bitcoin is expected to drop after the halving bull. That normally after a bull, a correction is expected. That the saying that bitcoin is over priced in value and that the price peg for bitcoin is still below the current price.

In real economy analysis somehow you see the injection of new money into the system as a factor that increases development and that pushes up the value of estates if the injected money is used for infrastructure and capital projects. Such money that is injected is either printed or borrowed, it is just like an evil that can't be avoided likewise capital projects. Take away capital projects then real estate will have no value. Borrowing and printing of money will be done but if used well then inflation will be controlled.

This is the function of stop loss. When you use stop loss you have a perfect peace of mind while on the trade because the worst that can happen in that particular trade is to lose that part mapped out of your balance that you have decided to trade with.


It is actually not a must depending on the traders experience or choice but it is required because it helps to reduce our loses. I have realize using of stop lose is better to be used when we reduce our risk. Because the reason for the negative experience that have made traders to recount bad experience by using stop loss is to take higher risk and when the stop loss is caught up, it will take off huge amount of our balance. Taking lower risk trade is better with stop loss.

I think sometimes setting a pending order and instead of jumping in at any little sign that looks like it (whilst it is a trap) can safe a calamity or bad trade experience for you. Imagine you set an order around $18k for further sell and the price didn't get down there at $18k but got to $18,500 and bounce off to buying mood, this would safe you from losses if you had jumped in for sell and the price is buying mood. Sometimes pending orders are really good.

The assumption by Op is so direct as if he saw tomorrow lol. Is still a prediction even when the indicators support that and he didn't provide such so we can see the analysis he is making. I think the bear is taking so many people a long time and the waiting is getting on them alot but then the 2018 bear lasted a longer time than what we have yet seen. We probably didn't see this coming because bitcoin flew to $64k.

You don't do what others are doing because they are doing or because they are profiting from it but you do what you have the strength and capacity to do. So now I ask you whether you are a trader or you only hodl. If you are a trader then you know better and if you are hodler you know better. But surely bitcoin, bnb etheruem are also good to hodl. Bitcoin is on bear but when the bull come, hodlers will start smiling. If you are a trader, it comes with its own challenge of liquidation, fluctuation etc.

This is surely true, many social media and YouTube videos are only to enrich the bloggers and not for the readers benefit. You mentioned indicators, true it is better to understand the indicators that better fit into your trading pattern and not to depend on the influencers because nothing comes to you freely. Understanding the indicators and combination of them helps us to get profit. Hard and rigorous personal study will give us the real understanding.

Despite that the government may later become very interested in it and try to do a regulation on cryptocurrency, they can only succeed in their digital currency and not in crypto. Moreover also they can regulate centralised cryptocurrency but not decentralised like bitcoin. They can also have control on the exchanges in operation in the areas they control and the friendly countries around them to restrict their citizens.

At this time there is no guarantee for any kind of trader to make easy money. Fomo is on and that has a lot of carefulness to exhibit. Again to the extent that traders are expecting a bull and keeping an eye on it in making order but the price keep going down within $19k and $21k as you said. I think a little more force or hype is what the price is waiting to pick direction.

What do you really mean by working in the market? You talking about learning to trade by yourself? Anyway that is a good step, it is better to learn through demo and not to stay by and cry of what is happening or trying to go into pay group and copy trade because that will not help at the end.

I remember when I joined the road of this forum, I also heard of this when lambo but I didn't understand it immediately until a time I started picking the reason. During the time I heard bitcoin when lambo the price was still very cheap below $1k in that time but many people did procrastination on it as they do also mow and delaying the investment. Soon in 2017 that time around the second quarter, the time it was last quarter, the price has already announced bitcoin because it went as high as $17k before it eventually increased more at the last month. Now also it is looking like the same, buying cheap is equivalent to lambo depending on the measure of risk taken.

This seem like more easy answer and not too much and confusing explanation.  Simple buy stop orders are used if you intend to buy above the current price, then you place on the price you wish usually above current price. On the other, you use sell stop order if you want to sell below current price. This is simple to understand better and you can work that out yourself.

This is true and CZ has started the obvious as an exchange pioneer who has seen it all in the crypto industry. This topic never seize to come on the forum during this season of bear. This is the time that new investors rush into the market because it looks the profit level is going to be high at the time bull run starts so buying this time is to wait to join the run if bull is to start soon, either a long wait or a short waiting.

Investing now is still a nice idea and I hope our investment is not only going towards coins because they are cheap. Right now many cheap tokens are up in the market so to buy those cheap tokens takes alot of care and research. As it is going now, to invest in top coins from CMC is more realistic than buying for just the cheap price. Investment takes prudence and accuracy to avoid shit tokens.

I like this as it is giving insight on what has happened in the past about altcoins but more importantly the trend change is not on anyone to know and the best is to keep eyes open on decision to take and to follow up with the market activities not to act on buy when the bear is still on. The price has been on fluctuating levels from the past week going down to $18,000 but today with the correction back in $21k level, this is not sure that the correction is bull for now.

Panic everywhere but vetirans know it that whether history or not repeating itself, bitcoin capitalization will increase after a while a the bear itself will become the history. Bear time is buying time for sure. The dead instances of bitcoin isn't dragging bitcoin down, what is happening in bitcoin price is history like we know, bear is normal and bull likewise.
