It is envious that those who have received the stickers here have successfully reached their given address. But all right, I was just wondering where that might have been for me. Maybe it didn't go through and was just returned to the sender. What about my fellow citizens who have applied for it as well as me, have they received it?

Maybe you need to add a PO box number, along with your physical receiving address or the other thing around.

Please double check your addresses people!

Free stickers!  Don't be shy!

Because pumper dumpers and market makers don't appreciate the protection of freedom of speech.

Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

Be the change you want to see... come offer to buy some Namecoins or offer to sell some Namecoins on an exchange that is easy for people to maintain their privacy and actually withdraw their coins.

A little secret about this stuff... No one wants you until everyone wants you and the moment a VC sees they can make some money off it, tada.  Namecoin has that potential.
1263  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Cryptopia Cryptocurrency Platform Services and Development on: July 01, 2020, 09:14:16 AM
It seems to be using Peatio open source software as a base, then it is modified but I could be wrong.

The interesting thing here is that nobody is actually saying in detail how the alleged hack at Cryptopia took place. After all this time, with them going in to administration and even with various Court hearing in NZ - we still have no concrete information about what actually happened.

its not Peatio, its based on Assetylene/TradeSatoshi platform (https://www.assetylene.com) that the Cryptopia founder and developer Clark created. They sell that to others who rebrand it (like Peatio) and make their own exchange from it.

Its no secret but they probably keep it quiet because of the "Cryptopia connection" with Clark.

Also not much was revealed about the Cryptopia hack by Cryptopia owners, so cannot recommend using exchange that is made by the same developer Clark until there is proof the hack was not because of exploits or backdoors in a platform he created.

Cryptopia is still one of the few exchange hacks where the owners (and now Grant Thornton the liquidators) kept the details of it a closely guarded secret, its only because of third parties that there exists any evidence in the public that a hack actually happened. But there is still much unknown, there should be a full public posted release of all TxIDs for the stolen coins there is no reason to keep these secret. Once made public, then crypto community could track the stolen funds with a complete dataset, and it would be discovered exactly where the all the stolen coins and tokens had moved to.

You didn't see the video evidence?  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h_D3VFfhvs4

Does anyone think NameCoin will be of any benefit going forward with all this purging of accounts off twitter and other platforms and if so how, application wise?

Namecoin is far bigger than a twitter account or any other social media account in my opinion.... start thinking about when Twitter.com gets their domain taken because they keep restricting the President of the United States freedom of speech.

When Twitter needs a new home, secure, forever home... Namecoin will shine.

Jack (Twitter CEO) is already a Bitcoiner.  Last I checked he had a Bitcoin in his Twitters bio page.

We have updated FreeBitcoins.com faucet design... I think it's more fitting for you now.

Our faucet only funds our users accounts on XChange.  We give enough each faucet to make at least one trade.  You can earn 50% of trade fees with an affiliate link for life.

Thanks!
1272  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [announce] Namecoin - a distributed naming system based on Bitcoin on: June 27, 2020, 09:56:12 AM
Our arena is live and ready to rock n roll:  https://freebitcoins.com/xchange/market/BTC_NMC

As our XChange grows, this will give our "Swap" tool liquidity to work with.  Swap allows users to do market orders on XChange without signing up for an account with us.  It's a lot like Shapeshift used to be.  Namecoin is listed here as well of course.  https://freebitcoins.com/swap/

Both XChange and Swap have API's for people looking for automation or additional privacy (no javascript).

Gl and Hf.  Hollar at me if y'all need me or have updates or have any questions.

Thanks!

As an aside, I just realized that apparently Kefkius is a developer of your exchange?  If so, that's cool; we know him (he's a former Namecoin developer; he did the earliest work on Electrum-NMC, back in 2015).  Small world.  Smiley

Kef left shortly before XChange began.  He's still in our Discord and I bug him as needed.  Kef got a grown-up job... hopefully we'll get him back on when we aren't so poor!  Tongue

Kef is a great dude.  It is a small world.

The XChange developer is Xploited.  X created CLAM (Clamcoin) and was an early developer in Digibyte.

1275  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SCAM - Blockchain.com & HackerOne.com didn't pay a major bug bounty & fixed bug. on: June 24, 2020, 06:45:25 PM
HackerOne reached out to me yesterday and let me know I no longer qualified for the $50 they were awarding me for "trying".  Keep in mind they were trying to requiring my social security and personal information for that $50! lol!

lol...  Roll Eyes

I also noticed Blockchain.com has dropped "The Pit" name from most of the website except for the Terms of Service and long typed legal things.

1276  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][CLAM] CLAMs, Proof-Of-Chain, Proof-Of-Working-Stake, a.k.a. "Clamcoin" on: June 23, 2020, 08:04:25 PM
Well everyone wants a safe place where you can trade without fear but that's is the problem of the team if they wanted to be trusted they must give people first a security.

Our little team is comprised of two of us... Xploited and myself.  There are a few people who help us that can see deeper into our admin information, but only X and I have access to coins.

You need to trust Xploited if you dink with CLAM because Xploited created CLAM.

The XChange is designed with basically instant withdrawals and plenty of security features to keep your account safe.  You can apply 2fa to your account to protect trading and withdrawal which is pretty cool!

If you have any suggestions or notice any problems... please let me know!

so, risto scammed people on the end. who would have thought

I'm glad I chalked this up as a gay little project and didn't put 39 Bitcoins into it.   Lips sealed Wink Grin

It makes me feel better about my 60 Bitcoin Huntercoin investment! Tongue

Speaking of your dunk ass, did not u hold funds in escrow for Viral ICO

I held all VIRAL (100% of the OS) at one point and released it to buyers. The Bitcoins were passed along to the Development team after I secured the VIRAL.

after a little while got ur ass beaten for betraying investors?

Not me.  No ass beating here.  Maybe Adam?  I've not heard.   That was an example of a blockchain project with a central point of failure... I thought the twitter stuff was cool, but ya.  Shame that didn't turn out, but Jack Dorsey is a Bitcoin fan now... who knows.

What does this picture reveal?

The volume is picking up.

Whats ur motivation?

Give people a safe place to trade their CLAMS without dealing with scamming fucks and to spread cryptocurrency to people.

Lambos and hoes as well of course.  I'd really like to buy a Cruiseship too.  I hear Carnival is looking to possibly sell a few...

Here is an updated picture from that picture above to date:
