1121  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't invest Heavily ALT now on: October 15, 2022, 04:35:03 PM
That is a very vague timeline without any formal justification as to why we should be choosing that year or date. There is no way we could predict the timeline just like that. Right now market is so volatile and on top of that it’s in bearish while furthermore we are heading towards uncertain recession. All these factors are going to impact the whole ecosystem of Altcoins and could put them state of stagnancy where it could be hard to sell any coin at desired limited market. Let’s just hope that investments will continue to grow in the right direction.

@iv4n Let’s just hope it really someone from the forum itself because that’s another kind of attachment with the fellow members. I just hope it’s me for that matter. Lolz  Grin
I am not sure how much chance I have got but I am also holding less than ten tickets and just hope that lucky one is landed in my basket. If I really win this then I am going with cash deposited in my account.

Since from the past I know that freebitcoin will ask the winner whether they want the Lamborghini or cash to be deposited. Looking at the delivery and custom charges I will option out for cash.

Of course if I win then These ToS applies. Lolz  Grin
1123  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: My exorbitant lessons in last bull market on: October 14, 2022, 06:59:15 PM
Watching YouTube videos ? You got to be kidding mage, that’s really bad idea in the first place since you can’t believe in YT anymore as they are just putting anything they want in the videos so that people can get engaged and they themselves earn money with the advertisement shown by YT, that’s all the purpose of those videos. Sounds hilarious and it indeed is that way.

I just hope you have not lost too much money in the process. If you really want earn with the meme coin then be master player in the field because it takes time and proper research to invest into them.

1125  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Money but from where on: October 14, 2022, 06:30:02 PM
What type of job you want to do? Whether it is sitting at your home and doing it remotely then you can start with Amazon mTurk or associates if you are good at online marketing. You can write your own ebook and start selling it over the amazon kindle store. If you are good writer or influencer then start with blogging and social media publications. Then start getting sponsored ads or promote brands and earn money from there. If not then register on tons of survey sites and start getting surveys and earn for your time.

In all cases, always remember you have to contribute something whether it’s your time, hard work, smart work or even getting out of your house then only you can earn money. There is obviously nothing free in the world.
1126  Economy / Gambling / Re: What are the Bitcoin casinos with first deposit bonuses? on: October 14, 2022, 05:53:00 PM
I think there are plenty of the casinos with that kind of promotion. However you should be looking at winz casino and you will have better options than just initial deposit bonus opportunity. For the Winz casino I know thing for sure, they will have weekly promo regarding free spins and it’s not just free spins but it’s without wagering requirement!! That’s the beauty of that casino. You could be enjoying that casino a lot since you get to enjoy all the slots their with free spins Once in while every week. In addition to this, they do have new comer bonus which can also be claimed with no strict wagering requirements.
1127  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Are you considering time span? on: October 12, 2022, 02:28:03 PM
Yeah Timeline could be dangerous for long term trading. I mean it’s the hardest job really to hold the patience when order is not getting executed as we want. It becomes heavy burden on the hands while clicking those sell and buy buttons when we see the timeline stretching a lot more than expected.

I’m not even putting such executions anymore because I have lost a lot in the process. Better have portfolio which is gonna be there for longer times I mean more than 2-3 years without any look backs. Smiley

It could at least take burden off the hands.
1128  Economy / Economics / Re: Portugal will be "hodling friendly" on: October 12, 2022, 02:06:59 PM
Dam man these are countries which are dreamy and they are letting their nationals to get visa so that they can earn happily out there. Definitely this is interestingly playful because this can motivate nationals to earn more and more money with crypto currencies.

This tax is nothing compared to what others are implementing. For example, many countries are not evening bothering to restrict the use of crypto currencies and thus people are left out of the options and can’t even use it. So it’s far better they are giving some options. <3
1129  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com does not deem crypto earnings as legal on: October 12, 2022, 03:17:46 AM
If it's worth claiming (either fund wise or spite wise) have you checked to see if you can file a tax return and if they'll accept one. From what I've read about proof of earnings for the UK, it looks like the second most document that's used for things like this (the first being letters of proof from a person's employer).

That’s correct. If the amount worth it then he could probably go for notarised documentation duly signed by legal representative. This is also one of the solid proof for such work and it adds up the legality since it is witnessed in front of the legal which is far more strict.

At least in my country that would be far better proof. When it comes to the employer proof well that can mix up with your personal life a bit and everyone might get buzz that we gamble and shit. Just making point here nothing else. If OP really wants to get over this then they have to follow the stake rules I guess.
1130  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Not all new Projects are bad, So take the Risk on: October 11, 2022, 01:29:39 PM
New projects are horrible if they do not portray themselves as per roadmap. Various projects came and go like that and unfortunately the success rate is too tiny for the crypto projects. I love the fact that someone is trying to motivate newbies to keep investing into new projects. However I would say, invest time but not the direct money into new projects. We can always try out their free airdrops and campaigns on the forum and keep one safe distance from them. If somehow it succeeds then we have nothing to loose. By then only matters is how much we got paid.
1131  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: If I get heart Attack that is because of BITCOIN on: October 11, 2022, 12:23:07 PM
That is why you should leave the crypto to it’s terms and enjoy the healthy life mate.

God knows what might have happened if you would have bought at 60K price and would have seen bitcoin the way it is today. Man, its not funny if you are really that much connected with the price actions. I’m sending you have gone too far with bad stories and bitcoin seems one of the worst experience for you.

I’m not judgemental but you does not look like guy made for the volatile market like this. Before entering and investing into something always have deep background research about it. Hope you either get to know bitcoin more versatile way and skip the heart attack part.
1132  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in-$200 FreeBTC⭐Win Lambo🔥0.2BTC DailyJackpot🏆$32,500 Wager Contest on: October 11, 2022, 11:39:57 AM
After playing for so many time daily I finally hit the 2 dollar prize with a single roll,of course I would have preferred much more to get the 20 dollars or the 200 dollars prize but I am still happy with it and thought to share here,1000 satoshi is a good prize for a single roll I believe.

https://i.ibb.co/JyPzd3m/Screenshot-20221010-193332-Vivaldi-Browser.jpg

I wish it was $2 because I hit the same prize very recently but sadly this is only worth $0.20.

Don’t be sad, at least you are close to something. It looks like you are having good run on freebitcoin as you said it happened before also. I am rarely hitting that high on free rolls. May be I’m getting bigger rewards from WOF now and then but from free roll I rarely cross the base prize. I am also shocked to see you have 69% of base prize and wondering how much money you might have wagered to achieve that much % hike? Last time I lost almost all of the balance to bring it up to 47% but still struggling to achieve 100%. Im not sure if anyone has ever hit that much and increased the base rewards?
1133  Economy / Economics / Re: Retailers make more profit than wholesalers during inflation. on: October 11, 2022, 10:23:42 AM
I think it’s not calculated properly. Retailer would not increase the prices just out of thin air man! The price circulation is process from raw materials to finished products. Retailer would increase the price if let’s say wholesaler increases the prices, transport of material gets increased or may be packaging costs are higher and much more accountable stuff which gives final price. Even this is true from the very basic that’s raw material of making bread which might cost higher then this is directly felt by end user since middle chain will increase the marginal % that they are getting incurred by previous party. Retailer Will be in loss if they increase the prices but customer sees that wholesale market delivers at lower rates then they would rush there!!
1134  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Take bitcoin as the virtual currency, that perform better than physical currency on: October 11, 2022, 09:55:22 AM
The idea that it works borderless is the one prime thing it makes bitcoin stand out of every other type of currency or asset. I mean you can’t even trade gold overseas from one country to another unless and until you have proper permits. Even if you do you have limits, we have to provide documentation and go through custom clearance. Definitely it makes sense with crypto space. Now we can imagine why is it so much important to have crypto space which now seems like tunnel which is private, without any regulation and all the fun stuff. :-D
1135  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Does Trading Volume really matter ? on: October 10, 2022, 03:58:53 PM
For me it’s prime thing because that’s what executes my order without any further wait. In crypto space it is really important because the market is too volatile and you never know which coin might turn out to be disaster with no more volume to trade.

Unlike everyone has different opinions here I’m sure it’s personal taste for everyone whether to have more volume or no volume at all.
1136  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: is ETH Post-Merge Hype Over? on: October 10, 2022, 02:46:47 PM
Yeah it seems that ETH merge is now merged with the current markets bearish trend and this hype is no longer felt in the market. I think market did not even shown it at that alarming rate as it should have been because this was big event and the effect wasn’t much accelerated. Definitely currently we stand at much better position as compared to the expectations. However, market as we know is unstable and ETH is still in good position because staking is new world for everyone. They all seeing ETH as bigger opportunity via staking so more money is flowing in that sector.
1137  Economy / Economics / Re: The whole tipping culture in western countries is unfair and totally wrong! on: October 10, 2022, 01:38:27 PM
You can’t blame the modern societies for doing that and it’s not that bad act if you ask me. The tipping is everywhere, from highly developed modern countries to developing to third world countries.
If you really want to blame and want to know why this has happened then go ahead and read following linked research paper. There is full scope of it.

History: It started in England

Quote
Tipping is a multi-billion-dollar phenomenon that challenges the traditional assumption of selfish
economic agents who have no feelings and do not care about social norms. This article reviews the
early history of tipping and offers an economic analysis of different aspects of tipping. Using the
historical evidence, it then addresses two major questions about tipping: why do people tip? And does
tipping improve service quality? The reasons for tipping changed over the years, but conforming to
social norms and avoiding embarrassment were generally the main reasons. Tipping seems to improve
service quality; the extent of the improvement varies across occupations

It all started as social norm, so that it can improve the quality of service that you get.
It’s not at all mandatory considering the modern day convention.

1138  Economy / Gambling / Re: Duelbits.com | Casino & Sportsbook | VIP | on: October 10, 2022, 04:07:54 AM

Once a month during first friday in my case because that's the first time I received this bonus for more than 5 months now in a row. I just do my usual routine that only play when I received this bonus and never deposit after that. It's good in my case because I’m controlling my gambling activities because I’m saving some money to start my own business in preparation to upcoming recession in my country. I’m afraid that I might lose my job once my company profit decrease due to economic crisis.

I think those old players that get this bonus are only one who are qualified until now for this exclusive reward if younare still not receivingg any email while your accoun is inactive for a long time.

I never received any such email from them? When did this happen and is it recurring every month as stated by you guys? I am wondering why there is no big announcement about this because that's pretty paid bonus every month for the users and it can keep us engaged with the casino pretty perfectly. Not that 5 bucks is big thing, but it is something to keep going on with the casino if you know what I mean when you play a game and all you need is few bucks to kick start the day.  Wink

I think I will put this promotion on my calendar entry so that I won't forget it if there ever comes any email from the duelbits side. Does anyone has better way to keep track of these bonuses except the bitcointalk forum thread?
1139  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A painter received $50 worth of bitcoin on June 2013. on: October 10, 2022, 03:44:39 AM
I respect these people who are hodling their bitcoin since 2013. The longest I was able to hodl was 2 and half years that too during the COVID situation and now I keep selling now and then whenever I need my money for my daily usage.
Though I have set up ledger now to keep saving some bitcoins. I am also putting sharing of money from the part time job and trying to hodl is as much as I could in the future.

These are the stories I need to keep learning and keep myself motivating so that I can hodl longer than usual. Lolz.

Good for the painter, afterall her artwork and hard work paid her off!
1140  Economy / Economics / Re: Are we heading towards recession ? on: October 09, 2022, 03:52:29 PM
I love crypto, but I also love realistic approaches! Crypto wont be able to life us up because the system is not readily available to the worldwide population. If we hit the recession then there would be unemployment everywhere and directly/indirectly we will run into chaos of pricey tags everywhere. There will be more holdings than expenditures every capita and thus government's treasury will go down.

Food, water, clothes and housing will cost more than normal and thus it will bring down the investments from everywhere.

People will start to sell off everything so that they can bear the cost of living. I am afraid but bitcoin wont be invested, rather it would be sold for the good, plus there is already disconnectedness with it from more than half of the population around the world. Definitely it would last resort.
