Has anyone used you yet?
I'd use you.
Yeah, just some small deals, usually quick things and just new members who wouldn't really help reviewing me. Thanks for the kind words. Ah. I'll be sure to use you if I ever need an escrow. :3

Hi, There is definitly a GPU Miner for Protoshare so pls either share it or fix the problem because there are cheaters who eat all the coins thx
Any news on this one? Any chance to get back to "fair" mining? I spent some time over New Years looking at this. Here's my take: There's something cool in having a CPU-profitable coin to mine. If everyone goes GPU, it'll change that. But at the same time, it does seem like there's at least one private GPU implementation for PTS, which is great for the person who has it, but contributes to their ability to mount a 51% attack on the network. If you actually care about the coin instead of simply mining, that's a bad thing. If you just mine, you don't care. :-) Since you can't put the cat back in the bag, the other option is to let everyone GPU mine. Which brings us to: I can write a GPU miner for protoshares. It'll take some very solid effort on top of the sketch I've already made of how to do it. I don't really have that time, but I'm willing to do it for a bounty. I would propose a first-cut CUDA version integrated with some existing miner, in a form that someone like Christian (of CudaMiner) could take and add his auto-tuning magic sauce to to really eke out better performance over time. Whomever writes the polished version can get compensated for their time by asking for tips on startup or by adding an auto-tipping mechanism similar to the one in yam. The algorithms will be fairly straightforward to convert to OpenCL code for use on AMD cards, and I'll do a full open source / Apache 2 licensed release of the source code along with documentation. Are people interested enough to fund this at a level that justifies the time investment? (To back up my claim a bit, recall that I'm the person who wrote the new-improved Kepler based scrypt mining code for NVidia GPUs, and I seem to have a day job as a Ph.D. computer scientist. When I say I can write the miner, I'm saying it with absolute certainty.) -Dave Oh god, Here we go again. We're about to get Mtmlr'd

A factory sealed NEW iPhone 5 ATT 16GB should go for about $550 TOPS A used iPhone 5 ATT 16GB in the most possibly prestine condition should go for $400 TOPS A typical iPhone 5 in fair condition should go between 250-345$ TOPS. I think this one is worth at the very most about $350. A good way to gauge the price of something is by going to eBay, searching for your item (precisely) and then only show SOLD listings, like this. http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_sacat=0&_from=R40&LH_BIN=1&_nkw=iPhone+5+ATT+16GB&LH_Complete=1&LH_Sold=1&rt=ncAt .75 BTC you might as well go buy a new iPhone 5S from apple (add about $100 more and you've got it) It's worth more like 0.4 BTC.

I have a solution! Download and install a much more secure operating system its called linux. Did I mention its free too? brb, writing a trogan designed for linux that steals wallets and will be spread throughout the forum (Not really, But you get the picture.) It's only more secure from obscurity. Otherwise everything's pretty much the same. (Unless if you have your wallet.dat stored in a folder only root has access to or some non-standard shit like that)

Can you go to an office and "buy" me a western union money transfer?
|
|
|
Why don't you like...
Get the bitcoins, and deposit them in trading site #1, and sell for <insert any coin>, and then take those coins and deposit them to trading site #2 and buy back BTC, rinse and repeat with as many trading sites you want?

Holy crap.
I never realized you could announce free services here.
+1, too.
Good job!

Can you facilitate domestic BTC -> Western Union/Vanilla Reload/Bank Of America Deposit/ETC currency conversions? (To facilitate paying bills with BTC, For example.) Also, You should simplify in your OP that your service specializes in being a purchasing proxy. Perhaps post in the title "U.S. based purchasing proxy service" to make that more clear.

Well, the shipping ($28.08) we unfortunately have no control over, that's just how much it costs to ship your item international. The handling ($10) is approximately what it actually costs us to order your product, ship it, etc. Lastly the 5% tip ($10.90) is our actual profit on the whole order. $10.90 is not really a ton of profit in USD, just enough to make it worthwhile really, but a big part of the reason we're doing this is just to further the cause of Bitcoin internationally. But, it's up to you Don't get me wrong, I figured where these costs were coming from Shipping to and from EU is just....ridiculously expensive, I've had to cancel some "sell item x for Bitcoin" plans because of that (50$ for a box under 2 kg to US, takes at least 2 weeks to arrive, seriously?) Your profit margin is indeed fairly low, and it wasn't my intention to criticize it The only other cost to factor in, for me, would be import fees, which can run up to another 35 euro or more, so it wouldn't be worth it, if you factor everything in.... As I said, I'll think about it I just posted the details to give people an idea of what to expect How can you expect it to be cheap for a US company to ship something internationally?

Why isn't firstbits implemented in the bitcoin wallet? Should be easy as hell.

Can anyone please post me a list of peers they are currently connected to? I added all the peers in the OP but my client still isn't getting a connection.

I REALLY suggest you ask your customers to post about their positive success either in this thread or in some kind of subreddit. It helps a TON with building reputation and getting people to fucking love you.
