I did first 4 points, but can't do the fifth.
On the right it says 'share this album' and has 2 options:
1. Share link

Where to copy Forums BBCode and how to post it?
Forums BBCode should be under 'share your image' when you upload 1 image. Looks like you've created an album, I don't think you get the Forum BBCode link when you create an album. Think you will have to upload each image and post the link individually.
So your picture links will look like this:
[img].....[/ img] (without space)
[img].....[/ img] (without space)
[img].....[/ img] (without space)
