If the wallet address that you sent Neo from wasn't in their whitelist dB then you wouldn't have received any Rpx tokens. That will have been part of the smart contract. And the tokens you have now aren't vouchers, they're the actual rpx tokens.

Well i really think that this is your problem because you havent followed the rules at how they were writen.. If you did it well and you would be impacient for buying the tokens, then maybe you would not loss that amount of money.
That is why i dont like ico's, most of their instructions are not clear, and people can not be speculating about how to buy and give money to them.. Well, i hope that you get your refund back, because this is a very sad situation, omg..
It is clear you don't know what happened... The problem is, the investors who followed the rule/instructions to the second...got screwed. Those who slacked and waited a few minutes later got rewarded. In the ICOs, seconds matter a lot ...minutes later is unthinkable especially given the consequences those who followed the instructions well got. |

It is done, i invested $150 in this ico, it is not too much money but this is max that i could afford in the last minutes of the ico. So i guess that this is gonna give me a good return in long term, i really trust in this ico, only because it is based on NEO, and this makes this smell much better.
Anyway, i can not wait anymore until i receive my coins, i think that i will have to wait a little bit more.
I had a great ICO experience with this token. I keep hearing people say that they have not received their tokens yet which is surprising. I got mine instantly (can be seen under the asset tab in GUI wallet). It’s obvious that the Red Pulse team is very serious about being legally compliant. They still sent out another email that linked to a form to sign a disclaimer before the start of the sale. We should likely expect all future projects on the NEO platform to follow such procedures. Check again...I don't think we have the actual tokens yet. What we got is like a voucher. Really? When would we get the tokens? Based on my understanding (and I may be mistaken) what we received in our wallets are not the tokens. RPX team will review the purchases vs the whitelist and may cancel "illegal" purchases. They cannot do that if they released the actual tokens. If someone else knows better, please chime in. Thanks. |

I think there is nothing to worry about. All alts are suffering right now due to dumping of coins for BTC. Admittedly, NEO is taking more hit than others and it could be due to the RPX ICO debacle. I do believe it is only temporary. I still believe and HODLing it.  |

Simply put, the contract address leaked out. More people got in than anticipated.
All those (not white listed) orders will be cancelled anyway. Foolish attempt and makes things so much more complicated. I can't understand people still. |

Almost all altcoins are dropping because people are selling to get BTC in preparation for the upcoming fork. If I am you, I'd keep my BTC in private wallet (to get dual coin after) as most are doing now...then buy alts after the fork. |

Better dump this coin NEO.
CEO of NEO was advisor for RPX sale that made fraud either on purpose or due to incompetent team of devs who themselves could not figure out how smart contract works! And as result 3.200+ people need to get their NEO MANUALLY refunded in year 2017!
Remember... CEO of NEO was their advisor, to make it run smooth... I guess he himself does not know how his own coin and platform work... Brilliant and congratulation!
shit happens, it's an ambitious project and obviously some things went wrong, doesn't make neo/rpx a bad coin The reason many people are mad is because it is a GOOD coin and they failed to get what they deserved/wanted because of inconsistencies of the ICO team. Others benefited because of the fumble and they will support the team for it. Bottom line the 2nd hour debacle wasn't handled fairly. All-in-all the ICO went okay...but could have been much better. |

You need to read between the lines with him sometimes. If he said he wasn't paid with token...it might mean he was paid cash and he bought tokens with it. If he says he is not holding any tokens, maybe he already sold it OR donated it. He is telling the truth but may not be how some would interpret it.
That said, he is a good guy who supports lots of charities. He doesn't do these things for free but he "shares" his blessings. I like and respect him.

Reading Reddit posts....seems like Red Pulse really messed up big time. They weren't on time opening the 2nd hour so those who submitted right on time did not go through and in a way got eliminated (as if the entry was a 2nd buy for the 1st hour)
I hope they make up for it...how I do not know but the best I can think of is to lift the cap and honor those who submitted on time until they closed it.

Did anyone here participate on RPX ICO? It was over in 4 minutes after opening the investment gap to 50000 USD per user. I also send my coins in but, didn't receive any tokens. Did someone manage to receive tokens on the second round of the ICO (50000 USD GAP)?
I got in the 1st hour buy...but no luck on the 2nd. I turned in mine seconds after the 2nd hour BUT I used their countdown clock as a reference which I thought was 18 seconds fast so I may have submitted too early. I should have played it safe and turned it in matching the world clock. |

i did for 4 persons the ICO, 3 did with 1352 non of them got accepted... the final person who did with 723 NEO got accepted how can it be the final person get trough and the first not, maybe the max was lower then 1352 NEO?
Or maybe last person got lucky since there was no thicker that the hour was over..and therefor not accepted because it was still within the hour
Are you sure the 1st 3 orders went in on the 2nd hour? If they went in early (as I suspect mine was) then it won't get accepted. I think my error was that I followed/based my time on their original countdown clock which is not synched with the real world clock. |

Congrats for getting in this ICO.
In my opinion, participating in this ICO is complicated. First you can only use Neo-Gui which is only for windows for participation. They dont have a Mac version so use a virtual machine which is too complicated for me.
Then I heard that after importing the wallet, syncing takes forever.
I only have a macbook and after wasting last 2-3 months in the RPX Slack community, looks like I will be out of this ICO.
I have a MAC too only and I think it is too complicated to get registered here. Really strange process. I might need to miss out on this, or does anyone want my registered whitelisted spot? LOL...way too late. Sale is closed already. |

One thing I noticed...it used almost 0.1 GAS (0.09963624 GAS) and not the 0.001 they said.
Oh sound a bit weird. How many NEO did you used? For my case, it cost exactly .001 GAS for 10 NEO transaction. My error. I had one deposit...exactly 27 NEO that generated the 0.099 gas in a few days LOL...I thought that was the withdrawal. What are the odds that I did that deposit for the same max 1st hr purchase?  :O Do you intend to invest in the next round?  Since the block time is very short, you still got time to withdraw more NEO from exchange. I don't hold NEO on the exchanges...all are in my wallet so they work for me and generate GAS. I used the Red Pulse online clock as reference to buy in the 2nd hour...I think as a result, I bought earlier than allowed and they might end up refunding my NEO. Transaction went in but RPX qty is not updated. |

thanks for the updates on the thread. It will be interesting to note how long it takes for the ICO to complete .. it was only $12M worth right?
$15M total only. I think it will be sold out in less than 2 hours from start. Could have been sold out by now had they did not impose limits. |
