It was removed because somebody used a bot to push the coin in the voting list.
I think, it'll get a 80% voting cut and will be listed again in several hours.

Q2C is being massively pumped at the moment on Poloniex.
People get excited for Thursday, when Q2C hits MintPal

Else I'll build a PHP script that reads the latest value from a block explorer site and print that value. But of course, that's not the optimal way.

7. Description and background
The QubitCoin started on 12.01.2014 with a very new algorithm that was only minable with CPUs.
From its first day, the Coin was a big success and many community projects were set up (faucets, pools, games, etc.).
In the last weeks, the QubitCoin developer resigned due to political problems on his homeland Crimea.
Nevertheless, the community decided to move on and is looking for a new developer.
With "nymusr", QubitCoin may have found a new competent developer.

8. What is special or different to other coins?
QubitCoin has introduced a very new algorithm for CPU mining. Due to its great success, it was also used in other coins, like Myriad (MYR).
After several months, the algorithm has become GPU minable what increased the community size due to new interested miner.
QubitCoin now has a large and powerful community that helped the coin to get listed on MintPal and Bter soon.
Several games, pools and faucets were already set up by the community.

So, I've recorded the vote count for the last 11 hours and came to the following result:
IXC: +157
Q2C: +548
Grumpy: +155
XXL: +184

So, we are getting by far the most votes. This should be enough to be added on the second round (Wed or Thursday).
It won't be enough for the Monday selection when we don't get some donations from 0.2 - 0.4 BTC.

It looks like they are adding coins every few days. Maybe we'll have also a good chance to be added to Bter.

We just need 4.5k more votes. On average, Q2C gets 2k per day.
This will be a very close race. Another donations would be very good.

First, install all necessary libraries on Ubuntu and Git.
Just run the following command to install all needed libraries and programs.
I don't know whether everything here is needed but it should have all necessary things.


If Ubuntu shows an error that some package couldn't be found, just remove that from the command line above and try again.
(Maybe the package isn't needed)
