No real worries here. Just the same old thing, some fud, some downwards movement, and soon up again.

nah. by the time they're on an even keel the market will be lower and all of these noobs only want to buy when coins have reached an all time high. i have zero idea why they're doing it the wrong way around but that's their problem.
Live and let live If you don't care to do your own research then maybe you should not be getting the profits either.

Don't look for altcoins under 1 usd, but look at coins that actually try to accomplish something. A coin under 1 dollar means nothing.

There is another ICO coin that advertises itself as the next bitcoin as well - 4new I don't see how any of these coins can replace bit coins when in all exchanges BTC is the main trading pair vs alts. Even ETH trading pairs have less liquidity although it is available in most exchanges. So until they manage to do that then maybe there are still inferior to BTC
None of them will replace bitcoin, they just claim to do so. Most of those devs don't even have the skills to create something similar for themselves.

Amazing to see how fast binance has grown in such a short time. Already over 3 million users.

Litecoin was meant to compete against Bitcoin, but it is using the same Blockchain technology and has the same scalability issues. There's now new coins that are much better as decentralized currency for a mass adoption, mainly RaiBlocks: https://i.imgur.com/oRpO8lc.gifPrecisely. Litecoin ended up being a clone with some adjustments, it still doesn't really impress me.

I'm not a supporter of bitconnect, but that looks a little ridiculous "targeted at texans"? . And what can texas realistically do anyway?

Sounds bad, but their customer service has always been really bad imo. I had to wait 2 months before I heard something back from them, and this was years ago.

Many ipo's in real life have caused so many people to be scammed out of many or to have just lost their money, Did they ever stop?

Follow people are be ready to lose your money. There is a reason folks say Do Your Own Research or Due Diligence.
Don't listen to people to form your opinion rather let their opinions be as suggestive advice..
Best advice you can get, do your own research. If we could all just ask and get the right advice we would all be billionaires.

We strive to make a profit. XRP and this profit gives! This is not the limit. He will continue to grow. And on this coin is very well earned. And the fact that she's dead, it's a mixed opinion.
Hard to understand what you mean exactly, but the fact you make profit of a coin doesn't make it a good coin.

Title says it all. Probably a dumb question, but all you really need to stake coins is a good internet connection, right? I could just do it on a tablet or iPad, right?
Yes you can stake on an iPad or tablet but there are online website which you can just put your coin there so you stake for 24/7, it would help you a lot if you just put it on a website like poswallet.com or stakeminers.com but be careful as these website might be gone someday with your coins. Exactly why I would not use sites like these, it's always feels like it's just a matter of time with such things.

Not all customers suffer from this kind of problems. Poloniex is maybe the one which will not scam anyone in the future because they are in us. You may be in loss but not scammed.
What does this even mean? And it's a pretty common thing over at polo, withdrawal issues and bad customer support etc.

Can't wait till we can switch to good decentralized exchanges, and at least avoid mess like this.

We have the same question, but reading here makes me feel better because i dont have much fund to start trading.
If you are just starting out it might be a good thing you don't have much funds, better than having it and losing it all within a few months

It's not what cryptocurrencies are supposed to be. But Ripple is an excellent use of blockchain technology for banking. It makes transactions fast&cheap and solves the bank trust issue. Regular people only care about making money, not on some lofty ideals. From what I know, XRP isn't really used for txns. It is just a token with no use case. Seems just a way to raise money for the Ripple Labs company.
Banks are paying fees in XRP. There are plenty of other, way more useless cryptocurrencies Besides that a crypto currency was supposed to be decentralized, and nothing like ripple is.

Hi all, what do you think of emcash. Dubai's very own cryptocurrency. will it be a new emerging coin in the market? Will ICOs companies start to accept emcash?
I find it interesting yesterday when I was reading the press-release. But we will need to wait for more detailed specification and what exactly role Dubai will have in it. If the government tries to control it somehow, I don't think ICOs will accept it. As nobody is wanting government control in his project. It would go against everything crypto, why do we need a centralized digital currency.

buy doge if you want.. its not reliable for big investment just a casino
Yes, just buy doge for the gamble and for trading it, don't buy it as a long term serious investment.

A lot of people are buying coins with inferior rates of return with no spend-ability, simply because the idea of a few hundred thousand santoshis doesn't sound as good to them as a bitcoin. This will end badly.
Yes indeed, the useless coins are never going to bring in a lot of profit, quite the opposite I feel.

It's not like everyone has dropped bitcoin all of the sudden, things will stabilize again.
