1) you want to sell your BTC at a higher price because obviously you are talking of price over the current price. If your target is $13,000 then have a sell order at $13K and wait until it will be successfully filled.
2) since you want to sell in USD, you need to verify your account at Bittrex, then link your bank account so you will be able to withdraw your USD the moment your sell order will be filled.
I think this advise is suite for your question op put a margin sell target how much ypu want sell your coins into dollar. |

I agree with you mate it is possible altcoins will end if the project team investor not doing focus and do their job to improve the altcoins they have. Bitcoin limited also holding this is possble to get huge profits specially if the demands volume increased. An altcoins that is used for something very important, that is, if it has found real use, will always find its way back, come what may. It will always be needed for the purpose it is meant for.
We need not to be afraid of whether altcoins will be fine and not be used it, you should just ensure you have invested in the right or good altcoin.
