Great, many thanks for your posts! Good to know and much easier than I had imagined! I'll try it out and hope my rig will not crash

I want to overclock my RX 480 cards with the .bat file instead of using MSI Afterburner. I have several problems with Afterburner because I use the mining drivers and because I have 2 different GPU brands in my rig (2 XFX GTR with standard core clock 1388 and Powercolor Red Devil with standard core clock 1288) and the rig crashes when I OC different cards. I found out that you can OC your GPU via the .bat file with this code: EthDcrMiner64.exe -epool eu1.ethermine.org:4444 -ewal ETHEREUM_WALLET.WORKER_NAME -epsw x -tstop 85 -tt 65 -fanmin 60 -fanmax 100 -cclock 1200 -mclock 2250 -cvddc 850 -mvddc 850
I wonder if it's possible to set different overclocks for each card in the .bat file? Is there a guide on using the .bat file overclocking somewhere?

Do you have a static ip on the mining rig?
Yes, in my FritzBox Settings page, I checked the box that always the same IP address should be assigned to the miner on which the node is running. Did you set the external ip address? Might be a stupid question but many get this wrong I did only setup the things that were showed in the video. How do I setup my external ip address? There is nothing to setup in the external ip address, but that address is the ip address of the vps, if you doing it locally maybe you used the actual internal ip address Okay so I'll use the main IP address of my home? I used the IP address of the miner, is that wrong? You must use the public address and not the internal one. Internal normally is 192.168.... Okay so I'll use the IP address of my home instead of the IP address of the device (miner)?

Thank you, I'll do that

It's probably using one of the cards as primary (monitor output) and not the onboard GPU. Try plugging the monitor into a card or the onboard graphics port.
I plugged the monitor hdmi cable in the GPU instead of the motherboard and it worked! Thank you so much, I could've found this solution on my own, but with your help the problem got solved in less than 10min, many thanks again! I set Gen1 in the mobo settings for PCIe speed, is there anything else I should set in the mobo bios settings?

Hi, I made a Cmos reset of my motherboard (AsRock H81 Pro BTC) and since then, my miner doesn't recognize the GPU's anymore. I changed PCIe speed to Gen1 and tried with 1 riser connected to the x16 slot. The miner did power up but there was no signal on the screen, mouse and keyboard were not working. Without a riser plugged in, the PC works perfectly fine and boots without problems.
How can I fix this problem?

Thank you! I forgot that video i was going crazy where i did see it lol. I have my 4x rx 480 with stock bios so will try to mod them. Do not forget to install those Blockchain drivers... otherwise the flash will be useless I bricked my Bios my installing the blockchain drivers I ended up with 21 Mh/s per RX480, that's why I'm reflashing the original bios and try to get back to 28Mh/s with original bios and blockchain drivers. Thank you all for your answers, I'll check out the videos you posted, many thanks!!

Hello mining community, I want to flash the original Bios back on my RX480s and I wonder if I can do this with the GPU connected to the motherboard via the riser cable (from GPU connected to the x16 lane) or do I need to plug the GPU directly in the 16x lane to be able to flash the Bios?

Where can I create a Bitcoin Gold Address? I want to use it for mining. Please beware of the scammers on Twitter that do post sites where you can create a wallet!

Do you guys recommend to use this site to monitor the return on investement of masternodes? https://masternodes.pro/Or is there a better source to find out about all the different masternodes that exist ands their specs? PRO does a good job. The largest List of solid masternode coins with the most detail - click the coin name for advanced stats... https://masternodes.online/ Many thanks! What about the accuracy of masternodes.pro and masternodes.online? Are the stats mostly reliable?

Yes I'm in there, I'm no 271. But I'm online for 00m:00s, when will it update? Can I close my controller wallet now?
Dont look at your active time, it doesnt update every X amount of minutes, didnt you get a reward the other day? No I didn't get a reward. I checked back right now and it was offline again, no clue why it shuts down... Did you open ports correclty? Also on the vps panel if you have one. I opened the ports on my mining rig where I run the masternode, I use this instead of a VPS. Do I need to open the ports on my main PC (controller wallet) too?

How long will the testnet run? More like 1-2 hours, 1-2 days or 1-2 weeks?

Hello, I checked the status of my masternode I setup yesterday and it wasn't active. I started it again and I get the same problemI had yesterday: Could not allocate vin Do I need to leave my controller wallet unencrypted or what's causing the problem?
You always have to unlock wallet for staking when you start the node, did you wait for the list to populate before checking if it was online? Okay, but when I close my controller wallet the node will keep running until I open the controller wallet again? What does that mean "wait for the list to populate"?
