1081  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: trading strategy or shot in the dark? but it works 6 out of 10 times on: October 25, 2017, 03:39:31 PM
I made a bet with a friend who is a trader that i can beat him in the market with a simple (KISS) trading strategy. I know think i may be on to something. lol

I started by finding the biggest gainers in (24 hour) on coincap that are priced below a dollar. This is a list of 30 coins. I then cross referenced the biggest gainers - (1 hour) This gives me a list of 3-7 coins on average.  I then buy into each coin and hold it for 2 hours an sell. I ran a test on this and 7 out of 10 times i have turned a decent profit. Most coins lost value but the other few covered my losses and turned a decent profit. Average 20-30%. When i lost, i only lost less than  10%.

Is there something to this?

Go to trade the multiple coins first and take the price index of the each coin closely monitor every hour to set the trading value in your account which you opened in your exchange. As you said you may find the people use to sell the bitcoin when the price is high and buy the coins when it is low that is usally followed method by everyone. Continously selling and buying is not the right to I think.
1082  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Best Gpu for the future? on: October 25, 2017, 03:01:20 PM
SO i read it that 3gb cards are more likely to phase out in 2018 due to DAG.Any suggestions?

3GB cards are not good enough to start mine any coins. Everyone usally prefers the Radeon series cards and Nvidia cards when they start the bitcoin or any altcoin mining. In these model 8 GB cards are preferable to mine ethereum and bitcoin. If you want to go with the lower end miner which can give low hash rate and clock speed. You profit will be estimated as very cheap profit.
Check the radeon 470 to start mine or go with the ASIC miner machines.
1083  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If bitcoin can be used in gambling. Is it possible to use it casino? on: October 24, 2017, 05:25:11 PM
For now I cannot heard any casinos who accept bitcoin in any countries, but it is possible if the bitcoin community and casinos industry will joined forces. I think it is a good opportunity to bitcoin because they where increase more the value and of course community of bitcoin are extensive unto casinos and other projects.

Real time regulated casinos will not accept the bitcoin because they have regulation issues to use the bitcoin and other decentralized coins but you will be able to find the many online casinos available in every places.
Especially in European regions you will find more number of casino and sports betting site available. Every day almost 500 plus bitcoin is been used in gambling. Some may be winner and most of the people are loosers.
1084  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Richest Saudi's Prince Statement on: October 24, 2017, 04:49:41 PM
You know there is a saying.... "Opinions is like assholes, everyone has one." ... You know people with money, like Jamie

Dimon, think they can force their opinion onto other people and this is where they have it totally wrong. People hate these

"know it all" types.... A lot of these people pay other people to think for them and they just go with that. Bitcoin can fail or it

can go to the Moon, nobody knows.... Trump is President of the USA, who would have figured that? Not the Prince.  Roll Eyes

But their figuring on bitcoin will not work at all. Since bitcoin is the decentralized money no one can have a control on it. There are many critics about bitcoin like volatilly, illegal usage and many more but none of the person can do anything to bitcoin.
Decentralized platform is the one of the world's best platform to invest then how bitcoin will be dead and all.
Whether Trump or King salman nothing will be affected to bitcoin.
1085  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Too many ICO incoming, i'm lost in those !! on: October 23, 2017, 05:42:11 PM
I'm just start into Crypto about 1 month, as people, i'm looking for a good ICO to invest with a dream that it will sucess and bring me some profit. But there is a lot of ICO incoming, some sound very good like HXT, Storm, Cryptaur or Electroneum. I'm really lost in those, i tried to do some research like people such as: their white paper, roadmap, v.v.. but i can't not found what is the best for me to start. Can you guys give me some advice or some trick to do a research.

Thank you.

If you're looking for a good one, I think, I think that indaHash ico is worth to check it out and if interested you can try to invest in it.
For you to research  you need the key tool, that's keeping your wits around, and keep track of each and every small thing. Who knows what will get linked from what. Do your own due diligence and check out on what people got to say about it here in this forum.

Have you checked their whitepaper release and their blog to gather the proper information about the ICO project. Most of the people will cheat the investors who bought tokens on he pre sale and left with the money they paid.
Some trusted ICO team will have the escrow to handle the token distribution and payment you made for them. Go those kind of projects to do not get cheated by someone else.
1086  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How difficult is it to sell your position? on: October 23, 2017, 05:04:08 PM
I would say it's not difficult to sell, it's just base on timing. You just need to monitor if your coin is in the best selling opportunity and that's how you do it. It's only timing and whether you are already satisfied on the profit or you are still aiming a hign sell position.
I think so that there isn’t any difficulty to sell your coins anytime when you think that there is a need of selling your coins.

Selling is something which should be done only when you are getting enough amount of profit. Do not sell when the market prices are falling down or there is a chance of losing your money. Be wise while making your decisions as one wrong decision can suffer a huge loss.
It wont really be a loss as long you do sell even on small profits but yet its not really an ideal stuff to do such thing but if you do really need money then its your choice.Exchanging it on your local fiat isn't really hard at all since there are lots of exchangers or local wallet providers which would cash out on the bitcoins you do sell on fiat basis. We shouldn't really bother at all because this thing isn't really a problem at all and its not really difficult for us to stress out on such situation. The difficult thing only if we already on the torn on selling out because of cutting loses specially on doing trading.

Have you sold your bitcoins for fiat currency? Since seeing your replying you don't be sell your bitcoin before. I use to sell the bitcoin whenever I need in localbitcoins.com, I use to sell it. Trusted escrow manage your fund. Hence you no need to worry about that you will lose your money. Before you start the trading you please check the person's trust in the exchange whether he has the 100% trust.

1088  Economy / Speculation / Re: BITCOIN END PRICE on: October 22, 2017, 12:40:51 PM
That is the toughest call one can make as its really not possible to predict a price it can't cross as the circulation and supply is limited and the demand is currently increasing at a good speed. Who knew that BTC would come this far when it was created, and moreover the value can't stay at a fixed price, even if it goes down it will be up again, so when will it stop increasing is a baseless question.
At the moment it seems it will reach 100k, though it will take time.

No one will ever predict the of the bitcoin's price. The line in the chart is more on going up and I think that it will go higher in the future.  We all know no one owns bitcoin and no one can tell when will the production of it will stop.  What we can do is to continue earning it,  to take advantage of any dump and to enjoy every pump in the price.

If ever bitcoin die I am sure that there will be a huge effect especially now that many people are gaining knowledge about it.

I don't know what is end value of the bitcoin because I feel that since all the countries are does not move the digital currency evolution. We see that Japan, India, Philippines and some countries implementing blockchain security and bitcoin p2p network in their projects.
Until all the countries learn what is bitcoin and its uses then only that is the right time to speculate the final value of bitcoin.
1089  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Maybe the bitcoin bubble organized by the Americans? on: October 22, 2017, 12:13:40 PM
It seems to me that bitcoin is a special operation of U.S. intelligence. The price of bitcoin will rise with great speed until bitcoin will gather up all the dollars in the world. Then it will depreciate sharply, and thus the Americans will get rid of its foreign debt. This is very similar to the truth. What do you think?

illuminati's bankrupt and financial crisis in fiat only taken part by the US Government. Decentralized and independent platform like bitcoin cannot be regulate and control in aspects bro. Likewise, bubble is matter any commodity but it is completely depend on the supply and demand not by the US residents.
Mostly all the altcoins owned by the Europeans and US guys only dumped big in the chart. If they in control they would not let the coin controlled anytime.
1090  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Bitcoin Only Exclusive Items on: October 22, 2017, 11:57:11 AM
Are there any such retailers? All I can think of is illegal black market online stuff. You're probably going to find a few if you start browsing the dark web lol.
These retiles are not really sufficient and the profit of the bitcoin will be high if the best source of the income will be applied for the increasing income of the bitcoin I am going to invest the high money I the bitcoin to get the good service for the increasing price of the bitcoin, I love to be the bitcoin user and the money through the bitcoin will give me the unstoppable profit indeed.

If for you, that is your strategy then its fine as long as you are profitting from it. But we all have different strategy and sometimes just having one income is not a smart strategy if you want to make more money. At least op is finding other coins which is maybe tough considering it is not in the hourly basis that altcoins price is changing. The only thing good about btc is it is always moving but altcoins can also be a big profit in a long term investment.

Nowdays altcoins price falls to well, if we invest the money in altcoins you are in high risk buddy. I think you are not checking the difficulty graph of any coin in the coinmarketcap chart. Thus bitcoin is the only hope for all to find the profit. So you should be hold the bitcoins for some years.
That holding will give the profit that you wish to invest on altcoins.

1092  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to Safely Claim Bitcoin Gold on: October 21, 2017, 04:21:54 PM
If someone wanna avoid Private Keys complications, the easiest way to claim BCG is via Yobit. Yobit has already declared that it will be supporting Bitcoin Gold.
All you need to do is to send your Bitcoins in Yobit wallet. Wait for Bitcoin Gold listing and you will immediately get BCG in your Yobit wallet where you can immediately sell it for Bitcoins.
Yobit Timer of BCG listing: https://yobit.net/en/bitcoingold/timer/

Yeah please let me get my valuable bitcoins and send them to yobit of all sites. That seems like the nut worst idea I dont even care if I get bitcoingold then. If you have your private keys which every

body should have wait for the bitcoingold to get dropped there or supported there. It isnt worth risking your real bitcoin for something that will be gone and forgotten about pretty soon

In electrum also I noticed that expecting private key to seek the bitcoin gold reward for the bitcoin I saved. Yobit will gonna add the bitcoin gold in their trading and already they started  their timer to run in their site.
Bitcoin gold is supporting here and there is no issues in trusting bitcoin gold since you are me supporting still the bitcoin cash.
1093  Economy / Speculation / Re: BUY OR SELL on: October 21, 2017, 04:04:46 PM
well it depends if you need money now then you sell your bitcoin I'm sure you get big profit because of the price of bitcoin is now 6,000 but only if you bought cheap price. If you want to invest bitcoin for a long term maybe 2 years buy bitcoin then. I'm going to sell my bitcoin once the bitcoin hit the price that I want to sell.

Whether you bought the coin recently or earlier don't sell your coins till the upcoming fork. Price may bump and dump after but if you sell the coins which you then your amount will be move to traders hand and supply will be dumped and the bitcoin may be blocked in one place. We should not allow that to happen like what we do when the BCH splited. Hope you understand what I am saying.

1096  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Turning crypto into fiat or is that even nessesary anymore! on: October 14, 2017, 06:10:04 PM
Most efficient and cost effective way of exchanging BTC to fiat is using your local exchanges for many reasons, of-course make sure they are trusted before you use them.

The issue is that local exchanges can be potential scams. I'd say dealing with someone very trusted here who accepts escrow is better than dealing with a local exchanger. Overall, exchanged just boil down to what you're comfortable with though.
There is no doubt in this thing that there are so many scammers sitting in the local exchange market but this doesn’t mean that you stop converting your crypto into fiat or vice versa. You need to find some good trading exchange like that of Bittrex trading exchange. You’ll hardly find any insecurity while performing any transaction over there.

So why are you going in that there are many online exchanges which fits for us to start trading. I do trade my bitcoins with the localbitcoins.com only from the day I get into the bitcoin.
Now recent days their deposit fees only bothers me because it is additionally wasted my bitcoins I have in my online wallet or desktop wallet. I wish it to reduced because most trusted platform to sell our coins.
1097  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin in College??? on: October 14, 2017, 05:20:51 PM
Bitcoin as a course or any related currency on web.
In my country we have multiple courses in computer especially programing and web developments. My course is also information technology, but i've never heard or learn about online currency as bitcoin. In present, and future studies is there any chances for inserting about it in education. In your country is it available?
It would be better for any country to adopt bitcoin in educating new generations. Instead of playing games and wasting money in surfing xxx sites.

As far as I know at the current curriculum in our country, it is not yet included. It would be a good idea though to include it in the program of IT and other related courses so students will learn more and apply their knowledge in their future career. If including crypto currency in the lessons of these courses have proven effective and helpful, why not include it to core subjects/units too.

None of the politicians and corporates cums with educational politics will never allow you to learn bitcoin and its technology. If you able to learn it completely in your school time itself you can able to make the job in your own way. You will not face situation like facing your boss and manager for simple queries. This is how world corporates constructed education for their own purposes. Will wait and see what happens in future.
1098  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Whens all bitcoin going to be mined? on: October 14, 2017, 05:04:57 PM
Hello, when do you guys think all the bitcoins will be mined?

Coins use to mine with the GPU and ASIC miner now there are huge range network pools has been use to start mine bitcoins and other altcoins which is been top in the market capital chart. Whenever the transaction falls up we needs the effort of mining machines. Till that day mining will works for sure. May be in future we may find different type of machines also for sure.
1099  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Bicoin gold on: October 14, 2017, 04:50:25 PM
Is there now some list of exchange sites that also support BTC Gold? Because i think the previous was issue because it is not supported by others. If there is a list? could just post the link. thank you

No list for bitcoin gold and for me this is big scam or its gonna be. Do we need additional bitcoin to coin list, simple answer NO. Dunno why so much fuzz dont think it will be something from this, but to be honest many expect to see same as with bitcoin cash. Dont get hopes high, there will not be anything with this.

When the coin splited from the bitcoin sure it will have a market capital, supply and unique value of it own like other altcoins value in coinmarketcap list. I think its value will be 500$ USD atleast in the starting time as time moves up surely price fall like BCH's price.
How the coins should be scam dude. With this coin, people may dump the bitcoin supply, you be careful about it only.
1100  Economy / Services / Re: looking to buy anything under $20 btc on: October 14, 2017, 12:12:49 PM
So, what do we get for working with you? Or let me phrase it this way - what do you get?

We could easily go to a site like purse.io for Amazon, or even a universal service like the countless Bitcoin debit cards or a site like all4btc.com. I'm assuming you give a discount on the purchases in Bitcoin? If so, how much?

purse.io accessing is will be working inside amazon only to buy the products. Instead wasting time him we can directly go with the trusted source from the forum member! Moreover Op has the negative trust under his account. How people has many trust are inquiring with him. From which place he can buy and reselling here? Where are he can ship since some country's shipping cost will damage his profit? I think op may reply to us.
