11061  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Starbucks Credit Cheap on: April 19, 2015, 04:35:39 AM
I don't think there should be any problems. Why is that obvious? There are many ways to earn credits and starbucks cards online. I can just send the balance over. I have no problem going first and once you make sure you got it you can send over my bit coins.
LOL. Are you acquiring gift cards so easily that you can sell them for 20% of their value (legitimately)?

I am not sure if you are the same person as all the other SB gift card scammers, or if you are in the same ring of scammers, or if you are just trying an old trick, however it is fairly well known that anyone selling a starbucks gift card is almost selling a gift card that was ultimately purchased with a stolen credit card

Posts are in gambling section or giveaways so you can understand the post quality

If the majority of the account is from the games and rounds section, would you consider lowering the price?
This probably would be a good idea. This many posts in the games&rounds section signals a very low quality post history and the chances are high that someone would have difficulty getting into a sig campaign without first making a good number of high quality posts (for free aka not wearing a signature) before they can get in one.

I am fairly certain that you were not the one who was participating in these giveaways however I really do not like people who farm via giveaway threads like that as they are really milking giveaways from other people
11063  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Starbucks Credit Cheap on: April 19, 2015, 04:26:46 AM
I think it is pretty obvious that you are selling  gift cards purchased with stolen credit cards.

I would avoid doing business with this person as anything you buy from him will almost certainly go bad after some period of time (most likely after you have paid him)

11066  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Cheap BitcoinTalk Accounts-Get ROI in less then a week , ready to go on: April 19, 2015, 03:58:13 AM
How is the post quality of the accounts? If you are selling a senior member account with neutral trust, at least half-way decent post quality and no outstanding/unresolved scam accusations and no loans then I would be very interested in it. You would of course need to sign a message confirming ownership
11067  Economy / Lending / Re: Need 0.15BTC loan with collateral. on: April 19, 2015, 03:01:41 AM
i dont think the full member account is worth 0.15 + interest in collateral
Senior member in 10 days.
camelson is right. The fact that he has a high level full member account that should be able to become  senior member by the time his loan is due means that the lender shouldn't have any problem selling it fore more then the loan amount, although that is not a guarantee.
11068  Economy / Auctions / Re: Senior Almost Hero Account for sell on: April 19, 2015, 02:23:52 AM
I forgot to ask, can you sign a message from an addy posted here atleast 6months ago?

I am open to do anything needed but I don't have any knowledge regarding adress signing i pmed you maybe you can help me out with this.

Has the account you're selling posted a BTC address on an unedited post at least 6 months ago? Do you have the private key of that address? Those are the conditions for you to be able to prove ownership via a signed message.
Also what is the minimum bid increment? Will the auction be extended if there's a bid on the last minute?

I would need to go trough my old posts to see this. The account is nearly 2 years old. Is there another way to prove i own it? by private messaging the winner when the sell is over?

I realy want to say yes about the last minutes biding but as long as it fit in the 72 hours. I dont want to cheat anyone on this.

72 hours is the biding limit and I won't extend it , it's not really a fair move to do don't you think?

I recommend you to go through the posts and find a posted BTC address whose private key you control. Sending a PM only proves you control the account now but it's not a proof the account wasn't hacked. Most people won't bid without that guarantee.
I don't think extending the auction if a last-minute bid happens would be cheating as long as you decide to do so now and not when the auction is close to end. But it's up to you, just decide the rule now.
You didn't specify the minimum increment to bid.

I have others way to prove the account was mine and still recently active. I will allow the trusted buyers to see the account before they make the payment. But like i said i will try to find an adress posted in the last 6 months.

Increments would be 0.02
I don't think so. Without a signed message with an address associated with the account it is really not possible to prove ownership.

If you have never posted an address but have sent an address in a PM then that address would be associated with the account because it is not possible to edit PM's. You would need to tell the buyer/escrow which page in your outbox that the PM that contained the address is on and you would still need to sign a message from that address.
11069  Economy / Lending / Re: need .065 loan on: April 19, 2015, 12:38:24 AM
It might help your case if you can get the escrow of your signature campaign to agree that your signature earnings will be used to repay the lender directly as this will provide somewhat greater protection to the lender.

You also might want to increase your offered interest as well as .005 BTC is really a small amount to get for any loan and is probably not even worth the time for most people to pursue their own due diligence.

Ill just wait for someone who can trust me enough to except my loan.
People tend to not trust others very much on here (for good reason), especially in the lending section.
I understand the whole escrow of the signature but in all honesty I wouldn't destroy my account for not paying a loan and I have over 4 no collateral loans repaid on time if the interest is not enough I'm always open to offers.
It looks like all of the loans in question were smaller then this one. Plus it is theoretically possible that the people who gave you the previous loans are your alts - I am not saying this is the case, however I am just saying that this kind of "credit history" is not a good measure of risk. Plus the lenders you previous got loans from are not reputable in my eyes so I personally cannot take their trust ratings into consideration (this may be different for other potential lenders)
11070  Economy / Services / Re: Alcohol for bitcoin? Anyone know if this exists? on: April 19, 2015, 12:17:35 AM
There are a lot of regulations regarding the sale and transport of alcohol across state lines, plus the stiff penalties for selling alcohol to miners. I personally do not think it is a good idea to sell alcohol over the internet because of this.

There are however a handful of internet stores that do sell/ship alcohol while accepting fiat, so I don't see any reason why they wouldn't be able to accept bitcoin, especially if you asked them to sign up for coinbase/bitpay. The same holds true for wineries/breweries
11071  Economy / Auctions / Re: Advertise on this forum - Round 148 on: April 19, 2015, 12:08:12 AM
Big swing right Huh 1.5-3BTC???
I have noticed that there is somewhat of a relationship with how long the auction lasts and the winning bids amounts. The longer the auction is left up, the higher the winning bid amounts are. Other then that I cannot give any explanation as to why the bid amounts are so different (it looks like the auction lasted similarly unusually long as this one has so far)

No, it's based on time. It sends out Coins as TX Fees at set intervals with a random amount of drift time, it's like a range where there is a minimum amount of time (say 2 minutes) with a random amount of time (1 second to 4 minutes) for an average of 3 minutes. When you Stake during this week, you have a chance to hit some of these Blocks and in order to Stake when you want you could hold back some of Your Stake for the days you want, or let it Stake and manage the sizes of your Blocks to be a bit larger for higher weight in each Block. It is recommended to have Blocks of around 500 Coins each.

wow, very cool, thanks

oh, and please move this to a different forum if this is the wrong place.
My understanding is that the above is exactly what you had posted. If this is the case then you were essentially writing a "+1" post which is not allowed as these kinds of posts do not add anything to the conversation. Yes you did write about potentially moving the thread, however the thread being moved is a given if it is filed in the incorrect section (moderators do not need permission for this).

It would be acceptable to write "+1" or "wow, very cool, thanks" and then add something above that, for example you could say why you agree or add additional points to what was said....or you could ask a question for clarification.

But if people can't respond then how do you know they are part of the thread or understand what's being said?

This seems like too heavy moderation, other people have had their posts deleted in the thread as well and have complained, atleast 5-6 people. This sets the tone that you might be scared to post anything because you fear it will be deleted by mods.
People can respond as long as they are adding something to the conversation. If they are simply agreeing with the OP (or another post) then there is no reason for them to post

I disagree with this because it hinders freedom of speech.
No it doesn't. You are still allowed to agree (or disagree) with any viewpoint you wish. You are just asked to add something when you agree.

If anyone is to take your "agreement" seriously anyway you will want to backup your view by saying as to why you agree, otherwise people will just think you are a sheep
11074  Economy / Auctions / Re: Advertise on this forum - Round 148 on: April 18, 2015, 11:45:09 PM
down from $250.00 to $225.00? I won last week 1@1.9 I gotta bid 1@3 almost this time to bid… ?

THIS IS NOT A BID********THIS IS NOT A BID********
It seems that on average the forum gets is more then the won you won last week. Round 146 had a price weighed average price of ~2.19, round 145 had a weighted average price of ~2.69, round 144 had a weighed average of ~1.25, round 143 had a weighed average of 4.3.

I think the winning bids tend to be in the 2 to 3 BTC range, however if for some reason the auction ends early (among other reasons) then you might be able to snag a spot for a lower then normal price. Round 143 was when someone got scammed by a fake payment address and was coming off a very high previous auction price so people were probably not in a bidding mood.

11076  Economy / Lending / Re: need a loan of 0.5 btc with 15% intrest on: April 18, 2015, 11:01:04 PM
I need a loan of 0.5BTC paid in 15 days  and with 15% interest please give me loan only for five days
I think the fact that you are saying you are going to repay is pretty solid evidence that you have zero intention of repaying this loan.

Lenders in the lending section generally are not stupid enough to lend to obvious scammers so you really might as well give up now
11077  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [beware] plomonster is an alt of scammer on: April 18, 2015, 08:34:19 PM
I just wanted to warn other users about this user, not that he scammed me. Also, I didn't want to show the evidence on public because now the user knows where he made a mistake with the same skype ID.

Anyways, this is the PM I received from plomonster. If you search the skype ID, there is an old post he posted with his alt account.

I have never ever tried lbc and have heard nothing but horror storys from there. If ya wanna skype me my skype is delly140. We can talk more there or email is kidaces@yahoo.com
Post proof that he sent you that PM. Your word is not sufficient as you do not have sufficient reputation.
11078  Economy / Services / Re: ➨➨ CryptoSplit.com Sig Campaign ➨ Full/Senior/Hero/Legendary ➨ Up to 0.10BTC/Week!! on: April 18, 2015, 04:12:26 PM
The week period is now over. The OP was made on April 11, 2015, 03:20:17 PM and it is now April 18, 2015, 03:50:59 PM. The only remaining participant CoinFriend, did not make the required number of posts according to the terms of the campaign/escrow agreement and as a result payment was not made. As per his above post, he rejected the prorated payment and as a result payment was not made.

As per the escrow agreement participants were to make at least 15 posts outside of within a week:
Games and Rounds
All Foreign Boards except for Russia. This means posting in the Russian foreign board WILL be counted.
Meta
Off-Topic
Beginners & Help
Any signature campaign thread

He made a total of 20 posts in the last week, however 7 posts were in this thread, 3 posts were in off topic, and 1 was in games & rounds, leaving a net of 9 posts that I can count (many of which are short one-liners which probably shouldn't be counted anyway but that does not affect the outcome).

I will not continue to guarantee payment for signature campaign participants so if anyone new enrolls they will need to rely on the OP to pay them which I think is unlikely considering the fact they have already scammed.

I will continue holding the escrowed funds until I hear from someone who can prove to be the OP or the escrow fee uses up all the funds.
11079  Other / Meta / Re: Define spam. on: April 18, 2015, 11:18:52 AM
No, no, no, no.

To say that people are not going to be influenced to post when they are receiving payment for doing so is just ludicrous.

It isn't realistic that every single post that someone makes is going to be written by a genius. It needs to be understood that people are going to maybe not be the best writers/posters and may not be able to make the best quality posts but still put in the appropriate level of effort into posting. There is no reason to discriminate against them.
11080  Economy / Auctions / Re: 20 LTC & 10 Dash Coin 8 Hour Auction From OP... on: April 18, 2015, 06:30:12 AM
There were rumors, among other things that BPB was trying to buy trust, although in the long run I don't think BPB was trying to buy trust, although he certainly got a lot of it.

Especially considering that the OP is not trying to trade a large amount of alt coins, it is defiantly very strange that the OP is auctioning these alt coins.I might understand more if the OP was trying to move large amounts of alt coins however 10 LTC at a time just doesn't make any sense
