1261  Economy / Speculation / Re: How much Bitcoin to accumulate now to be financially set after the next boom? on: February 10, 2019, 09:35:43 AM
love how  everyone thinks it is going to be worth millions in the next years (or at least hundreds of thousands)
but none seems to want to buy bitcoin cheap today  Wink

everyone always thinks there's gonna be more time. that's the big mistake---not realizing how limited 21 million coins really is and what will happen when the tide finally turns and adoption explodes.

i was always really long term bullish on bitcoin, but i got too caught up in the bearishness of 2014-15. it really traumatized me on some level. i had the opportunity to really stock up back then, but i always thought i would have more time. i have way less coins today as a result. live and learn!

It's just as hard to sell bitcoin when it's $20k than buy it when it was $160. I sat and watched both and was paralized.

its your greed that is talking when you can't sell at a price you wanted to previously
I managed to sell some at 16.000$ and never regretted it Smiley
well.... wish I sold everything haha , it is my only regret ( and rebought cheaper)
but you have to keep in mind your targets and do not get mesmerized by the graphs , calculating how richer you are or going to be when trading
1262  Economy / Speculation / Re: How much Bitcoin to accumulate now to be financially set after the next boom? on: February 09, 2019, 01:01:18 PM

it is undervalued, IMHO but you never know what happens in a ten year's time
so I would not pin all my hopes and my future on bitcoin and its price
diversify, do not put all of your eggs in one basket

and 10 bitcoins is a good amount to have, just in case it gets to that crazy 6 digit figures
also it is very achieavble for an average Joe , just save or buy cheap and HODL
1263  Economy / Speculation / Re: After Chinese new year BTC price will rise? on: February 09, 2019, 11:17:58 AM
past events do not guarantee the same thing will happen again
selective bias , we tend to pick some unrelated event and justify our theories by comparing the possibility of it happening again, just because it happened in the past
in gambling it is called the gambler's fallacy Smiley
there is a chance that bitcoin goes up, but that would be because demand is > supply , not because of the chinese new year end
1264  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Benefits of ETF approval to gamble industries! on: February 09, 2019, 09:44:01 AM
there will be benefits to the industry because ETF aproval  would attract new big investors
so the price is going up, most likely and there will be more buisenesses , official casinos, more regulations, more rules and more KYC
wait ... I mean ... it would be beneficial , haha
but ETF approval sounds more like a stuff of legends at the moment more than  a real deal
1265  Economy / Gambling / Re: BTC trust management on: February 09, 2019, 09:23:05 AM
this is, basically a loan request with no collateral
probably belongs to a different section
probably should have mentioned that you have something to be able to repay those  alternatively gifted individuals who would trust you money  Cheesy
and an additional LOL at a freebitcoin gambling with 5% house edge, extra LOL for  a "gambling strategy"
there, think I'm done
1266  Economy / Speculation / Re: new bullish run on: February 09, 2019, 08:45:53 AM
judging by what I've seen it is not a proper bulls run
some people bought a lot of coins in a few hour's duration which uppened the price by 300$
then we hit the ceiling of 3700$ ish and stopped there
I would not be surprised if we stabilize at 3600$ and stay there for a few days or so
what I'm waiting for is the end of February : bakkt, fidelity, telegram open network , security tokens listings, copnstantinople and the new lunar year end
there is a good chance we see some movement, up or down -  it is a completely different question
1267  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎲EOSBet.io - Licensed Casino Platform 🎲Provably Fair 🎲Passive income 🎲 on: February 09, 2019, 08:27:18 AM
If these platform does not use bitcoin then I suggest to add a feature where players can use bitcoin to buy EOS and can also change their EOS to bitcoin for withdrawing their profit or balance. It would be a great idea to implement such feature so more gamblers will be interested since most gamblers want bitcoin as payment or to use for betting.

maybe they will add a shapeshift button or a coinswitch widget or any other onsite exchangers
but the idea is to build an EOS platform ,not another bitcoin casino
the problem is that the big investors or any other coin holders , gamblers included do not use EOS that much
probably an extended guide on how to  buy , store EOS+ exchanger would be a good idea

I think they wont add up such thing on their site but who knows if they would consider or do hear out peoples demands and will do such thing but as far as i know EOS platform
is serious on standing with their own platform without relying into other coin including BTC. So, i wont be surprised if they wont consider such suggestion.

well, it is up to the CEO and admins to introduce something or not
we can only give suggestions but they decide , it is their business and their vision
EOS is gaining popularity but it is far from being the top "gambler's" coin
so making it easy for players who hold different coins to enter the EOS gambling territory would be wise, IMHO

Hello

is there someone who experiences something similar to me. These few days I have experienced lag and freeze when playing via mobile. Sometimes my roll stops a few seconds. And when I switch tab, the bitsler display becomes blur and stop
I have cleared cache and cookies, restarted my mobile, and logged out then logged back in.
I don't think my connection is a problem, because this only happened around 3 to 4 days. (I previously played via mobile and nothing like this happened)

Thank you

it is your connection, most likely
bitsler uses reverse proxy service Cloudflare (if I'm not mistaken) and it could connect you through a different server during these 3-4 days
which might have throttled your connection speed or just be slower
you could try and use a different ISP/mobile operator to see if that is the case
1269  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2019-2-5]Crypto Price: Will We See Bitcoin Trading at $1,800 Before a Bull Run? on: February 09, 2019, 07:30:53 AM
meanwhile bitcoin price went up 300$ overnight
proving yet again that it is not very smart to make any long term (or short term) prognosis about it
was hoping for a bulls run, but it is not the time just yet, lets wait till the end of February, shall we?
1270  Economy / Gambling / Re: Do activities of an escrow apply to gambling on: February 08, 2019, 04:54:37 PM
If one wants to stake a bet with bitcoin or cryptocurrency with an individual offline is the service of an escrow employable or do escrow services avoid getting involved in gambling.
What are the best escrow services for this

you can escrow anything if you and the person offering the escrow service agree to the terms
there is a special escrow related topic you can start with:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2439910.0
be ready to pay at least 1% of the sum of the bet
and go only for the trusted escrowers, do not get tempted by a lower fee
1271  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2019-2-5]Crypto Price: Will We See Bitcoin Trading at $1,800 Before a Bull Run? on: February 08, 2019, 04:11:26 PM
we probably won't
1.800$ is too low a low and I am sure people will start buying if the price is going lower than 2500$
I know for sure I would and so do many of the traders/hodlers I know
1272  Economy / Economics / Re: Will people come back to gold on: February 08, 2019, 02:42:57 PM
people coming back to gold is not making a big difference in the grand scheme of things
I mean the general public doesn't influence the price of gold in any way
even if you bought gold for all the money you have and your neighbours do the same, the price is formed not
through the usual supply / demand model , but by gold fixing :
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gold_fixing
in the times of instability the money tend to flow to the relatively safe havens like gold, so there is nothing unusual if people come back to gold as you've put it

Soccer | Italy | Serie A

Lazio Roma - FC Empoli -- Asian Total Over 1.5 @ 1.17

Are you all in in this match? Looking at you bet amount I guess you are all in. There are already one goal in the match in the half time. I hope they score another one so that you can win the bet.

Cheers :-)

Yup
I was all in
And my game is over

For now Smiley
Have to change tactics Smiley

yup I told you from start that betting on low multipliers all in is a surefire way to lose all sooner or later
sooner rather than later Smiley"
but now you have something more valuable than money - experience  Grin
I suggest you set a bank aside, bet no more than 10% of it on ANY bet , no matter how attractive it looks
and try to look for value bets , the vast majority of the bets of yours were ... well too mainstream to offer any good return

1275  Economy / Gambling / Re: Blackjack.fun - PROVABLY FAIR Blackjack Accepts Dash/Bitcoin/Litecoin on: February 08, 2019, 10:32:22 AM
I'll try to play this game once i'm satisfied enough with the users feedback in there and also seek for the sites flaws if there's any. To be honest I haven't played blackjack at all so it may be my first time to play and to see if this game is fair for gamblera who played the game. It seems most of the feedbacks in here are more problems so i'm a bit worried. Have fun gamblers.

you can play the game even without being satisfied with the user's feedback Smiley
its a pretty cool place to start playing blackjack online even if it is not perfect from the get go
there are not so many specialized BJ sites, Stake offers blackjack as one of the games, some other casinos like fortunejack , but a specialized bj site is a novelty
I really like the graphics and feel of blackjack , somehow , but the site needs to be improved on before I deposit and gamble some good coins

1276  Economy / Gambling / Re: Blackjack.fun - PROVABLY FAIR Blackjack Accepts Dash/Bitcoin/Litecoin on: February 07, 2019, 12:49:46 PM
I have been try it with fun coins several times and indeed it is very simple but i can accept it since only blackjack game available on the site but this is happened for me or other people had same experience such as me too that when i click affiliate option to figure out how much commissions would you give and it does not showing anything because it was back again to game menus

Affiliate commission if 50% from referrals till the rest of the days.

Seems that the affiliate link doesn't work?

It is working well.

50% of the referrals in what sense exactly?
50% of what they lose or the percentage of the house edge?
speaking of which... a FAQ would be nice explaining the things like house edge, provably fair, affiliate comission, withdrawal fees and many other things
the graphics is cool, will try out the site soon and leave my review
1277  Economy / Gambling / Re: *** Crypto Gamblers Pub *** Exchange between crypto gambling sites on: February 06, 2019, 07:39:27 PM
hows the business going , lupa? Smiley
I see Zodiac hasn't answered you , because bitvest is not on the list
is Lucky fish legit, by the way? they seem to have copied Stake's interface in many aspects
wonder if it is one of the Stake's devs that is working on the project or plain plagiarism
1278  Economy / Gambling / Re: HexProfit.Com - Invest bitcoin and make profit - Gambling Starting in 12.02.2019 on: February 04, 2019, 03:55:59 PM
there is no information about what games there will be available
the site is just tryinjg to attract investment without anything behind it, just look at the FAQ page:

I would not trust a site that makes at least three mistakes in three FAQ sections, doesn't have a secure connection
and doesn't have the games ready, but wants to get  investments already
1279  Economy / Gambling / Re: "New" CRYPTOXBNB gambling and trading site on: February 04, 2019, 03:05:19 PM
The support have an answers to all the scam accusations about their website. He insist that you can withdraw your balance after 1 confirmation. And they also claimed that they have a partnetship with "cex.io".  Cheesy

the only partnership they have is that they will cex you after you deposit
how can people be so gullible is beyond me, greed makes them oblivious to the obvious
there is no business model that justifies giving out 700$ to random people on internet
never ever , the only reason is to make you throw caution to the wind and try to retrieve your "winnings"
also I am sure your bets will all be winning bets or close to that

SCAM, AVOID
1280  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎲EOSBet.io - Licensed Casino Platform 🎲Provably Fair 🎲Passive income 🎲 on: February 04, 2019, 02:52:05 PM
an interesting project indeed
I expected more EOS casinos to popup , but it seems that it is easier said than done and there are not many of them at all
especially the ones that offer investment programme, I'm very interested in it
will there be bitcoin investments available ? or is it the purchase tokens- get a profit share model only?
also decentralized model means that my favorite game dice cannot have autobet feature
while smart contracts are good in terms of automated payments, it is not as good if you want to put multiple bets (and even hundreds or thousands of them)
