The withdrawal logic on the site takes into account 16 different factors based on your play, recent deposits, amount withdrawn compared to deposited, number of recent comps, and other macro-level variables like how many withdrawals the site has processed altogether outside just your account. Chuck! I'll have this forwarded to Support - Please note, those guys are not looking in these threads often, so an e-mail to them is usually helpful for them to get going. We have plenty of Dogecoin in the hot wallet, I imagine it just timed out or something! That is the second time now a withdraw (Doge) doesnt get through, it just shows my withdrawl is processed on the regular white background but NO TXID under it and it never appears in my wallet. Unique ID in the Account Statmenent is: W3ILE3KSGG5342S Its not the amount which worries me in that case but the fact one can never know when it happens, since thats the second time now. There have been a few hiccups in terms of kinks in the sportsbook but the admin is very responsive and gets them ironed out. I'm actually betting here instead of Nitrogen because the live betting is much better than there.
Basically it's this when it comes to their withdraws: <1 BTC payout - instant >1 BTC payout - delayed til manual approval Bout all u need to know. If you find a bug or hit it big n don't want to wait, make several withdraws under a coin and spaced out every 10 mins or so. |

We will be taking a closer look all weekened! The Spurs lakers game hasn't been up on live betting at all. If a site says they have live betting but then don't have it, it can really cause a problem when you hope to hedge bets. I'm really disappointed.
We have fixed the Navy game! Take a look. As for Spurs / Lakers live betting - simply skype us during any game that should be live to look into it. I believe some Soccer game are taken down late into the 2nd half, but just Skype or email during the game which one and we'll check asap with the dev team. Seriously, the Spurs/Lakers live betting was off for at least from the 2nd quarter to the end of the game, including overtime. The other day there were like 10 soccer matches, all had live betting for the first half and then they all disappeared for the second half (not at the end of the match). I'm just letting you guys know, something is up with the live betting. |

The ML was set off just cause of some last minute steam that came in, it's not always off right before the game - just so happened to occur in the TNF game this evening. Solid Suggestions - we already have a few of these in our backlog, you'll see them soon! The NFL game tonight is not showing a ML available. Will that change or is that normal for some reason, that some NFL games don't have a ML available? Thanks.
Edit: A couple suggestions of things I'd like to see (I'm just going by mobile, they might be available on PC, I'm not sure): A spot that says "starting soon" which lists all games starting soon in whatever sport. Also, a spot where I can see ALL live matches in play instead of just having to pick 1 sport to see. Thanks!
