11701  Economy / Services / Re: Auto-bumping your threads on: August 20, 2016, 05:46:59 AM
Not that i approve/disapprove of this sort of thing but i think you need to change your bot specs a little. This could be useful for businesses if it bumped a thread after say every 3-6 hours of no replies. Altcoin services would really utilize this as that section is crazy.

Yes, i must say that this bot can be useful as if it involves no human interaction. I wonder if it is auto, is it allowed on the forum the bot posting itself ?
Personally I would not buy with this system, it is good to see some threads that are bump due to some serious interactions of the members themselves and not just a simple bot to do that task, but anyways that is just my opinion and I don't think there is something wrong with the service.
11702  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are you Rich from Gambling? on: August 20, 2016, 04:03:28 AM
Actually i never saw a man, who has rich from Gambling?

you never saw one because such man doesn't exist in real life. I mean there is always the possibility to win big but someone who is betting big means he is either already rich or losing big time for just one win.

Quote
I m not playing gambling because i saw a lot of people who has lost everything in gambling.

you shouldn't think of gambling as a way of getting rich or earning money because that is wrong. you should play it as a game for fun and something to fill the time with.

Quote
So i want to ask if anyone is here how has rich from GAMBLING ??

I haven't even won big amount in my life, and never saw anybody who has won big either.

Most of your answers are true. Gambling is meant for fun and entertainment purpose not to become a rich. However, many people consider it as a tool to make fast money and in this process, most of them lost their money quite quickly.  I also so for never seen anyone who has become rich gambling. So don't ever gambling to make money out of it instead enjoy the fun part of it.
Me too, I've never seen people become rich in real life, maybe I heard some stories but as for my experience, I don't see someone become rich in gambling. Yeah some of us treat gambling as they make fast money that is not good. Gambling is very dangerous with that point of view. It is better if we see gambling as a past time and nothing more.
Search for Billy Walters, he is rich because of gambling and not only a regular rich person because he has a mansion and was able to buy a private jet which real rich only can afford like Floyd Money Mayweather, you can see his story in Youtube by searching his name there.
11703  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is Becoming a Global Currency on: August 20, 2016, 03:55:34 AM
In a few years bitcoin will be the most popular currency in the world
I think it would sound impossible. in this world there are a lot of currencies of different countries with huge potential. bitcoin currency is small with a few users? I'm not sure a few more years bitcoin will become a global currency. unless someday bitcoin have users who reach the entire human

Bitcoin will be used by many people in future but it doesn't make it as an global currency as the usage of bitcoin is limited and most of the population is not aware about bitcoin yet.
I think that might happen? no one can predict correctly in the future. people have said that it is impossible bitcoin could touch $ 1,000 but bitcoin can do. and now there may be a lot of people who say that it is impossible to become a global currency bitcoin? but we will not know what will happen in the future

Both that you have mentioned have happen already, we have reach the price of more than $1,000 few years back and it is not impossible to happen again as we have already achieve that, and about global currency, I believe it is already a global currency as it is already known in the entire world and we are connecting with bitcoin.

The $1200 price achieved in late November 2013 does not count. That was a very big bubble and caused two years of bear market.

Evidently, it was a sprint with a false start run on juice, and Bitcoin got disqualified for two years. What we see now is allegedly clean performance...

But who knows for sure?
This time bitcoin's performance are more reliable because we have not seen any bubble nowadays, the recent price increase which makes the price to reach until $700+ was due to some real demand of supply and I think the price fall back to day is maybe some Chinese are pulling their investment due to superstitious belief every month of August.
11704  Economy / Services / Re: nimirum signature campaign | up to 0.025 BTC per week on: August 20, 2016, 03:15:20 AM
Today is Saturday and it is another time to prove that this campaign is paying, I hope you guys who are still in this campaign will be able to receipt the right amount due to you not like the last payment where payments are not paid according to promise.
11705  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are you Rich from Gambling? on: August 20, 2016, 02:44:39 AM
I hope someday I will win some jackpot and gambling is only way for me to become rich. I know it is hard to find someone rich from gambling as winners keep playing and loose all money even if win big. I will surely run and will never look back at gambling once I hit some big amount. I know how to control myself and will remain rich by that money.

If you think only gambling that can make you rich, this is wrong thinking. because you will continue to expect to get rich from gambling. but if you believe another way can make you rich, it can be realized, without expecting great good fortune to get a jackpot of gambling.
That's true, when we are not expecting we win the more we can win. It is just right to gamble for fun and do not aim for money because you will not win in gambling if you do not have the skills to stay in gambling for the long run, remember to control yourself and identify your weaknesses as only few are successful in becoming rich.
11706  Economy / Economics / Re: Why do you buy Bitcoins? on: August 20, 2016, 02:39:51 AM
i buy my bitcoins because i think it is a really great investment option  and im willing to make some good money in the near future
the same for me, in my opinion it is going to grow big in the future, i always buy some bitcoins in order to get more and more as an investment
With people are buying more bitcoins, it is good for the economy as when you buy you are part of the people who helps to increase the demand and might increase the price of bitcoin as well but we have an advantage because what we are buying is we are just keeping for the future so we can earn.
11707  Economy / Speculation / Re: bitcoin continuous rising? on: August 20, 2016, 02:34:53 AM
All time low coming, be ready...
thats nonsense, all time low would be 0 so it is theoretically impossible for it to happen, besides that i think bitcoin will grow because of huge adoption

I agree with that. If the bitcoin price reaches $400, it will mean it is a dead coin as that is far below the mining cost.

Bitcoin is not considered as a dead on reaching or dropping at 400$ because bitcoin has a capacity to rise again. The same thing is happened in past that bitcoin is drop very low from a high price but you see that bitcoin is rise again so it is wrong to say that bitcoin is dead if it will drop to 400$.
thats right, a lot of people screaming that it is dying all the time even if it is just a small drop, i hope the price is going to come back up soon
We can always see a good price in the future but this time we need to hold on and never sell your bitcoins if you intend to have a good profit. This is just a normal situation and there is nothing to worry about as all investments faces some crisis that would make it more stronger after every survival.
11708  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do you actively spend your bitcoins? on: August 20, 2016, 02:32:37 AM
I do actively spend them but holding on to them is a lot harder then doing this.
yes that is a fact that holding of bitcoin is really very hard job. because when i visit a shop i spend much of  my bitcoin and do shopping some extra ordinary things, which i really no needed at that time.
Well, if you have no discipline you will be having a hard time in holding your bitcoins, it is fine to spend it but don't spent it all because we need to save for the future, and for you to have a meaningful stay in bitcoin you need to learn how to save and invest a certain amount for the future.
11709  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Alt coins worth buying on: August 20, 2016, 02:28:03 AM
Can anyone suggest altcoin which will grow like bitcoin atleast 25% of it for next 2 years?

Most people will say what they are invested in. Look to the most active communities. Those will be the ones to invest in.
At this point I can say ETH is the best altcoins so far since it is very progressive and you can tell it if you will see the trend of its growth, and to tell you this is the time to consider as the opportunity to buy more ETH as the price is pretty low and I can say that in a short period of time you can earn that 25% profit or even more.
11710  Economy / Economics / Re: Is bitcoin halving is real? on: August 20, 2016, 02:20:38 AM
Of course, but it's not a magical phenomenon. It takes patience to see the effects.
You could be right because patience is virtue and we all need that if we are investing in bitcoin, halving is real and it has took effect this year but people are expecting a good price after the halving and it has not effect yet so we need to wait for another time to see a good price increase due to halving.
11711  Economy / Speculation / Re: How many bitcoins do I need to retire in 20 years? on: August 20, 2016, 02:17:58 AM
Something around 25 should be enough. But it depends on many factors, such as the country and the costs of living in it.
No one could predict the price jump down this summer on bitcoin. For many users, this negatively affected which gave them the opportunity to sell their bitcoin not to lose everything. But the course stopped after falling by 100 positions. Now everything is back. And as such, or similar to another 20 years? Who can say? This question is wrong.
Regardless of the regular fluctuation of the price of bitcoin as long as we can see a good increase of price for the next 20 years I am confident we can make good profit when investing now, the only question is how much are we willing to invest and wait for a long period of time to see the result.
11712  Economy / Speculation / Re: The future of Bitcoin on: August 20, 2016, 02:11:41 AM
It will continue to grow and grow until it's inevitable death.

I too think it will never die, there is no need for it to die. There is no option for it to die. I think it might go as long as there is internet. Price may change , who knows maybe something will happen and it will go as low as 1 cent for 1 bitcoin but it won’t die. This World needs something like bitcoin and a means to send Money to anywhere in the World with this little amount of fee for it.
Bitcoin has already died and it is coming strong now so I don't see any reason it will die again. We are going to a very progressive path now as bitcoin is increasing its users which help the adoption process to improve, I can see that the future will be a success with bitcoin.
11713  Economy / Economics / Re: Best way for steady income on: August 20, 2016, 01:35:36 AM
I don't believe that we can get steady income with bitcoin, cause it's very unstable currency and it's a problem, many people losing a lot of money everytime.

You have a point, theres no  stable income here in bitcoin because of its volatility and some works that pays bitcoin doesnt exist for so long unlike having a day stable job  theres a guarantee that it would last especially if you are in a good company. Treat bitcoin as a sidejob only not   a main source of income because you wouldnt know the problem in the future.
Sometimes a side job is very tempting to convert it into a full time job especially when you are earning more than you earn in your day job. I have a good earning in bitcoin but I will not quit my current job for now as I have not save enough for my future yet.
11714  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or Gold? What would you pick? on: August 19, 2016, 02:52:12 PM
Or supply goes down. For example, a few more exchanges like Bitfinex or Cryptsy are hacked or plain old scam with the coins burned or just stashed away for long. Also, don't forget about the long-term supply-side effects of the recent halving which we may only begin to feel...

In any case, we should watch closely both the supply of and demand for bitcoins
Regardless, the only outcome on this is the price will rise in the future, too much things to consider if you hold more bitcoins and you wait to sell them anytime the price will increase, but to be simple, we need to believe that the future will bring the supply lower which will make the price rise accordingly.

For a good business, we should not think that supply should down instead need to find ways to increase demand then the growth of bitcoins will be very strong. If more and more businesses start accepting bitcoins automatically, bitcoin market will grow instead bringing down the supply of bitcoins. I kept only a few coins for long-term growth and sold most of my coins as and when I make some profit from my coins.

Ultimately, for businesses to fully embrace bitcoins they should pay their bills as well as wages in bitcoins too. Paying the bills (including taxes) depends on other businesses and the state, and it is not under control of the business that wants to use Bitcoin, therefore it is essentially out of the question...

But how many people are ready to accept their wages and salaries in bitcoins?
That's the problem there because the price of bitcoin is so volatile and for small employees who are earning a little amount they could lose the value of their in an instance when there is a timing of bitcoin dump.

That's certainly correct and still more so for small businesses like bakeries, wineries and the likes of these. But even with a high-profile companies like well-known exchanges (say, Bitstamp) that have offices and regular staff that companies usually hire for keeping the office in order, the problem is still there. For example, what would, say, a plumber do with his bitcoins?

Obviously, he would be forced to exchange them into fiat and most likely with a bit (or a lot) of pain in the ass
Maybe in the future where the price will become stable then we can see that it will be accepted also as a salary for all line of business, but for now it is hard to force this thing as this is just a game for the investors and traders this time. And I have to admit I belonged to the aforementioned.
As you said bitcoin need stability to anyone wille to accept bitcoin as payment, as the risks nowadays are bigger then the real potencial profit. The gold has been limited even it crashing new value over the next years it hasnt such system to make it be worth more, besides people run from problems buying gold.
No man, I agree that the risk is bigger but the potential profit is more bigger that is how you calculate the risk vs reward. The only risk is when bitcoin will not succeed in the future and your coins will become worthless but if it succeed the price will definitely rise and you will earn big profits from it.
11715  Other / Off-topic / Re: Are you buying bitcoins? Why? on: August 19, 2016, 02:48:01 PM
Share with us what's your main reason for buying bitcoins?
Bitcoin price is fluctuating a lot these days.My mobile keep beeping with new price notification all the time.I dont think it is the right time to buy coins.I am waiting for some stability in price than I will buy

Bitcoin price fluctuates as always. No such thing as stability if you are waiting for it. It will needs more years before such stability will happen.

Just try to give a shot at possible dipping point where price are struggling to decrease more in that range. You can consider that price as price to start accumulating coins again. Just a trader advice.

Price may go down in coming days so I think its better to wait for few days, as it is expected that price will go below $550 in next couple of days and that would be the good time to buy.
You could be right so let's way for that, but in the event it will not happen you will mess the cheap price now so I think we should still try to consider buying a certain percentage of current price and buy more when it still drop.
11716  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2016/17 NBA Off-Season on: August 19, 2016, 02:44:01 PM
The Miami Heat might have actually gotten better with D.Wade's departure. They can now start a full rebuild with Hassan Whiteside as the centerpiece. Although Chris Bosh is still with them, nobody's certain whether he'll still be able to play another game in his career. They still have Goran Dragic and Justise Winslow and Josh Richardson. And also the acquisition of Derrick Williams and Willie Reed could prove to be enough for them to contend for another playoff spot. All that Pat Riley lowballing might actually be good for the franchise.
yes mate those young guns can prove that even their superstar already went out fro their line up they can build a good competitive team those younger players can now show what they really have, i hope to see them back from play off and win for the eastern finals.

I agree with Hassan Whiteside being the centerpiece of the franchise. I expect some major trade for them this coming season. They are not a championship contender with their roster now, maybe they can make playoffs but still its gonna be hard for them this season.
For sure they will not be able to reach to playoffs this season, it was due to the impressive performance of D Wade last season that's why they were able to reach in the playoffs, and without a superstar in the team who can score they will be having a hard time to even maintain a good record.
11717  Economy / Economics / Re: How to save money. on: August 19, 2016, 02:40:21 PM
I do this.  There are 52 weeks in a year.  The first week I save 1 dollar, second week I save 2, third I save 3, so on so on till you hit week 52, in which you save 52.  It's a gradual increase each week so you don't even notice it.

It's easy to say but it will be hard for others since there is no regular and fixed weekly earnings especially for those who has real life job.

Their salary is on twice a month basis (in most of the cases). But they can increase the savings per salary day so that they can still keep up with their savings.
I think it would be easier if you keep your money start to little by little. if you were earning about $ 1,000 per month.
you only need to save $ 50 each month on your wallet. it was very small I thought it would not be hard for you to save
That would grow big and your savings will be effective if you can do it consistently, and if you are putting that amount in the bank the better as you cannot touch it easily, that amount should be for specific purpose so you will not be tempted to spend that amount easily.
11718  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to make money on bitcointalk? on: August 19, 2016, 02:28:37 PM
Anyone help me please?
I'm newbie...!

well since bitcointalk won't give you free bitcoin, as it is not a faucet, you have to work for it, best way is signature campaigns, as you will earn a lot from it
That's most of the workers here are doing and they earn a good amount of money from signature campaign and I think this job also is the recommendation of the majority here aside from trading which is for me very risky and would need to have a capital before you can start to earn.
11719  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is their any safe methods to gamble? on: August 19, 2016, 09:42:50 AM
There is no safe method. That said you can try betting a small amount but you will lose in the end. Its the casino owners who make a profit and the players are the losers.
If gambling was a safe method to earn money then people would not study hard and get jobs to earn money.
Perhaps a more appropriate not a secure method but a method to minimize the loss of the amount of the bet. We can minimize losses in the amount of betting that is by limiting the number of bets. We have to control ourselves to bet in order not to become addicted, because if we have control would be very nice for us to avoid the bad effects of addiction.
That is a good idea, we should limit our number of bets and should not bet every game we feel. I will site a good example, in betting in sports betting it is not advisable to bet many teams you like because you cannot cap them all correctly so you should focus like 2 to 3 games a day and you are done for the day.
11720  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you quit your day job to go full time on bitcoin? on: August 19, 2016, 09:39:29 AM
Are you inspired by those bitcoin millionaires? Are you thinking of filing a resignation letter on your day job (if you have any) and focus on bitcoin instead?

Me? I do have a day job and I consider bitcoin as my side job. I don't want to lose that another source of income just because bitcoin is awesome.

I think its too risky to earn bitcoin full time. And earning bitcoin is not easy. I didn't earn much by bitcoin.I treat bitcoin as my side job because I didn't got stable income from bitcoin. So, I can't take risk to quit my job & search online for bitcoin job. Many people became rich by online but few people have succeeded by bitcoin. So, I don't think earning with bitcoin is quite easy so I will take bitcoin as my side job.
That's how it should be treated because there is no assurance that we can all earn money in bitcoin, our needs is permanent and consistent, so we need to have an income that we can use in our daily needs and I would tell you regular job will only give you that.
It depends on an individual on his confidence with bitcoin, if he thinks he can earn more in focusing bitcoin it would be easy for him to leave the job but since majority of us here are not rich, we are playing to be safe and choose day job over bitcoin.
