The main problem of Bitcointalk bounty is that the quality of the entire forum just got worsen compare to 3-4 year ago before the ICO hype
The Old Bitcointalk is more of crypto discussion, adoption and etc
Nowadays post are mainly Promoting Scams, Wanted Quick Gain - which also lead to greed bounty campaigners to create bad bounty which doesn't even benefit the project who promote it

At some point, full decentralization is very hard to achieve when the product itself is built by a specific company/specific team
However here comes the problem, not much people in the scene actually care if one Blockchain/Crypto is really decentralize or not, what they mainly care is if they can make money, if they can transfer coins here and there
I wouldn't say being a semi centralized platform is entirely bad because judging from such cases where coins are stolen, it will be very subjective here
Let me put in this way, if your parents who are not a tech savvy person, and they got scammed for $100,000
Unless there's sort of smart contract who can prove that the specific $100,000 belongs to your parents and retrieve it back
Else, Decentralized doesn't help at all in this case
Thus, my best take for a full decentralization to become perfect would only took place when the whole industry itself is very solid
Else, decentralization itself is still a system with flaws

It has a good liquidity if we were to use compare to DAI
But somehow i would say if you wanted a more flexible trading options, go for USDT as you can see Binance uses USDT but not DAI

My vote will definitely go for Chainlink/Matic
I could be bias here but for
LINK - With the recent price manipulation of DEFI, we can see that LINK proves that its existence is needed to solve data manipulation because the lack of decentralization or data sources
Matic - If people are positive with Ethereum 2.0, things that could scale up the network like off chain solutions, on chain solutions will be pretty viable in the long run

Well most of this data driven site (Meaning where the data is carry over from other's database/website) can be use as references but not fully depending on it
Look at multiple perspectives
We wouldn't really know if one site's data are purely transparent or rigged unless you can deeply explore into the exchange and monitor all of the data
However since not everyone is that tech savvy, its fine to use multiple sites as references to cross comparison or etc
Although i only uses CMC as i don't really see the volume because from most of the trading history in most exchanges, you can actually see that its manipulated
I uses Coinmarketcap mainly to see what's the recent hot coins
Trading volume can be fake, but price can be real if the volume did bulk up
Therefore, trading is not that easy because people need to identify if trading volume/trading pattern is false or true

Going for BNB/USD could be good however please take extra cautious when trading it because /usd pair are kinda influenced by Btc/usd price

Look at Link, Matic, Xtz, Bat
These coins could have good movement if their trend is valid going up

But having a crypto that can be untrace-able on a public ledger instead of trace-able one like Bitcoin/Ethereum
It seems fishy if we were to look from the perspective of non-crypto person
For example, why would i need to hide my transactions if i were to buy a fish from a market? There's no need of it unless i have other agenda

Well i didn't really believe in Binance that time because it seems spending too much on marketing
I don't really put much of trust in It
Until over certain time, i realise it has quite a number of liquidity, maybe its marketing work
And i use Binance till now
I would say despite DEX is something for future but CEX like Binance now wouldn't just go dissapear because of DEX

One thing to remember if you are including crypto into your investment portfolios
I see that you have 2 coins now and i do hope you do have Bitcoin in your wallet too
Despite how bad the Tech is on Bitcoin if we were to compare to other new gen Blockchain
We gotta agree the fact that Bitcoin does posses a strong value as a storage by comparing it to other crypto like Ethereum
Anyhow it is just the matter of time where Fiat system will get outdated and something new will either replace it or a revamp might happen on Fiat system
And yeah, physical metals are okayish but silver does perform quite bad over the past 4 year
