122  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do you sell a million dollars bag of crypto? Would you trust exchanges? on: November 06, 2019, 10:32:18 PM
Just wondering if I want to sell significant amount of crypto, where can I do it ? By significant I mean $250,000+ of crypto.Would you trust Binance / okex / huobi to return their money to you , and how law can protect us from being scammed?

Binance is trusted exchange existing into the world of crypto currency no need to worry for that mate, but of course I do not like to blame you, I advise wfor you do not sell your crypto coin in a single transaction if are worrying to your investment to become lose. And aside form bunence you swll your crypto in a different exchange with have reputatiin example I recommend is poloniex, Hitbtc, kurcoin etc. just research first what exchange the best to use in your location.

124  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have anyone tried to stop gamblers from losing while they keep on wagering. on: November 06, 2019, 10:14:51 PM
I've been into gambling for a long, my major focus was on sports betting. From sports betting earned good, but I wasn't able to make the success continue. I lost out of greed, further my focus turned towards casinos where we get the instant results and doesn't want to wait as we wait on sports betting till a match gets over. By this time I was entirely new to it, and lost big. If someone have contacted me I could've stopped it for a while and lowered my loses.

Recently while playing dice, I saw a person who was wagering with large funds to recover the loss. By the time he has lost part of what I have lost. I texted him my experience, and suggested to stop it before things go out of his hands. He didn't responded, finally he lost everything. Have any of you got such experience.

Interesting story and experience mate, anyway I play also gambling but honestly Imalso experience loses because loses is part in the gambling games.
I advise with you do not treat gambling as source of income for sure its cause become greedy and addicting just play gambling for entertainment and always bring money ready to lose.
125  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why hasn't any altcoin replaced bitcoin? on: November 06, 2019, 10:04:12 PM
I think bitcoin has been one of the biggest innovations of the human in the past years. Many altcoins have been created after bitcoin. But none of  them have been successful as bitcoin is. Why is that?
Why no altcoin can replace bticoin?
Every new thing and every technology is usually replaced by a newer one as the world is always developing.

The first television built was mechanical, then electronic television were invented, then colour televisions, digital, 3D, ....
The first automobiles invented were steam-powered wheeled vehicles, then electric automobiles appeared. Now we have autonomous cars. Now we have Tesla model S. Now we have Lamborghini.
All of us know about the developments made in mobile phones.

Every thing is being developed. Every device is finally replaced by a newer one. Why no altcoin has replaced bitcoin till now? Do you think it will happen in future?
I personally think people will trust what Satoshi has created more than altcoins till many years later.
Altcoins are created to make the developers rich. But bitcoin is different. Bitcoin was created in favor of us. So, no altcoin can be trusted as bitcoin.

What do you think?

That is truly right every single day the new technology is upgraded and  yes I agree and wknow that bitcoin and altcoins is under in new technology, but so not compare it in things like television improvoment, altcoins and bitcoin are not things it a currency came from digital money. I think no need to explain the difference of altcoins and bitcoin as currency.
126  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Beware! You are not safe if you are using facebook! on: November 05, 2019, 10:12:16 PM
Then what? Even if you do warn up people they would still make use of this platform.Come to think even just complying some documentations on real-life already exposes up your identity.

I am a facebook user also to avoid unsafe using facebook do not share in the wall all your activities in your daily life use facebook to get communication for relatives and friends through messengers. we can use facebook to promote crypto as new form of money but do not share your portfolio in the public if you to be safe. So meaning use social medias responsibly.
127  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2019-11-05] Bitcoin Price Hits $11.6K on Argentinian Crypto Exchange on: November 05, 2019, 10:05:49 PM
Shifting politics, economic uncertainty, and stricter forex controls have led Argentine banks to eliminate trading desk jobs.

https://bitcoinist.com/bitcoin-price-breaks-12k-on-argentinian-crypto-exchange/

I wonder this news what will happen bitcoin price reach $11.6k in argentinian crypto exchange, anyways I think this good for the argentinian bitcoin hodlers but the question here is what is the impact of this in the whole crypto is obvious there have manipulation.

131  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Impact on gambling on: November 05, 2019, 09:25:18 PM
If others are selected, does it indicate that these things do not affect the winnings at stake?

We are not talking about any loss or dependence on gambling here.
We are just explaining the meaning of gains, or more accurately, the meaning of gambling wins and that this is not a random occurrence, but rather an occurrence of some of the factors mentioned above.

For me in my own believer gambling is game of luck without luck is all nothing I stop playing, we know even the veterans gamblers is failed to get win without luck we the veterans gamblers are full of knowledge ideas skillls and strategy but without luck he/she got lose.

134  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Qualification for Professional Trader on: November 03, 2019, 10:50:49 PM
I'm thinking about how to be qualified as a professional trader, There's a web site that I found on ads and it's called Etoro. On the website they allow users to copy a certain trader's portfolio and the website show the trader's current growth.

My question is how can a certain website know if you are qualified as a professional trader? I don't think the portfolio is enough to be trusted because it is easily manipulated by some editing skills.
If the portfolio was the only basis then anyone can be a professional trader either editing or borrowing some photos. If you really want to be qualified a professional trader, its not only the portfolio, you must show something else like skills and how do you chart. I don't know etoro but it is currently circulating around some website and youtube ads.  What's the benefit of joining etoro as a professional trader?

That's right mate specially rich man can stored huge amount in there porfolio if they want you called a professional trader. For me a qualification being a professional trader is have full of knowledge and skill with have self control for their emotions.

137  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bakkt’s Bitcoin Futures Volume Explodes 260% to Trade $11M in 24 Hours on: November 03, 2019, 10:01:01 PM
Bakkt’s Bitcoin Futures Volume Explodes 260% to Trade $11M in 24 Hours

Quote
According to data from Twitter-based monitoring resource Bakkt Volume Bot on Oct. 26, Bakkt traded 1,183 Bitcoin futures contracts, or 1,183 BTC ($11 million) on Friday.

Compared to just 331 contracts ($3.1 million) on Thursday, the increase in just 24 hours was 257%, dwarfing previous jumps, which themselves had resulted in all-time highs earlier in October.

https://cointelegraph.com/news/bakkts-bitcoin-futures-volume-explodes-260-to-trade-11m-in-24-hours

Do you guys think though that since Bakkt has been having an all time high volume tradings, will the positive sentiments will spill to the alt market right now? I mean alt market needs some catalyst, so I'm thinking that this whole Bakkt entering the picture could push the price further and possible that it can have domino effect in the alts?

What are your thoughts about my theory?

I positively that 260% volume will probably I expect more than, if hear the lates news about the parthnership of bakkt and one of the world famous coffee shop store starbucks that plan can help for the bakkt to continues to increase the volume demands.

139  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Lowest Deposit/Withdrawal Fee Exchange? on: November 03, 2019, 09:46:40 PM
As binance is by far the best exchange with liquidity without a doubt
It has no deposit fee for btc

But withdrawing is 0.0005 btc which is kinda big there

Any other exchange with low Deposit/withdrawal fee that you can suggest?

Edit:
A great site by Landak - https://withdrawalfees.com/coins/bitcoin
A great thread by Javi Too - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2991183.0

I recommend poloniex in term of withdrawal is same price from binance is fair to the users and even buy and sell coins is also a low cost transaction fee. The best things why I recommend this excahnge it because with have  strong security and reputation.

140  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2019-11-03] BitMEX Exposes User Emails In Data Leak on: November 03, 2019, 09:38:21 PM
I would not say that this same huge mistake never happened with other platforms in other industries but people in BitMEX should have known better how sensitive are the information under their own care. Showing some stupidity by ignoring some security measures in handling a simple case of sending email and sharing important data can be a form of a big concern for the whole industry. Indeed, this act alone lacks the kind of maturity that we should be expected by now with different platforms working for an in the cryptocurrency industry.

And if this case happened with a reputable exchange like BitMEX, how can we expect that other smaller exchanges will not be making similar stupid mistakes? And should there be a big penalty that should be imposed for a player like BitMEX in this case? Indeed, this is like a little boy playing with matches and pretending that he is old enough not to cause a fire.
[/quote]

Yeah your really right mate, this big mistakes how people they lost their reputable, email address of each single users is very important and private. This mistakes users of Bitmex is very affected the security of their other account is in danger. Hope never happen again this scenario to other exchange.
