2) Drak is a smart guy and doesnt work for free
3) Facing the posibility of working for free and someone hoarding all the hash, Drak does a PRESALE, in which he SELLS you viacoin for BTC
4) Drak continues to work on Viacoin, hires Peter Todd, does some good shit, etc
PRESALE money was never ever gonna be used 100% on Viacoin, he never said that he will if you read his posts carefully. It was not a crowdfund or a fundraiser. Legally, he could have just taken the money from the start and released the coin but then vanished. He continued to work on and develop it.
If you guys cant understand it like that, understand it like this: "He presold you in a piece of technology, the money that he got from that presale is his to do as he pleases. You could say he got paid $300K USD for a part time job for a full year and technically that wouldnt be incorrect. You basically just upfronted the entire cost of VIACOIN development. Some people get a salary, he got a lump sum in the beginning."

bro the btc is gone, he spent money on all the work that got done on via. There isnt a "600 BTC ICO" btc fund anywhere. He delivered everything he promised. He explained his vision clearly and in as simple words as possible. The entire ICO was never gonna be used on the entire project lol
and the money is in his account. He spent as much as he needed to pay his own time + peter todd + anything else VIA related. You dont need honesty from Drak, lol he said it in the first post that this is a PRESALE and he will deliver a stable blockchain. The presale was done in order to promote a fairer distribution than hogging the hashrate (seems that didnt work as expected with people like Masternode appearing)

You seem to be trying to redirect the conversation away from some simple facts around VIA that I point out, mostly that Drak refuses to support the advancement of VIA with the ICO funds intended for that purpose, and his offer that 1M VIA could be used as community funds is laughable. What do you have to say about those two specific points? Or are you going to try and digress again and somehow use another coin that I support as a case for ignoring what Drak is doing with the ICO funds?
I've asked nothing unreasonable AT ALL. If he is truly honorable, then it should be easy to just get a trusted member to handle finances, show where money has been spent, and agree to spend the money intended for advancing the coin for that purpose moving forward.
