Which part? How do exchanges like Unocoin, Zebpay, Coinsecure get licenses to operate then?
Unocoin, Zebpay, Coinsecure have never claimed anywhere that they have RBI license to operate. Neither do eWallets like PhonePe or FreeCharge have any RBI license. I receive INR from the exchanges to my bank account and if RBI is saying that I am doing it at my own risk, then will they question me later on about those transactions?
It is as good as receiving money from any individual on LocalBitcoins or selling something on OLX. Authorities may question you anytime. I thought they were legal sources.
They are not illegal sources either. But then it also means that who ever is trading with this exchanges can anytime be questioned about the trades and its sources so it is not good for bitcoin in India. |

What you shared is true and their is no GPS or any other chip installed in it, it was just a rumor spread by some unwanted persons. Even their is rumor that if you download a software in your mobile and scan the note then you can see the PM speech which is also a prank and nothing more. |

Never go for Cloud mining , this is purely scam or even if it is genuine your wont reach your ROI before 3 yrs or never. So it is better to go for some other way or you can just buy bitcoin and trade or else you itself setup a gpu mining for altcoin and go for good altcoin for mining and earn through it. |

Wait! What? You said we don't need to show anything? You may be correct in the case of not showing out mining assets, but the source of income needs to be shown as in the end, you are going to convert your coins to fiat currency and remember, that it will be taxable based on how much income do you make. I think even mining assets needs to be show because that become your asset on balance sheet and will have a depreciation and can be claimed. It will also require a wear and tear as a part of maintenance which will go under Expenses part of it. Everything have to been shown in the tax, the mining equipment electricity used on the process and expenses occurred in mining and out come of this mining and then converting them to fiat currency , like this you have to split everything and then at last what profit you earn will be as your mining profit and you have to pay tax on that according to your income statement. |

Actually, all of it are profitable. But which of them among the best, I think doing trade in the altcoin and bitcoin. These two are very hot in trading, base on my assessment. The if you gonna do trade choose the legit exchange like c-cex, poloniiex and bittrex. Well, everything is profitable if you know how to do it or how to trade in a professional way. Traders, in general, they know the way to turn trading into a profitable activity which can help them to obtain money and raise their family. Base on my experience, Fiat/btc is safer than btc/ altcoin trading because the prices of FIAT is more stable than altcoin. But if you can trade altcoin appropriately, you can have a big profit after a short time In fiat/btc trading you have to be patience because some time you can buy in high rate or sell in lower rate then you have to wait for your price to come to sell, but you price will surely come but in altcoin/btc trading you have to be very securely first analyse about the coin and its worthy and trading way after that only you can jump and start trading in that coin. The big question here is, how do you fund your Bitfinex account with $920 ? If you are thinking of sending $920 to Bitfinex from your Indian Bank Account what are the costs associated with it ? What exchange rate you get ? How much time the fund transfer takes ? What are the legal obligation involved in outward remittance from India? The problem that they might currently face is, many exchanges have stopped considering Indians to be allowed to even sign up and open an account there, and if they can, they are still restricted from trading or buying/selling bitcoins on such exchanges because of inflated rates in India. I don't understand the exact reason behind it whether it is the high price only or is there something else that we don't know? One more thing you can consider of buying is through LOCALBITCOINS.com site their also you can get cheaper then coinsecure and their you can buy with indian currency so even if you trade between localbitcoins and coinsecure you can nicely earn the difference rate benefit. |

no that is the "taxes" that go to miners, your government have nothign to do with it, you need pay an additional tax when you dump for fiat but if the amount is not that big, i would avoid declaring, it also depend on where you live Ya you are right, only the selling of bitcoin to fiat currency and buying to fiat currency is to be shown in the tax. i am from india and their is limit of below 10lakhs to not to show the trades in tax but even if you want you can show as short term income through trading. |

I rather have them show the platform ( even when it is not finished yet) to the community first before trying to add ICOBID to other exchanges. At least then you will have a better chance that more people will want to buy this so the price can rise. Let us have patience guys  , ICOBID dev stated that he will have the platform release soon, and another awareness campaign will be running. Hey folks, we are back and apologies for our absence. It was a huge mess here in CA, out little "office" space was almost washed out, lost few servers, flooding is a nightmare.
There was a problem with xcicoin certificate renewal, now everything works fine.
We are going to make a hardfork of XCICoin to solve all the current issues, @slb thank you for help! He provided a good source code with an updated 1.0.11 source code version based on his Forknote.
This should solve the problem of unconfirmed transactions and other network and blockchain issues. Will be here with the HF dates ASAP.
  So sad to know the condition of the developer and pray to god to clear all problems, and hope that the coin get back to its values. |
