I think it's because of the price of gold is not much change since ages. That's why older people think it's more safety to invest your money in gold/silver. Also the demand of gold always high and many people still buy gold. Older people thinks gold is more safer than investing on cryptocurrency, you can even see the crypto market is get rekt right now.

We really need to be careful on what we are investing. Don't waste your money in some shit cryptocurrency. Always research about the project and the team of the coin that you're interested. It is okay to waste your time researching about it because losing some money is very hard to regain especially when you are only a beginner here in the world of cryptocurrency. Don't invest in some hype coin. Always do your own research because it is always the best way to gain some profit.
In fact, very few people know how to research about an ICO. Almost them invest in ICO because of the advice from other people (what we called "hype") It's true and hype bring more people to invest on ICO but of course that hype only at good project, not at trash project. Actually i joined some telegram group about these ICOs things and i always join a pool to invest an ICO and most of them are a good project. With the current situation on crypto market, is a bit hard though to find a good project nowdays. |

Always clean your pc every month or week using good antivirus or malware, never download something suspicious in the internet. When you stored your coins, don't stored it on exchange especially for a long time. Just stored it on your own wallet, it's more safety because there are many case that an exchange get hacked.

Yes it is, because most of the ICOs usually accepting ethereum but sometimes they are accepting bitcoin and other altcoins too. Waves also used by ICOs too but not much as ethereum do and waves is not popular compared to ethereum. I think it's only ethereum that can become the king of ICO FOR now because we never know, maybe we can see another big altcoin with good tech that can beat ethereum. |

What are the measures to keep your private key safe and in memory ? Are there any alternatives to retrieve the key back ?
Copy the words to the notepad or wordpad or microsoft word and save it to your pc and don't forget make a backup copy on flaskdisk or hdd. I think you can't retrieve the key back, once you forget, you can't see it again. That's why you must copy the words and save it. If you really forget the key, i think the only way is make a new wallet. |

Banyak sih gan yang mempengaruhi bagus tidaknya suatu projek ICO, kalau ane biasa lihatnya dari whitepapernya, team dibalik projek tersebut, kalau isinya orang2 terkenal pasti kemungkinan besar bisa berhasil projeknya. Kalau jumlah orang yang ada ditelegram grup itu gak berpengaruh menurut ane, soalnya mudah gan tinggal bikin airdrop aja pasti banyak tuh yang bergabung di telegram grupnya. Kalau mau yang lebih gampang lagi, tinggal tungguin pre-sale atau private salenya gan. Kalau cepet laku bahkan sold out dalam waktu beberapa menit itu berarti banyak yang minat investornya dan bisa dipastikan itu projek bakalan sukses. |

I have waiting for one month more to get my payment form their bounty campaign, but until now they are not sent me the payment form signature campaign stealcrypto. Campaign have ended more one month but the payment still delay until unknow time, I have ask their team and always said we will process the payment as soon possible. They have delay and do not sent us the payment.
It's better for you to talk directly on the telegram group and ask it there. Tbh, we can't say bountyhive is a scam without a proof. I have an account on bountyhive but i never join a bounty there because there is so laggy and we can't see a spreadsheet and we never know the names who join the bounty. Its just lack of transparancy on bountyhive. |

Is bounty programs impacting negatively or positively to the success of icos?
I can't say the impact is 100% big but i think the impact is positive to the success of ICOs. The thing is, the project owner/dev don't need to spend their money to the bounty, just offer the tokens 1-2% from the total tokens to bounty. So yeah bounty programs is useful and worth it. |

Nope, no way the price of ethereum will reach $200 in this year. Just look at the market right now, it's going up and i'm sure it will hit back to $500-600 again. Every mistake has its lessons. When you make a mistake, there are three things you should do: admit it, learn from it and do not repeat it.
Ever since i had been in this space, i have only been used to bitcoin, ethereum, NEO, waves, tokens that use their platform and some other very common coins, but just this week was my first time of transacting fully on XLM platform.
I got a token that uses the platform of Stellar (XLM) and i was able to trade the token into XLM on their decentralized exchange.
My mistake came in when i was about to transfer the XLM, to be traded into BTC on another exchange.
I thought the process of transfer would be the one i had been used to, not knowing that i was supposed to include a "MEMO".
I eventually transferred it, waited for hour, but found nothing.
I was bothered.
It was in that process i got to know that memo was to be included. That was my mistake.
I admitted i had made the mistake.
The lesson i learnt is to always study every thing first (both new and old, because old things can still change), before jumping into it.
This mistake i have made up my mind to never repeat again.
I AM SHARING THIS FOR YOU TO LEARN FROM MY MISTAKES AND FROM YOURS.

Its sucks dude, i also got the same experience like you when i want transfer XLM to an exchange. I forgot the memo too, luckly it's only a small amount. Mistake like that is a bit common though on XLM users, people sometimes forget about the memo. I have a friend that also missed the memo and lost around $1k. Lesson learned though, just keep it remember on your head from now. |

Nope, they don't have that option "forgot password" on my etherwallet website. I don't know why you forget your own password, that's basically the most important think on your wallet lol. I think no one can help you about this problem, just make a new wallet and don't forget the password again. Why not use the auto save password on google chrome? |

Token hasil dari bounty dan airdrop itu gak bisa langsung dijual gan, mesti tunggu sampai marketnya ada. Yang paling gampang agan coba cek tokennya di coinmarketcap, ada atau gak dilisting di coinmarketcap. Kalau ada ya tinggal pergi ke exchangenya dan jual. Tapi kalau gak ada berarti emang belom masuk exchange. Cara lainnya adalah coba cek di exchange desentralisasi seperti idex, forkdelta/etherdelta, coba masukin smart contractnya seperti ini: http://forkdelta.github.io/#!/trade/(smart contractnya)-ETH. I will not definitely agree that the Bitcoin will end this simple. How would people think so easily that the Bitcoin will end in such a way that it is just on its downfall? It is just natural and just like now, it is going back to its normal price. And moreover, I don't think that there will be any other coin that can compete to Bitcoin popularity.
I think bitcoin will never end, if cryptocurrency not end then bitcoin will stay remain forever. I mean bitcoin is the most popular cryptocurrency and also many people invested in bitcoin too, we even can see many real crypto exchange in real life, the newest one is on Japan. I do that too, visit a website that informed us about altcoins, cryptocurrency news, new ICO and things like that but I also join a telegram group that always notified us when there is a new information about ICOs news and alerts. I think join a telegram group is the easiest way, so you don't need to find the information and just wait the telegram group informed you. |

Yang selalu membuat kita mengecewakan di saat mengikuti bounty di karnakan token ngak pernah di listng kemungkinan besar project tersebut scam gan,bila ada juga dapat token itupun ngak ada harganya. biasanya kalau sebuah project bounty campaing telah membagikan tokennya kepada para peserta bountynya, maka kemungkinan project tersebut scam kecil gan, karena mereka sudah membayar kontrak tokennya gan, kemungkinan besar project tersebut belum ada market exchange yang cocok makanya belum listing pada market exchange ya Lagian listing sebuah token itu gak mudah juga, kalau gak salah juga mesti pake duit ya buat me listing tokennya di exchange. Apalagi kalau mau listing di exchange yang gede biayanya juga sangat gede, ane pernah denger katanya bahkan bisa sampai $1 juta dollar lebih, gak tau juga sih bener atau gak informasinya. |
