In base a quale sapere dici che secondo te ogni entrata in crypto deve essere dichiarata?  Quello che non mi spiego è il perché è così difficile capire che l’ADE non ha NESSUN POTERE legislativo e non può obbligare proprio niente senza una legge/norma a riguardo, che disciplini l’intera vicenda…..plusvalenze ma anche minisvalenze. Per curiosità c’è qualcuno qui dentro o conoscete qualcuno che è andato da qualche commercialista a chiedere come comportarsi con le minusvalenze? In fondo, chi più chi meno, chi è entrato in questo 2018 e forse anche un poco prima, tutti siamo in negativo. Forse non mi hai capito, io intendevo che per lo stato dovrebbero essere dichiarate. Ovviamente nessuno dichiarerà mai le proprie criptovalute, ne tanto meno io, che sono il primo a stare dalla parte della privacy e dell' anonimato, non per altro investo in DeepOnion una criptovaluta completamente anonima e irrintracciabile, anche più dei Monero. Criptovaluta == libertà economica Ok, adesso è già più chiaro e condivido in parte; questo perché penso che pagare le tasse, nei dovuti modi e equamente, sia anche giusto. Non vedo perché infatti se investi o speciali, a seconda dei punti di vista, sul Forex o nei mercati "tradizionali" accetti di pagare il dovuto mentre se SPECULI con le figurine e i Pokémon non le vuoi pagare?! Il problema della competenza cripto da parte dei commercialisti è serio, visto che quasi nessuno di essi lo è. D'altra parte, in un paese dove fiscalmente vale la presunzione di colpevolezza per il contribuente ed i teoremi arbitrari e fantasiosi di qualche funzionario del fisco sono validi fino a prova contraria, qualsiasi azione da parte di chi voglia incassare dei guadagni da cripto in Italia è una roulette russa. Il mio commercialista mi ha detto che su guadagni da cripto non c'è da pagare nulla in Italia, ma io non mi fido. D'altra parte, visto che sono residente all'estero egli ha anche aggiunto di continuarmene a stare fuori dall'Italia, che a stare in Italia in questo campo si va solo incontro a guai.
Falso che sulle cripto non c'è da pagare nulla, per quanto ne so io ogni entrata anche se crypto dovrebbe essere dichiarata, ma ci sono molti dubbi e incertezze al riguardo. Elliot Wave analyses are not 100% correct. Those analyses usually fails on crypto market. I never trust Elliot Wave and i prefer trend channels and fibonacci levels.
It is true, but if you think about it and if you have studied well, Elliot's waves combined with the Fibonacci levels are a fundamental weapon / aid for AT on Bitcoin; if then to Elliot and Fibonacci you can also match the cycles of Gann (in my opinion the most difficult and complicated to study, understand and apply in AT) you are a BEST TRADER and you will have much to gain! |

I have always recommended investment in Ico, but with caution and subdividing the capital reserved for it (only a part of the capital reserved for crypto) in more than one, and only after having carefully studied them; Well today I think, after a few months of evaluations and analysis, that it is better to buy in Exchange.
Too many variables, too many discounts reserved only for large VCs or Pools, so for normal users who buy in RC or simple ICO will always be swept away by big investors with much higher discounts.
Until the recovery and complete confidence of the market in general, it is better to leave the ICOs, even the most promising ones.

It's annoying to see bot in action in this thread that is useless stuff which it is posting into this thread. Dev must think about this and make it stop because it won't help the community and it will ruin the reputation of this big project.
Fully agree with you; this was a fantastic project, the first in his field and therefore had all the advantage, but the team is wasting all this and the token seems to be left to itself. Now, for a few months, to show some news or updates have put this bot in here that only post useless things. |
