Capaccioli secondo me prima di tassare qualcosa bisogna correttamente inquadrare appunto cosa sia effettivamente quella cosa da tassare ... ancora secondo me ci sta tanto lavoro da fare .. le istituzioni almeno iniziano ad aprirsi e questo è già positivo  Per quest'anno la vedo ancora difficile; basta vedere a cosa hanno detto/combinato nel G20 appena concluso. Tutti si aspettano chissà cosa ma alla fine ne sono usciti con l'ennesimo nulla di fatto....e come sempre ogni stato fa le sue regole. Credo che non si arriverà a una soluzione unica per l'unione europea non prima del 2020; nel mezzo ci saranno solo regolette di singoli stati, più o meno favorevoli. Per i commercialisti, se chiedi a 100 di loro avrai 100 risposte differenti, ma tutti più o meno ti diranno di pagare le tasse ( e lo fanno per evitare rogne in futuro); chi dirà il 26% chi altro ma è quasi impossibile trovare qualcuno che dirà di non pagare nulla o ti suggerisca un percorso alternativo. Ovvio che ti dicano cosi, non è per evitare rogne ma perché non è detto che non ci sia da pagare niente. Solo in un caso potrei dire che non c'è da pagare nulla, ovvero se hai comprato in una data x tot bitcoin e li hai rivenduti in una data y. Fine. Questo è l'unico caso in cui secondo me non ci sono problemi facendo riferimento alla risoluzione solita dei 51k. Tutti gli altri casi non sono assolutamente pacifici e soprattutto sono casi totalmente differenti. Premetto che non sono un commercialista, ma questa è esattamente la conclusione a cui sono giunto anch'io informandomi qua e là e riflettendo. Se uno compra bitcoin (o qualunque altra criptovaluta) in una "data x", li holda senza farci nulla (indifferentemente se la tenga su exchange o wallet) e poi la rivenda in una "data y", allora, fino alla soglia di € 51.000, credo si possa considerare esente da tassazione, in base a quanto indicato dalla risoluzione 72 del 2006, perchè priva di finalità speculativa. Ma se questi bitcoin vengono rivenduti per acquistare un'altra cripto, poi un'altra ancora e così via, fino al cash out finale in FIAT (cioè si fa trading, è indifferente che sia giornaliero, settimanale, mensile o pinco pallino)... anche se sono tutte operazioni a pronti, si può forse dire che non ci sia finalità speculativa? Secondo me, quindi, aparte il primo e limitato caso, in qualunque altro, il 26% di capital gain andrà pagato sempre su qualunque cifra, certo quando si fa il cash out in euro chiaramente, sia che li si tenga su exchange che bonificandoli alla propria banca. Anzi, mi risulta anche che tenendo euro su un exchange sopra i € 15.000, è necessario poi anche compilare il riquadro RW per il monitoraggio fiscale (chiaramente se exchange estero, ma tanto in italia aparte The Rock non ne abbiamo). Dite pure se qualcuno ha opinioni differenti. A mio modo di vedere l'unico, sicuro e certo modo per tassare eventuali gain delle crypto è applicare la tassa X sui bonifici in entrata, tutte le altre ipotesi sono dispendiose e tortuose; la stessa soglia dei 51k è fantasia, se non hai stabilito in primis cosa è o non è bitcoin e le altre crypto... e ti spiego il perchè. Forse per tanti oggi la soglia dei 51k viene vista come qualcosa di grande, e lo è anche sotto certi versi, ma per chi è entrato in questo mercato da anni, e ce ne sono molti, essa non lo è affatto; chi 3 anni fa ha speso SOLO 1000 EURO comprando bitcoin a dicembre-gennaio era abbondantemente sopra quella soglia ( per non parlare chi ha comprato ethereum o ripple, o fatto qualche buona ico come lisk o stratis o nem). Ancora....tra il 1 e 2 secondo caso che citi come fai a dimostrarlo, e mi spiego: ho comprato 1000 euro di bitcoin nel 2013 e col tempo ho fatto mille operazioni diverse su exchange e ico e ora voglio uscire. Come fai a dirmi tu stato cosa ho fatto io? 1)Nel momento che ho comprato i bitcoin e li ho spostati in exchange già è come fare un mixer di essi e io ti posso raccontare che sono stati lì fermi, e tu stato dovrai credermi finchè non trovi un exchange che ti dia tutta la mia movimentazione ( che non ci sarà perchè finora ti registri come cavallopazzo e sucami@hotmail.it) 2)nel 2013 ho comprato 10000 euro di bitcoin da cavallopazzo su localbitcoin, ho fatto i miei cazzi per 4 anni, moltiplicando pani e pesci, poi attraverso exchange faccio rientrare X. Cosa mi dimostri e come? 3)li ho minati nel 2011-12-13-14, poi eseguito il punto 2. Cosa dimostri e come? L'unico sistema che puoi adottare per tassare è prima di tutto stabile cosa sono e non sono le crypto, poi applicare X % a tutti i bonifici in entrata sui conti, indipendentemente da cosa, come e dove provengono. Faccio ciò, ti accontenterai di pigliare nonno Filippo e la signora Maria entrati con i loro risparmi, perchè chi ha fatto e farà i soldi troverà e userà altre strade! |

What happened the other day was an inadvertent triggering of a long forgotten bug. I stopped the mining at about 0.0001% of the full diff it would have gone to. Went into discord and explained all this and how to fix all the issues.
Within 24 hours I got the diff back down to what it was before I started mining and I estimate the total mining losses to be less than $1000.
All that had to be done at that point was resume mining and keep the chain intact with my having gotten a whopping 60,000 SAFE. Certainly the most inept attack every conducted. Get a small amount of coins, go in and publicly announce you did it, help the attack vector get fixed, and undo the high diff.
For thanks I am accused of attacking SAFE. If it were an attack I would have mined millions of coins and put the diff in the trillions. not just from 1 million to 10 million, but to trillions. Now that would be an attack. Even after the diff was to 10 million, the chain was still being mined, it wasnt forked. It was just temporary high diff like if a larger miner mined it for an hour. Really, no big deal in the big picture.
But your reaction to this has made it into a bigger deal. You made it clear that SAFE chain will be rolled back for arbitrary reasons and is not an immutable chain. You attack me incessantly believing that I am motivated by the money from getting SAFE.
Anyway, you now convinced me that I am like to attack SAFE. So I will.
To my mind you stole the notary mined coins, so I will get them back at some time in the future. This is my announcement of that. Feel free to keep rolling back the chain after each attack.

Holders of Combicoin do not receive dividends while the Triaconda holders receive dividends every month if they keep their erc20 token in their wallet .... the next snapshot will be on March 30th.

Surely as rightly pointed out jl777B there are several similarities with Komodo, starting from the site itself, and of course atomic swaps and all the rest of the roadmap is still to be demonstrated ....
but just Safecoin is the first true fork of Komodo, so obvious that it takes part of the code and its characteristics, and still has the whole road ahead .....
however, from the roadmap you can find some important features and differences with Komodo, such as integration in TOR as well as Jumblr and integration TLS Encryption OBFS4 (only other coin is Xspec)
