121  Economy / Gambling / Re: ⚽ Sportsbet.io - Site Relaunched! 🏀 Live Streaming! 🏈 Daily Promotions! 💰 on: January 12, 2018, 08:10:08 AM
What on earth is going on with this site. I can no longer access this site i keep getting message saying my country is no longer supported. Since when did they stop doing business with the United States.  Also what happens to people from me that had funds on the website. I had not been on there in some time so i had forgotten about my funds.

If you contact support and explain this to them, I'm 100% sure you'll get your funds

164.17 mBTC SCAM ALERT BY SPORTSBET.IO

I made an under 2.5 soccer bet today on a spanish soccer match and while it was in the process of being confirmed, all of the lines disappeared from the book b/c a goal was scored while in the 2-3 seconds that the bet was confirming. Rather than do the ethical thing and reject such a large wager on a live line when a goal was scored during the process of confirming it, you guessed it, they went ahead and processed the bet to line their pockets.

I immediately presented this issue to Adam on livechat, that the bet was invalid and no way it should have been accepted due to a goal being scored and completely making the line invalid and bet invalid. He said he understood, but told me to wait 1-2 minutes. 10 minutes later, he told me he understood the issue and was working to fix it but to wait a few minutes. 20 minutes later, same story, wait a few minutes. An hour later on live chat, same thing, they're looking into it. 90 minutes later, they're looking into it. They literally waited until the bet lost with a 3rd goal late in the match to get back to me and now tell me they're going to have to email me later after they look into it more.

This is so pathetic. I am one of their highest volume clients based on their public info of their contests and they're trying to screw the hell out of me. There's NO WAY they should process a wager like that when they literally knew about the goal b/c their lines all suspended and then they immediately accepted the wager AFTER their whole page suspended their lines and after a goal was scored. That puts the punter at a huge disadvantage that he makes a wager and then has to sit there for 5-10 seconds hoping nothing terrible happens to make his price nonexistent or absolutely horrific while they have the freedom to reject or accept anything.

The right thing better be done here. I swear to god I will fly to sportsbet.io headquarters and wait out in the parking lot if they really think they're going to scam me out of $3000.

I'm sorry, but I find this very hard to believe.
Add to the fact that you say you're going to "fly to sportsbet.io headquarters and wait out in the parking lot" and this sounds like a fabricated story  Lips sealed

I have the intention to go to a lawyer, for the moment I tried to contact a few that could knew what is bitcoin, but I am not fiding as many as I wished.

Is anyone here able to give some contacts?

Thank you
Which lawyers did you contact and why would they need to know what Bitcoin is?

I live in a small city ~80k citizens. I talked with all my friends that are lawyers and I couldn't find anyone that can at least understand what the hell is bitcoin..

I am cheated and I have no way to get my money back
Do you live in Willemstad?

You have a claim against a company, how is this related to Bitcoin?

It appears you are captured in your mindset, like many other victims:

Lose $100s, 1000s or 10000s to criminals = fine. Spend some money to enforce your claim = no, no, no!

The criminals laugh their asses off about victims like you!

While I normally wouldn't bother wasting my time arguing with someone with -16 trust, you blew your cover in this thread.

OP (cosimplay22) = game-protect

- game-protect asks OP if he "lives in Willemstad," which after googling is the capital city of Curaçao
- What are the chances that OP lives in Willemstad???   Huh Huh  Why would you even ask that??  Huh Huh
- And if this was a real case, if he lived in Willemstad couldn't he go to court house on his own??
- game-protect is trying to get people to pay for his non-existent "service"
- game-protect is a shill, and a bad one at that
So far you did not argue with me, but stated only nonsense to mislead players to get defrauded by shady online gambling operators!

cosimplay22 said that he talked with all his friends that are lawyers and as his case is in Curacao I asked him if he lives in
Willemstad, because it makes only sense to speak with lawyers in Curacao if your case is in Curacao. But this is obviously too high for your shill brain to understand! Cheesy

I beg your pardon, but where did OP say anything about a case in Curacao?  Huh

Again, unless you live in Curacao, no one knows what the hell Willemstad is, so you sound even more dumb by asking that.

Why would you assume that OP lives in Willemstad?  Or are you too dumb to realize the chances of him living in Willemstad are slim to none?  Think about that for 60 seconds...

OP hasn't been active in months, and you've since created new shill accounts in an attempt to push your "service."  Roll Eyes

As much as you wish you were a lawyer, you're way too dumb and non-trustworthy for anyone to take you seriously.

Speaking of, how's business?  I'm sure you've got tons of sportsbooks/casinos lining up for your "service."  Grin

You started this thread as OP, and are too dumb to cover your lying tracks  Tongue

Maybe next time, wait longer than 1 hour to reply to your own posts.  Roll Eyes Cheesy

The funny part is that other victims already warned him about the Bitcasino scam and Sportsbet scam and he ignored those warnings. This at least highly indicates that he intended to scam the vegascasino scam, because otherwise why would he deposit any money to these scams?

OP states that "BitCasino's site is literaly booby-trapped with ways to steal your coins."   Roll Eyes
Is that even possible and if it is, this is the very first I've heard of it.   A bitcoin casino, who wants you to lose your coins from gambling, instead resorts to booby-trapping?   Roll Eyes
As absurd and demented as that sounds, you sound just a little paranoid and either had a really bad streak or entirely fabricated this story out of spite.  I'm guessing it's a small combination of each...

You sound angry at Bitcoin casinos in general and hopefully you've since been able to come to your senses, relaxed a bit, and found peace.

Yes it is possible to booby-trapping! For example they let you deposit without any KYC and when you have won and want to withdraw they suddenly ask for KYC procedure!

Wow, you really are showing your true intelligence...

Let me ask you a question, Mr. -16 trust:

Do you have ANY IDEA of the deposit - withdrawal ratio?

In other words, cause I know you're a bit slow, do you have any idea how many MORE people deposit THEN withdrawal?

The answer is that not a lot of people withdrawal (cause that's how gambling works, in case you were unaware, most people lose).

It would be insanity for a casino to KYC each and every single new account that makes a deposit.

Are they supposed to KYC for a $50 deposit?  That's a waste of time.  You can figure it out on your own as to why.

They don't "suddenly" ask for KYC, it's stated in their TOS and blasted all over the internet that this particular casino requires KYC (in order to be able to operate).

129  Economy / Gambling / Re: Who bought Betcoin Poker? on: December 29, 2017, 10:06:10 PM
recently Betcoin poker was sold... Anyone have any deeper info?  I thought they had the  best Bitcoin poker out there, wondering if a competitor might have bought them up to desolve them, maybe a big player is going to enter the bitcoin transaction market, or something?  I noticed a few PR moves regarding old events, perhaps someone has bought them and has plans for a future development?

Probably no one. Looks more like they tried acting like they sold it to justify stealing the bad best jackpot but they did a 180 and decided to pay it out. Maybe

Bingo.  They weren't "sold," they just skipped town...

I had received a message regarding a fraud email / promotion that bitcasino.io is sending, I will make followup on these before make my self judgement if they become a scammers.
It's an old news dude. They're a fake casino since the day they were launched. If you are already playing there,it's time to stop.Anyway, please use a proper report format and present your accusation in the respective section of the forum.

While this thread is 120 days old, I just wanted to get your definition of a "fake casino" because as far as I know, Bitcasino does a great job of paying out when I win.

Why would a "fake casino" pay me (and others) what we are owed if they were "fake/scam?"

Some of these posts are so immature and irrelevant that hopefully people are able to weed out the FUD from the truth.

Although this thread is 120 days old, it still appears in Google and for that reason I wanted to call out the OP:

As other have already mentioned, Martingale Betting System is not guaranteed, regardless of which casino you play at.  You can't claim "scam" because you fairly lost  Roll Eyes

To start a thread claiming "scam" is not only super redundant but without a doubt, nothing more than a blatantly false accusation.

133  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: BITCASINO.IO scam alert on: December 29, 2017, 09:34:06 PM
Just calm down and wait a bit i not think that they will scam you for .5 bitcoins!

Wait a bit and then just send some e-mail to the support i would wait maybe 24 hours before you yell scam!
list account not payed all declined
dere = 4 btc i thinks it 1st declined n that account win too much
culomilago = 2 btc i really not believe 2x im declined n banned in this casino because i win so much
wafer = 1.5 btc declined again i should test this casino with deposit n withdraw with 0.5 btc
permen = 0.5 btc deposit n withdraw

with that 4 account i played n not payed till now no great respond from this casino.

As others mentioned, it sounds like either:

a) You were attempting to scam the casino
b) You have multiple accounts which is, obviously, illegal and against the rules

I'm guessing it was both so with no further need to explain this thread, I hope you have better luck elsewhere!

134  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Bitcoin Casino Scammers - BitCasino.io - BEWARE! DO NOT DEPOSIT! on: December 29, 2017, 09:27:47 PM
I have a little story...so one time I used the 100% sign up bonus at BITCASINO.IO and ended up trying as hard as I could to be able to cash it out along with my deposit. I found it extremely difficult to withdraw the funds at all, especilly seeing how they ARE NOT even automatic and BitCasino's site is literaly booby-trapped with ways to steal your coins. After playing dozens of games trying to cycle through the balance many times over as per BITCASINO.IO's bonus policy I found the balance has already lost the bonus and dipped into my deposit about 50%, each game just taking my coins as if they were all rigged to win. I then had a half a bitcoin (0.5 BTC) left over only come to findout that the first part of the balance that I lost during playing dozens of their games, thinking it was the bonus that I lost, of course... but it was actually my deposit that I had lost first and the remaining was actually only the bonus... so you actually use your own deposit first, not the bonus at all, it comes last!! How the hell is that even a bonus? On top of that you can't even withdraw it unless you cycle through your entire balance several dozens of times, impossible! So after that I actually only had half of the bonus left over in my BitCasino balance, wow! And of course I still was not able to cash it out because I has not yet cycled through the balance several times like their bonus policy demands that you do. However I still continued roaming BitCasino.io's site thinking it was my own balance and I had only lost the bonus along with half of my own deposit, so I thought I had my own half coin still, but no, they were going to have that as well... After some time I eventually gave up realizing I fell for a trap. when I accepted this bonus and saw a button saying to forfeit and cancel the bonus. I pressed it and POOF my balance went to ZERO! I talked to them in chat and they told me they are unable to restore my balance and that I should have read BitCasino.io's terms of that button. Now, remember how I said I though that I firsty spent my bonus and not my own money? Well since this trap didn't allow me to use the bonus part of my balance first, I ended up using myown coins meaning all that was left was the bonus part of the balance left... So when I clicked that "cancel bonus" button all it did was steal the remaining of my balance since it canceled the bonus.. I begged and pleaded to them and over and over they rudely denied my request. After about 5 minutes they decided to offer me a refund of my balance (which was only 0.5 BTC) if I made another deposit of at least 1 BTC and accepted the bonus terms again. I said are you f###ing kidding me? These total SCAMMERS are out to scam each and every bitcoin user of at least 1 time, so that way they become completely rich, and throw money at all their problems through advertising. That's there goal, and also the reason why BitCasino.io is so rigged up to literally screw you and trap your money for good once you accept BitCasino.io's terms or make a deposit... There are traps all over the BitCasino website so BEWARE! They don't give a damn about any BitCasino players I've realized and are happy if they end up getting at least 1 bitcoin from each and every person in the world. That's there goal and it'll make them rich. .. but I hope this post can slow them down some... be careful and avoid ever playing at BITCASINO.IO as they will scam you blind. Remember! Bit Casino . io. (http://www.bitcasino.io) - AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Long story short, I WOULD NOT recommend accepting a deposit bonus from a bitcoin casino ... ESPECIALLY BITCASINO.IO which now is also VEGASCASINO.IO too! Under operation by the exact same people so BEWARE of them as well, or you can kiss your coins goodbye, literally!

Hello,

I deposited 68 usd ~ of bitcoin on bitcasino.io . I bet by mistake on max bet and I won 948.99 mbtc.

I tried to withdraw on 29 of april. They said I can't withdraw due security reasons. On 30 they asked for my id and a bill. I send boths. On 1 of may they asked if I have any other acc or if I use VPN. I told them that due my job I can't use my job laptop and I connected from VM.

On 2 of may they closed my account and I still don't know the reason.

I hope someone will see this topic and maybe some one will help me.

Was this before or after you purchased accounts on bitcointalk  Roll Eyes
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=994470;sa=showPosts

So even though this thread is 120 days old and your credibility is non existent, I'd still like to address your blatantly false claim against Bitcasino.io as this appears in Google search.  Undecided

- You deposited an entire $68 USD, and "mistakenly" turned it into almost a full Bitcoin.  That's quite an accomplishment in itself  Roll Eyes   What was "mistaken" about this in the first place?

- You admitted to illegally using a VPN (regardless of your "job laptop" or not, you violated the TOS of every single Bitcoin casino).  The reason, if not obvious, that VPNs are banned is because they allow players to use multiple accounts which again, is clearly illegal and a violation under every single Bitcoin casino and sportsbook rules.

- Bitcasino.io did not steal your $68, they closed your account(s) for attempting to cheat the system.

- Are we really talking about $68 here?Huh Huh Huh Huh Huh

Regarding the OP, this sounds like a bunch of FUD that wouldn't come from the mouth of someone studying "software engineering with a major in casino games developing."

Sounds more like a disgruntled individual from 3 years ago, who hasn't been active since February 10, 2015.

138  Economy / Gambling / Re: Nitrogen $20 withdrawal fee on: December 20, 2017, 02:22:51 PM
Is nitrogensports holding bitcoincash still, or did they spend it for themselves? Each bitcoin cash coin is now worth $3500 each.  They are having a big party with their users coins.

They made off like bandits.  This is a shady casino as far as I'm concerned.
139  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🚩 Bitcasino.io – the FUN, FAST and FAIR gaming experience! 🚩 on: December 20, 2017, 02:18:26 PM
they do not pay me 0.05btc which I won in their lottery in 2016. They say that I have many accounts. I explain to them that I played through a vpn-plugin which has a limited number of ip addresses. because their site bitcasino.io is blocked in Russia. Accordingly, many people from Russia played through this plugin and many had the same ip address. They do not want to listen to anything and ignore me. What is better to do in this situation? Documents are uploaded through the site, I can provide them with anything from documents, but they do not want to hear anything.
Thank you and Sorry for Google translator)))

So what you're trying to say is:

You won 50 mBTC about two years ago in a lottery and are claiming Bitcasino won't pay?
That's hysterical considering your admittance of VPN which is prohibited per their TOS.  Which is the same for every bitcoin casino as far as I know.  There is a reason for that, please see my above post.
They aren't trying to hurt their reputation by "stealing" $800 from someone who admittingly played from a banned country.  From 2016, mind you  Roll Eyes

140  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bitcasino.io – the FUN, FAST and FAIR gaming experience! on: December 19, 2017, 12:55:42 PM
Can this casino ever return to the stage where they honored their commitments and where they had awesome promotions without hidden clauses and excuses. This was my favorite casino and I used to like to promote it to all my friends, but they have gone downhill since.

Now we see technicalities being used, not to honor their payouts. In a competitve environment like Bitcoin gambling, you only have 1 chance to prove yourself and to build a good reputation and I think they are burning bridges now, with all these dirty tricks.  Angry

Seems like it's easier for them to just steal money from people with their excuses about "KYC". I would not believe for a moment this casino really needs KYC because their are not regulated by any KYC/AML laws. They have no address, no telephone, no court to appeal and so on. This leaves me feels robbed

Well I hate to break it to you, but you better believe it.  Their jurisdiction does require KYC documentation in order to comply with the law.  So you're wrong about that one.
If this was a scam casino, why do they limit who can play?  If they were all about scamming, wouldn't they allow US players?   Then they could just steal all the US players' money.

But they don't allow US players because that would be illegal in their jurisdiction!

This is what people fail to see; if they were scamming than they would be scamming ANYONE and EVERYONE!

A phone number and an address?   Yeah ok, show me another bitcoin casino that provides this kind of information... Huh
