261  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: More and more airdrop is a lie, on: November 30, 2017, 09:41:44 PM
Most of them are bad yes.
But look at the Ethereum Blue airdrop, Worth almost $1000
or the Ebitcoin worth around $300

those are nice gifts

Gifts don't know about that, those "gifts" are coming from the money of other gullible investors  Roll Eyes
262  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: It's Time to Buy Alt Coin on: November 30, 2017, 09:38:07 PM
The price of altcoins is affordable to invest in as the price of bitcoins is too high now which has led to the downfall in the price of altcoins so if you invest in reputed altcoins at a moment and hold it for next few months then it will surely yield you best profits on your investments but make sure that you invest in a right coin at a right time to get maximum benefits from it in future.
We aslo do not know the price of Bitcoin after few months, I recommend investing in some altcoins now, but do not recommend going deeply in this way. We must learn of our mistakes.
That is right, Bitcoin and Altcoin are unstable the price at the moment, try to investing in Altcoin just make you get more loss when the price of Bitcoin decreases as yesterday. That is the reason we should be keep calm and patient to wait the market become stable and clearly the trending.

It could also very well be the other way around, bitcoin's price fluctuations could make you money as well while investing in alts.
263  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you choose to hold Bitcoin or Ethereum? on: November 30, 2017, 09:36:32 PM
Holding bitcoin. The best, first and the one who is king. Ethereum is too centralized for me.
264  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Taking a loan to invest in cryptocurrencies? on: November 30, 2017, 09:34:21 PM
I would never do something like this with crypto, you can easily get yourself into a debt by taking this approach.
265  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Other coins with Bitcoin potential? on: November 30, 2017, 09:31:11 PM
How about LTC guys

From my experience with the litecoin markets, to me it always seemed like it has been dominated by big ltc whales.
266  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Oh my God bitcoin reached 11000 on: November 29, 2017, 06:59:26 PM
I was thinking we could reach 10k before the year ends but with another month to go I don't know what will happen no more.
267  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: R.I.P Ethereum - The Pre-Mined ScamCoin is dead on: November 24, 2017, 09:07:19 PM
Why this thread saying that eth is scam? i mean, in my opinion eth is the 2nd best coin/platform in the cryptocurrencies world, it is mad to call it scam.
You will never see ethereum 3rd in coinmarketcap again, maybe 1st, but never 3rd again ( ripple thing was just for couple days )

Some people will never agree with premines or the centralisation that has surrounded eth.
Just a matter of principles.
268  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: buying alt coins on: November 24, 2017, 09:04:31 PM
I'm sorry guys but I don't agree at all, except if there is a fork announcement, but otherwise when bitcoin increases the altcoins too, at least mine, either everything is green or everything is red, and yet I have more than 12 altcoins.  Roll Eyes

I have to agree with this one. Only the shitcoins don't grow along nor gain any value.
269  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bittrex getting attacked? (DDOS & FUD) on: November 24, 2017, 08:49:22 PM
Didn't Bittrex have a history of locking accounts quite frequently and taking forever to respond to queries?

I don't really use them and when I do I've never had problems, but that's the impression that I got of them.

That was my initial thought as well. Bitcointalk is full of posts and threads about bittrex locking people's accounts. I constantly see new ones as well.
270  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: zcash price 'crazy' chart spike on: November 24, 2017, 08:46:32 PM
Is it trading volume or price? I can't understand exactly but these privacy focused coins zcash, monero etc. all of them will rocket. I am very sure about it.

it is price ... for some reason 1 zec was trading for about $7000 (seven thousand usd) ... To be honest the thing that came to my mind was somebody or a group of people with deep pockets making their fortune untraceable... because the spike only last for few days

Your pockets don't need to be that big though. If you or a group are just buying and selling to themselves.
271  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum heading to the moon? Speculation Thread on: November 24, 2017, 08:44:55 PM
I think we will see a small correction of like 10-15%, then the target for end of the year may be in the range of 0.07 BTC, which would be close to $600 at the current BTC price. And that's a pessimistic estimate.

Small correction to 0.07?? What do you see it go to in the first place within 5 weeks? Sounds undoable to me.
272  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do Altcoins really have a future? on: November 24, 2017, 08:38:04 PM
Not all altcoyins have a future. I think that within a few years, only 10-20% of the total diversity will remain. The remaining projects will be forgotten or abandoned. A good product must have value, if it does not exist, the market will exclude it.

Some would say a coin exists if the blockchain is alive and running, not letting the market decide what does or doesn't exist.
273  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Which Exchange do you all recommend? on: November 23, 2017, 01:33:21 PM
I would go with bittrex and cryptopia. Although I'm not that fond of bittrex no more due to their withdrawal limits and forcing people to verify after you deposit coins.
274  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are Airdrops Profitable? on: November 23, 2017, 01:31:37 PM
In general most of these airdrops are very very profitable, for the dev that is.. Grin
Honestly there are some good ones, but most of the erc20 tokens are scams.
275  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Pundi X worth investing? on: November 23, 2017, 01:22:15 PM
It was mentioned in the white paper that it will be used by 100 mil religious organization.
Can anyone share any details about it?
If this statement is not just a marketing trick token will have huge demand.

How can someone even confirm a thing like that? Have they spoken to all these organisations or something?
276  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why do most people invest in wrong ICOs to lose money ? on: November 21, 2017, 04:26:34 PM
It's extremely easy to invest in the wrong ICO.. Theres like 100 bad ICO's for every good one. Though if you can pick the right one you're looking at some serious gains. I'm assuming thats why people keep trying.

If you do enough research on the projects you're looking into I think you could avoid most scams.
Of course there's only so much you can do.
277  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum: Good alt or stay away? on: November 21, 2017, 04:09:51 PM
It's centralized though. Buterin and friends make the decisions, hopefully they make the right ones in the future.
278  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Cash is King on: November 21, 2017, 04:08:19 PM
Bitcoin cash tries to be a currency for everyday transactions, while having 30+ minutes confirmation times. Ridiculous

Yes it's ridiculous they are pushing it. It looks like there's a lot of money surrounding bitcoin cash though.
279  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Clashic (NEW fork, not Bcash) on: November 19, 2017, 04:07:19 PM
Sounds like a pump and dump.
Not investing any of my time and money in this .
280  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what is stakes? on: November 19, 2017, 04:02:06 PM
Stakes in social media campaign is the amount given to those members participated in the campaign in accordance to their facebook friendlist numbers or followers in tweeter. For example calculation of stakes:
facebook bounty amount - 10,000 shitcoin
Total number of friends
From 30 to 99 friends - .5 stakes * 100 members participated = 50
From 100 to 249 friends - 1 stakes * 100 members participated = 100
From 250 to 999 friends - 1.5 stakes * 100 members participated = 150

so the total stake is 50+100+150 = 300 stakes
One member that have 250 to 999 friends will get 1.5 stake out of 300 stakes of 10,000 shitcoin: 1.5*(10,000/300) = 50 shitcoin

I want invest this coin but cannot find this. Please give me the official link. many thanks.

Why would you want to invest in a coin you can't find though? How will they take on more investors if you yourself can't find it?  Tongue
