It's possible the authorities use KYC to make sure he/she a legit owner of the funds, but I think it long time and need a lot of time to waste to investigate who is the real individual owner of the stolen funds.

Yes, we are happy to see bitcoin price can already increase more than $10k although now the price is down and back to $10k again. We will see it will break $11k again soon and at that time, our profit will bigger than before. But unfortunately, the altcoin price has down too, and many of them have back to the deeper price. But I am sure that the cryptocurrency market will rise again and we can make a bigger profit this year and in the next year.
