If AS Roma still applies a defensive style of play, then this is tantamount to a safe game, because the safe game is very much reflected in the defensive style of play. Also, if the winner is going to be on penalties, then obviously they are playing it safe which of course will be quite boring for some spectators.

Because when they play more openly by responding to each other in their attacks, it will be an interesting match and not boring. So yes, if AS Roma is still going to play defensively, then I don't think this method will give AS Roma a chance to win. Let's look forward to it.
I didn't expect Roma to play like that in the final and of course it wasn't the game I expected. The final should be different even if a defensive strategy can help the team, but if Roma really do it then I think Sevilla will have a very good chance of winning the title. Sevilla shouldn't have too many problems beating Roma in the final, but of course they can't concede to Roma first.

Roma's defense is good, I also think Sevilla is just as good. However I personally expect Sevilla to win the final this season instead of Roma, but I also expect an interesting match from them. This is the 7th final for Sevilla in the Europa League, so I don't think they will let it go easily.
1162  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: May 27, 2023, 08:14:47 PM
Finally the match was over, Rodrygo made a brace in this match as well as being a savior for Real Madrid to stay in second place in the La Liga standings. Real Madrid didn't have many attacks, only 6 attempted shots and 3 shots on goal, while Sevilla did more than Real Madrid. Here Real Madrid showed their quality, even if they had few chances, it could get them 3 points.
It was a win that basically won't have much impact for Real Madrid after we failed to win the title this season. But of course, winning the 3 points is a plan that really needs to be fought for, and it's good that we did well.

Rodrygo made sweet impression on this match with his record of 2 goals. Rodrygo has made 33 appearances this season in La Liga and he has scored 9 goals and 8 assists so far, so I think the 22 year old will be Real Madrid star once the Benzema era is over. Rodrygo's record of goals and assists also seems to have increased 2x this season compared to last season, so he has really proven his best qualities to Ancelotti.
1163  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: May 27, 2023, 07:31:56 PM
Man City players will definitely not underestimate Inter Milan. It's just that Man City, who might be playing more carefully, could actually be used by Inter Milan. Man City, which always fits their attack strategy, will certainly trouble Inter Milan's defense. But if it turns out that Man City has reduced the aggressiveness of their attacks, then this will open up opportunities for Inter Milan to be able to turn around to play more attacking. But Inter Milan must also be aware that Man City players' attacks are always dangerous. so Inter Milan might choose to use a defensive strategy in the final match later.
There is too much uncertainty about what will happen in the final of Manchester City vs Inter in the Champions League. Each supporter hopes that his team can win the title, while I agree that one of the two teams will be the favorite because of his performance.

After all you will never know exactly how the match will go because so far the game is still long. We're just both waiting for the two teams to collide with strategies and create opportunities for each other, so what you say now can still be different during the match. Personally I know Manchester City have been the favorites since the start of the season in the Champions League, and their success in reaching the final beating Real Madrid has really shown that they have the mentality and determination to win the title.
1164  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: May 26, 2023, 09:34:29 PM
This season’s premier league has been one of the most entertaining and competitive one to watch. The fight for the league title was very fierce up to the final moments of the league. And also the fight for escaping relegation was also a top fight between those teams there.

Premier League is now getting more interesting and fascinating as the unexpected always happens and keep people in great shock. Arsenal performance this season cannot be underestimated and also the last fight to triumph the premier league trophy from Manchester City was also a great fight to adore by many. We hope to see a more entertaining and competitive premier league race by next season also.
I just don't believe that in the end Arsenal failed to win the Premier League title this season, also about Liverpool not participating in the Champions League next season. Newcastle, Manchester United, Arsenal are the 3 new teams who will have the chance to represent England in the Champions League next season and it will be something exciting.

Arteta may be quite confident next season especially about the maturity of his youth team in the title race, but I believe he is not much favored in the Champions League compared to other teams like Manchester City. The same is true about Newcastle and Manchester United.
1165  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: May 26, 2023, 09:10:18 PM
Lewandowksi is a player who is quite important in Barcelona success this season. He came to Barcelona at the right time where Barcelona really needed a Sticker figure who was really thirsty for goals and Lewandowksi was able to show a pretty perfect contribution in that gap in his first season with Barcelona.

So instead of that, I agree that he will be stronger next season because if Barcelona succeed in bringing Messi home then we will see a fairly strong duel on the Barcelona front line next season. Maybe Lewandowski will get an individual trophy for himself this season and that trophy is the top scorer this season. He just needs to score and score in the remaining two games of the season.
I respect Lionel Messi as a star player, but when he decides to return to Barcelona then maybe his fate will be exactly like Ronaldo's at Manchester United. Actually, Messi is highly respected by Barcelona and their fans, but I think he is too old to continue to be relied on in Barcelona's attack line throughout the season if Messi finally returns.

Messi's return is still a rumor, but Barcelona appear to be working hard to convince their former star player to return next season. Barcelona will do everything possible to bring Messi back to Camp Nou, but the biggest problem is the club's poor finances.
1166  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do I trade bitcoin? on: May 26, 2023, 08:48:49 PM
OP is looking for a local exchange to make it easier for him to make deposits or withdrawals. although some centralized exchanges also provide P2P trading or can make withdrawals to certain bank accounts.
because the OP also hasn't confirmed where he's from. like some of the suggestions that have been given by other members. some exchange lists he could indeed use.

but my advice is because OP also wants to trade Bitcoin. it would be better for the OP to also have a personal wallet to store his Bitcoins or other assets offline when done trading. do not store it on the exchange when finished trading.
I think to use P2P services on a centralized exchange like on Binance also requires the user to register an account. They need to complete KYC to be able to use the service, but if the OP wants to trade without risking his personal data then bisq is the option.

Local exchanges will help him get easy service for deposits and withdrawals to and from his bank account. Even if it is centralized, but I think the government has licensed it for use, but still the safety of funds is the responsibility of each user. Don't make a centralized exchange as an investment wallet, it should only be used to trade and withdraw all funds once the trade is completed.
1167  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Other Alternatives to Borrowing Money to Start Trading on: May 25, 2023, 07:15:37 PM

Borrowing money just to trade is indeed risky, especially if trading knowledge doesn't really understand and only capitalize on other people's words. Not recommended for borrowing. it is better to trade with the ability of the funds you have. When you have to borrow, you really have to be aware of the bills that will be paid every month and the ongoing interest. if you don't profit from trading, it will be an additional burden and will pay you nothing.
As some users have said, making loans for trading purposes is a high risk as long as they are not experienced traders and experts in their field. In fact, I believe an expert in trading will also be very overwhelmed adjusting his trading strategy when prices don't move in the direction they analyze, so the risk of bad loans plus trading losses will only make the trader's psychology worse.

Without a loan trading budget should also be considered a high risk activity. Price volatility is very erratic because prices can move in both directions unexpectedly. Market trends can change in a short time even in the last 24 hours the price has shown a positive side.
1168  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Europa League 2022/23 Season on: May 25, 2023, 07:10:45 PM
Mourinho has good experience when it comes to winning of games but this is not enough reason Roma must win the game. Sevilla players are used to the Europa game, so they know the best way they end up winning the game to become the champion.  Roma still have the chance of winning but based in the Europa experience Sevilla is more experienced in winning europa league games. The game won't be easy for the two teams though,  because Sevilla and Roma is a strong team.
The statistics of the two teams and the experience of the two coaches will indeed determine who will win the Europa League title this season. I agree Mourinho is an experienced coach in Europe, but Sevilla is a team that has won quite a few titles so far in the competition. Some speculation about Mourinho's experience is believed to be in favor of Roma, but I would be inclined to expect Sevilla to maintain their record of finals again this season especially for the Europa League title.

I don't expect everyone to agree with me, but Sevilla are the team that seems to have the best effort in the Europa League this season compared to Roma. Sevilla deserved to win the title this season, so I hope they will get it in the final.
1169  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: May 25, 2023, 06:52:52 PM
We're looking forward to the big game tonight, and it's encouraging to see both teams preparing efficiently. Erik Ten Hag detailed his approach for this game, while Lampard did the same. Manchester United will not accept defeat at their home stadium, dubbed "the theater of dreams." Tonight's game at Old Trafford will be overwhelmed, since it is always a big event for the fans to witness both sides compete. The first leg ended in a stalemate, with Casemiro's flying header tying the score at Stamford Bridge. I believe the blues will have to put in more effort to win tonight's game, since they have nothing to lose save for Frank Lampard to win again.
Lampard should have realized that Manchester United are very difficult to beat at home this season.
The statistics prove it where in the current 17 home matches Manchester United have only experienced 1 defeat and 3 draws. Lampard is also aware that Chelsea have lost 9 times in his 18 away match this season, so I think it's only natural that Manchester United will lock up their Champions League ticket today after the match.

Apart from Manchester City, Manchester United has become the most frightening team this season at home. 1 loss and 3 draws is proof that they deserve to be the favorites to win today's match. Just a few minutes before the match, I considered the score 2-1 to be the proper score as the end of Manchester United's struggle to qualify for the Champions League.
1170  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: May 25, 2023, 06:33:06 PM
Lewandowski now leads the La Liga scoring charts with 21 goals, while Benzema is four goals behind with 17 goals.
Can I know where you got the data?
You should need to get that data which is more up to date because currently Benzema has scored 18 goals and Lewandowski has scored 23 goals.

Check out this season's La Liga goalscorer statistics here: List of La Liga goalscorers 2022/2023.

Both players still have two games left to play in order to finish the season's 38 games.According to what I can tell, Benzema will find it challenging to surpass Lewandowski in the race for the Golden Boot with five goals because Real Madrid still has games against Sevilla and Mallorca which I believe it be hard for benzema to score up two goals in each of this match. However, if Benzema may be able to score up to five goals in the two matches that are left, and I predict that Lewandowski will also score.
I understand why some of you say it is difficult for Benzema to keep up with the top scoring stats this season compared to Lewandowski. There are only two match for the remainder of the season that Benzema is unlikely to benefit from, but who knows if he can score 3-4 goals in one match. Lewandowski deserves, of course but the rivalry between the two strikers is to be expected until the season is over.
1171  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: May 24, 2023, 06:21:00 PM
Jordi Alba has announced that he will be leaving the club at the end of the season after an excellent career at Barcelona. Barcelona will be looking for a new left-back after many years. After Abidal, Alba dominated the left-back. Now they need to find a very good player there again. I love such stable players. They give their all for the club. Thanks for all you've done so far, Alba.
Alejandro Balde has played his best role on the left side of defense this season well. He has been Xavi's most used player this season having 32 appearances for 1 goal and 6 assists so far. Alejandro Balde has speed, he is young, and also has almost the same qualities as Jordi Alba. I don't think Barcelona will be looking for a new defender for Balde, but they need a replacement.

Real Madrid vs Rayo Vallecano 1-0.

I'm sure Real Madrid won't lose this game even if we lose Vinicius. At the moment Real Madrid managed to end the first half with a goal from Benzema, and because Real Madrid dominated so well I think we will score a few more goals in the second half. Vallecano also did well, they tried to find goals, but they didn't succeed in some of their attempts.

I have no way of agreeing with your plan because humans are basically never satisfied with what they have. Bitcoin is money, you can never give up on the amount you have without trying to accumulate it again as long as you are confident and have the budget to do so. 0.5 btc is not much, but it might be a lot for your current financial capabilities.

The time will come for you to have a bigger investment portfolio if you can do it consistently. Investments don't need to be forced and you have to be wise enough to set the direction of your income and expenses, so save as much as you can. Also some plans have gone haywire for some reason even unexpectedly. Do you remember when covid happened, many of us or investors had to sell a certain amount of bitcoins because they lost their source of income because of the lockdown.

Yep.. we have to be careful NOT to have to be forced to sell any (or all) of our bitcoin at a time that is not completely of our own choosing, and for sure the March 2020 scenario did force a lot of weak hands into selling BTC and perhaps even selling more than they would have had preferred to have sold - because it is may well be possible that they well never get those BTC back.  That is one of the examples to have reserves and maybe even excessive reserves.. and if bitcoin is serving as your reserve, then you may well be over-allocated to bitcoin.. in a kind of way that does not make a lot of sense... but you do not know until the situation comes and then you end up panicking... and those kinds of situations are not easy, even for highly convicted bitcoiners to either HODL or to buy more or if they have to sell.. to sell as little as possible... and each person will have to be responsible for the level of extreme dire that s/he had put himself into by those kinds of outrageous and extreme scenarios that sometimes end up playing out in the real world rather than the world that had been imagined the the delusional investor who invested too much.
There are precarious situations that always need to be considered even though we have developed the best plan for long term investment. I'm sure anyone would consider selling their bitcoin as long as they believe it's the best option for survival or the only option that will help them out of a disaster. Drying up sources of income will force a lot of people to sell their properties including digital assets like this, and actually that's not a problem at all because we don't have to hold bitcoins forever.

The Covid disaster has taught us something, especially about how we have to manage investment plans and adjust things well. I believe bitcoin is a reserve for some people instead of gold or other investment assets, but I think they also need to diversify their assets to other assets instead of just bitcoin. No one knows when we will have financial problems that will force us to sell, it could be when the price drops a lot or it may be lower than what we expected. Having other assets as options is good, so I think it can never go wrong.

I must say that information is power. Personally, I was thinking very shallow on my bitcoin journey, I thought that if I can accumulate up to 0.5BTC that I have attained my bitcoin goal, not until when I saw this thread and started reading about members contributions on accumulating and holding for a very long time.

even though it is legalized and the government will not be responsible for anything that happens, then bitcoiners must be able to bear their own risks, therefore it was once a haven for fraudsters in the crypto world, because there really is no definite law. and of course it will be a way out for other crimes of officials. therefore because it is growing rapidly to date, it is necessary to teach children so far, so that later they can keep up with technological developments, in order to face their future
Scammers will always be in the crypto space regardless of how well you educate your kids and whoever they are about the potential to be scammed. I hope everyone is careful with anything suspicious online especially when they regularly use social media. Sensitive matters should not be posted publicly including the amount of your assets in the main wallet, it only invites more attempts by scammers to possess your assets.

It is true that users must take full responsibility for the assets they own. Safety advice must be heeded and they must not be ignored to minimize the risk of loss. Avoid more bad internet surfing especially on sites that contain lots of advertisements, some of which will very likely be able to harm you.
1175  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: May 24, 2023, 07:24:30 AM

With Manchester city on top of the Premier league table with 88 points (i.e 7 points ahead of Arsenal it's closest opponent), I don't think there is any team they could be scared of not to mention Brighton, a clue they have always won against for the past 7-8 premier league matches since 2019. So come tomorrow, I'm rest assured that Man city will win the match just as they have always been known to do so despite the fact that "Erling Haaland" won't be starting tomorrow's game, but we still believe we gonna win that game. @ Man-city
I also don't doubt Manchester City in the Premier League at this time even though they have already celebrated the title against Chelsea. Haaland cs will win it like in the previous match, but Brighton is a team that really deserves to present their best game for this match.

During the month of May Brighton have beaten two Premier League giants namely Manchester United and Arsenal, but I try to believe that they will definitely struggle to beat Manchester City today. Manchester City are still very motivated to win their match despite their have busy schedule, but I also believe that Pep Guardiola may not use all his best players from the first half to avoid the risk of injury.
1176  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Wife discovers husband's hidden Bitcoin during divorce proceeding on: May 23, 2023, 08:51:40 PM
I'm just wondering why the husband doesn't move his bitcoin to other wallet to obscure his tracks if he wants to hide them from his wife? But he really doesn't need to because 6 bitcoin isn't that bad either.

If the wife has children, then the 6 bitcoins allocated to the wife can help her make ends meet after the divorce. Also useful for their children, so apart from the husband's responsibilities towards his children. But I don't mind the law there, it's a provision that needs to be obeyed. Even if those 12 bitcoin have to be divided in half, I think the man can also build it up better after a divorce.
1177  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: May 23, 2023, 08:44:27 PM
I'm interested in the Brighton vs Manchester City match tomorrow.
Brighton has really been a scary team for Arsenal, Manchester United, Chelsea and Liverpool this season. Brighton have managed to beat all 4 of the big teams recently and so far only Tottenham and Manchester City are yet to be beaten. Tomorrow is the second league meeting between Brighton and Manchester City after the first meeting Manchester City won 3-1 on 22 October.

In the end I believe Roberto De Zerbi's team will advance to the Europa League with Liverpool next season. It has been difficult for Brighton to catch up with Aston Villa even though tomorrow Brighton must admit defeat to the visitors. City will definitely try to maintain their good performance, so Brighton's chances of winning are certainly very low.

And talking about Aston Villa against Brighton, Aston Villa has historically dominated their encounters, so I have no doubt that Aston Villa will get a draw as their worst result, regardless of Brighton being in their best form this season.
Based on the chance of winning, Aston Villa is the favourite. But despite all that, Brighton is the away team that might be the non favorite regardless of form. Aston Villa are playing at home, so that is up for the great show as well.
1178  Economy / Economics / Re: Saving one third what you earn monthly is not that hard, isn't it ? on: May 23, 2023, 07:21:04 PM
Your ability to save money depends on your personal income, expenses, and living expenses. You must assess your financial situation for yourself and find a balance between earning extra money, managing expenses, and saving for the future. Maybe you should budget carefully, prioritize your financial goals, and make conscious spending decisions that can work toward increasing your savings. So aim to change sustainable financial planning habits and make progress toward your personal goals, regardless of the specific amount of savings.
I don't think saving should be forced, meaning it should be as natural as possible without disturbing one or two of your other needs. I agree with your opinion that saving plan depends on income and expenses, but of course saving must be planned.

I don't know how someone can save 35% of their salary every month when they only have $200 in salary every month. Inflation has made it difficult for many workers to save money, of course that's because the prices of all basic commodities have increased and have not been normal until now. Even I will also be grateful if I manage to save 5% - 10% of my income every month instead of 35%, it's too hard to do right now.
1179  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Europa League 2022/23 Season on: May 23, 2023, 06:11:24 PM
If you look at the history of the European League, Sevilla deserves to be proud because they are the most accomplished team in the second caste competition in Europe. But for this edition of the final match I will not stick to that history, because Roma, who lack experience, also have great motivation on the European stage. Jose Mourinho became the difference in that match, thanks to his experience Roma transformed into a new force that deserves respect.

Apart from that, what makes the final match very tight this time is because these two teams both carry the ambition to win the championship and automatically get a direct ticket to the Champions League. Both of these teams also have no hope in the domestic league to be able to get a Champions League ticket, so this final will be a top priority for Sevilla and Roma.
Mourinho's experience may never be of much help to Roma if the players are too afraid to go forward like they did against Leverkusen. Defending like that is very tiring and every player has to avoid even the slightest mistake, so I don't think this kind of strategy would be very useful if Mourinho used it in the final.

I hope both teams attack and score goals against each other. I don't want Roma to focus on defense and only use counter-attacking schemes to score goals, it will only be damaged if Sevilla can score first instead of Roma. On my part, Sevilla is the most likely title candidate to win the Europa League final based on their record.
1180  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: May 21, 2023, 04:05:03 PM

Manchester city and pep guardiola have fully proven their dominance in the league despite starting off the season a little bit shaky, they have all the quality and experience when it comes to winning matches now in the premiere league its just as if they enjoy every win and they take it as fun which makes them different from arsenal because they have come to struggle when it comes to securing a victory and it got even worst once they suffered that defeat from Manchester city.
You're right, Manchester City are only playing to finish the season without any influence, but they still want to maintain their form. Every win has to be considered important for every player to maintain their confidence properly, and if you saw how Manchester City's game play in the first half then you probably know they are still serious enough to win the match.

This match only attracted attention because I was curious about Manchester City's title celebrations, nothing more. Chelsea weren't as tough as expected and they still failed to develop their best game even though Manchester City didn't play their first team today.
