122  Bitcoin / Armory / BTC for Goatpig's work on: August 11, 2016, 04:38:19 PM
Hi

Why not add a check box at top of main screen Armory GUI : "Check if you want to support Armory developpement, this will add a 0.001 BTC fee to every outgoing transaction and send it to dev team" ?

0.001 is an exemple... Could be more or less by default, like 0.000nn BTC... but in Options window, user should also be able to increase his donation : "How much do you want to donate instead of the minimum default 0.000nn BTC, if you checked this box on main screen : 0.0_____ BTC"

No ?

It seems so obvious for me as system...

Hi

I totally agree with what was written previously on this forum : an owner of 5% of the now total supply of CLOAKs must get exactly 5% of the number of the new coin ! 5% is an example, a guy owning 0.02% should also get not less than 0.02% of your new future coin !

124  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: IOTA on: July 13, 2016, 05:09:02 PM

I succeeded in making the client work properly. Here is how to do :

 - go on iotatangle.slack.com and iotatangle.slack.com and ask for node IPs
 - put the IPs in the Server Config
 - let it run for a while
 - ban the default node 188.138.57.93 from your list by changing the + into - like this :
Code:
-188.138.57.93

 - go to Neighbor's Activity menu and list the nodes that have the highest seenTransactions score
 - also list the nodes that have null attribute
 - ban those nodes by listing them with a minus sign in the Server Config

EDIT :

For ban to work properly "udp://" and ":14265" should be removed.

All seems to work perfectly after that, thank you :-)

Funny to see Cloakteam chose my name proposal and advices, made 1 year ago in July 2015 :-)

It's fine, and I'll only charge you 100000 Cloak/One Currency for my hard work of brainstorming and PR consultant, héhé.

129  Bitcoin / Armory / Re: Armory 94.1 -- Can't send any transactions on: July 10, 2016, 08:19:33 AM
Hi an thanks

But if I start Bitcoin Core manually, it is going to begin to download a new full BTC blockchain somewhere on my disk, no ?

Or is there a specific way to start Bitcoin Core manually for Armory and my config ?

Bitcoin install dir is C:\Program files\Bitcoin
Bitcoin home dir is D:\Program Files (x86)\Armorydatabases\Bitcoin
Shortcut to Armory is "D:\Program Files (x86)\Armory\ArmoryQt.exe" --datadir="D:\Program Files (x86)\Armorydatabases\NewArmory"

130  Bitcoin / Armory / Re: Armory 94.1 -- Can't send any transactions on: July 08, 2016, 10:03:05 PM
Hi

I have exactly the same problem described here in the post above, it came suddenly, no problem before today with the 0.94.0 version !

Should I upgrade ?

Or what else ?

Let Armory in backround is checked
Bitcoin install dir is C:\Program files\Bitcoin
Bitcoin home dir is D:\Program Files (x86)\Armorydatabases\Bitcoin
Shortcut to Armory is "D:\Program Files (x86)\Armory\ArmoryQt.exe" --datadir="D:\Program Files (x86)\Armorydatabases\NewArmory"

Thank you for your great work and help.

You should include a donation button in next version, so people can pay you for your work. Or add option "Add 0.xxxxx BTC as extra fee for each transaction to donate to developper" in Settings or below the Armory logo and above the 4 buttons.

Hi everybody, just to be sure : the latest version of Lightwallet works flawlessly with the latest version of Monero, right ?

Hi, good to see you released the final PoSA3 wallet, thank you.

But Cloak is not going to be on Poloniex... "We also conduct a thorough code review before a coin is added on our exchange."

Same as Verified Markets list on Bittrex... "rigorous identity verification of the lead developers" ... "complete code review"...

Sad...
135  Local / Annonces / Re: [ANN] [XMR] Monero, monnaie anonyme à signature de cercle on: March 09, 2016, 09:47:13 PM
Oui super, merci

Merci :-)

would be really interesting if someone could merge mine vanilla and dcr

Not possible, algo is different

But it could be possible to implement a Zerotime-like system, right ? Without copy-paste or merge code, I mean.
Thanks.

Hi
I received correctly my airdrop, many thanks to all devs. For now I leave my DCR quiet where they are.
As I truly believe that for mass adoption of any cryptocurrency, people and shops in real life must be able to fully confirm a payment whitin 5-10 seconds, when paying a magazine or a coffe with a card or a phone, is it planned to develop a feature like Zerotime from Vanillacoin into Decred (if Zerotime really works, don't know) ?
https://github.com/john-connor/papers/blob/master/zerotime.pdf
Thanks for your work.

To those thinking it's a scam, I would like to tell that I received my 282 DCR (I also would prefer to switch to XDC) from the airdrop.
From now, let's see how things are evolving...
