It's hard to answer this one. You might be holding some coins that will fetch a higher price in satoshi when bitcoin is down. Or the other way around.
And what if bitcoin goes back to 10k in 2 weeks? And your alt prices (in sat) might be down again?

I don't think this is how merit is supposed to be distributed, it defeats the purpose of merit.
It is hard to earn and this is somehow a charity post to help out people who wants to earn merit but can't write quality post, some people do not have the education to do so but loves the forum and earn merits to do signatures and earn some micro income. I get where you're coming from, I'm not necessarily a supporter of the merit system. But if you can't write quality posts you shouldn't be getting the merit. |

Hmm, $100 per Ripple?!?  Overoptimistic... Definitely Ripple won`t be $5 anytime soon, considering the total market capitalization right now is around $400B... because 5$ means a 195B capitalization for Ripple, much more than Bitcoin ($145B). So, in order for Ripple to surge, it seems the whole market have to surge. BIG TIME! It always make me laugh when people say such things but don't even understand how a marketcap works, it immediately becomes clear that they aren't experienced. |

I think facebook is just jealous on ICOs and cryptocurrencies, because bounty participant are flooding ICO ads on their website and facebook can't control it, so they ban it in order to minimize it.
I dislike facebook, but facebook laughs at some of these numbers. They aren't jealous in the slightest. |

Ok, so I previously posted about DeepOnion being a big scam here in BCT. these guys just leveled up and turned into a spamming machine now. Dozens of crypto videos I see in youtube has this DeepOnion shill in the comments. Yes some airdrops made people rich in the past, but I just cringe when I see people talking about how they are going to get rich from some scam erc20 token airdrop. Do people realize you can make a token like this within 10 minutes?  |

I think theymos would consider adjusting the merit system. If it continues this way (getting 1 merit here and there), it would take a long time to rank up.

This is obviously bad news.
There has been too much bad news lately about the cryptocurrency market, which has led to a decline in the price of bitcoin.
The countries that have banned bitcoin in Asia are corrupt countries because they fear that people will move their assets abroad.
To fear that country needs to be corrupted? India is not ready for this change right now acc to me thats why they took this step maybe in future it can change A shame if you live in India and are affected by this. But I think countries supporting crypto right now will have great futures, I believe they will be extra wealthy and the "dumb" countries who take stances like this can only watch how the crypto countries will become richer while realizing how they have missed the boat. |

The merit system is not working, look the merit points of people on the forum, it does not move (even for the more relevant posts), the forum established a system which was suppose to penalize newcomers flooding the forum with useless post, but the forum penalize itself, good luck everybody, If you think people will give you merit points for free you are mistaken.
