1201  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The crypto hell: the exchangers manipulation. on: November 01, 2019, 12:33:04 PM
Nothing new, its been so many years and the market is being manipulated sometime.
Manipulation is a normal thing in every stokck or exchange.
If you are smart enough you can ride, if you have a weak mind then you will left alone
Like what you said, manipulation is normal in all types of market. Every market have a big player who have huge amount of money. They posses power that can influence the price of a certain coin or stock.
I think more like a market monopoly, but it will be difficult to stop because they have great power and can create hype on the coins. the most important thing is you should not be affected and trapped in losses, because the hype can quickly grow and fall. so it is better to see the existing conditions
1202  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to prepare for long term HODL on: November 01, 2019, 07:49:28 AM

4. Stay Updated Always
Opportunity comes but once as many know it,so always stay updated about crypto, read crypto news online and keep tracks on your altcoins so that you wont miss future updated or even token swaps, some altcoins i hold have already switched to MainNet and im glad i dont missed the opportunity, you can use blockfolio app to track your altcoins.

This is a great list BUT...

When long term holding, I'd like to think that you don't "always" need to stay updated about crypto. I'd actually think that I am long term holding exactly for the OPPOSITE reason which is because I don't want to need to be constantly updated with crypto news and shenanigans.

You will need to at least stay updated on your own coins. For example, if a coin swap happened due to a chain migration, you may lose all your coins if you do not claim them within a period of time. One recent case will be BTCP in February this year.
because it is important to maintain the funds owned, if you do not get the latest information you will lose a lot of knowledge about existing information, the worst that you say if you need to swap coins, if not done then the coins you invest can be lost and cause losses
1203  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why do people easily get scammed on the internet? on: October 26, 2019, 05:45:35 AM
I could go on and on with so many reasons, but one of them is Laziness, because some people don't want to work but they want to get rich over night and as such they get involved and before you know it, they have been scammed. I think Greed could also be seen as a factor here, aiming for too much, yet you are lazy.
laziness is indeed the main reason because they do not want to read articles that discuss the security of funds owned. as long as they don't want to learn to avoid scammers then they will continue to get caught up in scammers, I think for newbies it might still have a lot to learn but for seniors should be more careful in researching
1204  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Time to move to BTC on: December 01, 2018, 07:23:35 PM
If I am not mistaken, the last pump started with altcoins and it was something like that:
1. On the Bitfinex a lot of altcoins (including ETH) were pumped with USDT
2. Then they were sold in BTC pair
3. These manipulations have been performed innumerable times with an impressive amount of USTD.

As a result FOMO process was launched and market skyrocketed Smiley. Well, those who started all this have accumulated a lot of bitcoins.
I think something similar we will see in the nearest future and it is better to be in some reliable Altcoins
must be carefully examined about the words you give. there seems to be some manipulation like you are talking about. must be analyzed to try to dive in
1205  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it worth the work and waiting? on: December 01, 2018, 07:12:28 PM
Well, yes, it happen. And what do you propose to do? Such are the project rules and if we want to participate in it, we must adhere to them. We just need to keep working. Sooner or later, you find the project in which there will be good rewards.
It can be concluded that this is a risk if you join as a participant in the bounty campaign. sometimes the payment does not match expectations for income and the time to wait will certainly be a lot
1206  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum SCAM? on: December 01, 2018, 07:05:00 PM
This does not seem possible. There are still many people investing in etherum, etherum is one of the very best projects, with the largest number of markets after bitcoin. I think this is just a small error.
right, I also think like that, it seems that ethereum has never been so peaceful and that many people already know about the quality of ethereum, and now it is precisely the number that many users are waiting for to return to normal prices because,
I have been waiting for it although eth prices are now low.
Don't sell your funds if the price is now. it's best to hold it and that is the best way for now. if you lose a lot then you have to give up your time to hold a hold that might take a long time
1207  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Should I invest to Bitcoin or Ethereum? on: November 30, 2018, 08:03:35 PM
Do you have atleast one Bitcoin? If not, continue with investing into Bitcoin. After that you can choose another coin.
It is my opinion, but I believe in Bitcoin more than in another coin.
in any case, if we take into account the fact that information about possible transactions in 2019 from Wall Street and heavy industry that will use Bitcoin to transfer large amounts of funds appears, then it is likely that Bitcoin can be very relevant today for investment.
maybe it can be expected to rethink to buy bitcoin or ethereum, maybe in the coming year if crypto can be used for many things then the potential will remain, especially in seeking profits. I will try to look deeper into this matter
1208  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Drop in ICO Price after listing on: November 30, 2018, 07:55:30 PM
I think this is due to worse market condition since last 08 months so as market start recovering the coins price will also go up just hold.
it won't be that easy to get the right price in crypto. in 2017 there were ICOs who when carrying out market lists the price of dump tokens was below the ICO price. but need to be convinced that the market is currently dumping and has an impact on the ICO
1209  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Crypto market in pain on: November 30, 2018, 07:49:34 PM
As the market is in pain with all coins declining dramatically in prices, for instance bitcoin dropping to as low as $3,700. And at this point of time, I still believe in cryptocurrency which will remain forever with us making a big change in our lives. So I am planning to be more active in bounty campaigns and trading. What about you guys?

I hope you can get what you want, at this time most coins fall and everyone has their own opinions and decisions, some choose to sell all the coins because they are tired and according to them there is no hope of coins they have but if you still believe that the coin will recover and increase, then do what you think is right to do.

all decisions remain with you, if you want to hold a hold then do it to the fullest and don't care about other people's words when you want to make a decision. Your voice has full capacity for what you are doing for now

1211  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: lost ethereum on: October 29, 2018, 01:24:02 AM
I had a similar situation. I'm negotiating now. I hope that the Ethereum network is all right. And the problem is the recipient and not the network.
user error I'm sure that is because the ethereum network is very transparent and has clear accountability. so it is best to immediately check the person concerned so that there is no misunderstanding that is addressed to the ethereum network
1212  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Some coins are removing from coinmarketcap? on: October 28, 2018, 04:30:08 PM
I noticed some coins are removing from the coinmarketcap and some from specific exchange. I don't understand how the coin vanishing.Could anyone give me some reasons why coins are removing?

Coinmarket has the policy of listing any marketplace, coins, tokens and if any of them go out of the way will be delisted from the CMC.

The policy tells about specific market volume, market capitalism and 24 hours volume. If any coins is not getting that much volume then it doesnt fit to the criteria and is eventually delisted.

The CMC itself works on the volume basis where they rank according to the higher volume to lower volume coins.
reasons that I think are right. I often hear about coins issued from cmc, there are various reasons, one of which is their volume is getting smaller and the other reason is because the coin has lost confidence by reason of fraud that makes the price of dump. the price dump affects the volume and finally the coin is lost from the cmc
1213  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What coins are worth buying NOW on: October 28, 2018, 04:14:27 PM
I think first if you would to invest you must buy some of bitcoin of course and then you should take a look at maybe 10 top coin at coinmarketcap then you choose with your own research maybe you could read the progress their project but if it me i would buy eth, xlm, ripple, cardano or maybe tron hope it can help you
Your opinion is good I agree if have to choose between top10 in the marketcap, you also choose a good ALT in the future some of which will increase and some applications or plan new ideas for each ALT see some news outside of the 5 ALT your choose.
references from most people are top 10-100 of the market rating. but it's better to invest in coins at the top 10 rating only. because the trust of the coin is definitely higher than the coin below but it is uncertain that you will always get profits so you always research before buying and investing
1214  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you still believe in ETH ? on: October 28, 2018, 04:02:26 PM
I believe in ethereum because ethereum is good for long term trading. currently the price is still low is the right time to buy ethreum for saved until 2019. I believe ethereum prices will be worth 20 million again in  next year Smiley Smiley Smiley
I'm sure the reason you speak confidently is that next year will be a good year because that year is an odd year. I also give the same confidence that crypto tends to have more potential in odd years because some history of crypto price movements are more likely to pump in odd years.
1215  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: December is coming no real growth for alts yet... on: October 28, 2018, 10:09:44 AM
"No real growth for alts yet"  Huh Didn't u see how alts starting to pump after even exchanges listing? This is a very promising sign of future market growth. Ppl starting to FOMO in.
I also think that there is no large movement of altcoin. so I think Altcoin will stay at their average price and maybe for some time to come. and I personally rarely find out about big news about altcoins
1216  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Is it secure to use MyEtherWallet? on: October 28, 2018, 09:58:37 AM
I want to create new wallet using MyEtherWallet(dot)com, is it recommended wallet and easy to use?

I have been using myetherwallet since early last year and I have never had any issue with it even though I always hear that many people have issues with it. I always confirm that I'm in the legit website and the https secure padlock in browser always shows. To be more secure use the offline method in GitHub.
I also feel like that if the way to access the wallet correctly and carefully seems like something bad won't happen. some problems I think errors from users who are not careful when accessing the website
1217  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Coins with potential to x100? on: October 28, 2018, 07:42:10 AM
Im looking to invest in some coins where its possible to x100 its current price

I invest currently in:
ETH
NEO
ADA
XLM

Each of which is unlikely to x100
ADA / XLM such a huge supply i dont think its possible

ETH / NEO i just cant see ever reaching $100,000 / $10,000

Any thoughts?
Was thinking maybe WAVES but theres a long term gamble and its still early days for it

You made a great choice, I think that's what every investor does. But so far I am fully confident that you will not be able to make a profit of more than 10% in the coming months as the market is now not in such a good condition
I think to invest with a profit of up to 10% is already quite high depending on how long you invest in the altcoin. and I think that looking for high profits might take a long time and how great you analyze the coins you want to invest
1218  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If the society rejected to use crypto currencies? on: October 27, 2018, 07:59:07 PM
Right now in many countries, cryptocurrency has not accepted and society has completely against about it. But I think as per the time people will understand the importance of its use. And they will start to support it after a certain time later.
Yes, you are right, the time that will prove the minority can be the majority if it is needed. maybe initially there will be a lot of rejection but if it brings a bigger positive impact I'm sure crypto will have a place in the community
1219  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you believe in Ripple? on: October 27, 2018, 07:32:02 PM
I personally rarely monitor ripple movements but some of my friends have more interest in investing in it. ripple has to have high trust for its enthusiasts and if you can be careful in investing such as ripple, it can be used as an altcoin that has the potential to be invested
1220  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why people want ETH to over come BTC on: October 27, 2018, 05:38:57 PM
Why some people want the Ethereum to over come Bitcoin in the near future? Is it because they make profit from ETH or what?
many investor buy eth more due to low price & bounty hunter are hold lots of eth for future saving  (including me).so if eth over come btc then every eth holder gets more & more profit. so that this is the big think.
investors buy eth for many investment uses, buy ICO tokens and much more. besides being cheap eth has the potential to pump like other coins because it has high trust. and I think it's normal if someone invests in a coin so they hope to pump and besides that eth has more advantages in the platform they have which, I think is not suitable when compared to the current price
