Looking forwars to try the app or the web app, any chance to get a preview FIEX ?  FIEX announced in the previous page that the app/web version will probably be ready in december. But if we can get a preview that will be awesome! it's a bit silly that the android app is still not done as of yet. Yeach I am waiting for android application for a long time and till today it hasn't been released yet. Maybe the team too busy with other stuffs and forgot about the development of such application. They should it finish earlier, I think it is a big miscalculation. After ico releasing it won't bring more investors to them if they can make it available already, it could have brought more investment to them. I agree they are late to the party, releasing it earlier would mean a final push in ICO but now they probably wont have anything to show in the end. |

Yes i dont think too that Utrust will dump when the project will hit exchanges. The marketing is great and the potential of Utrust too. There is a lot of super and people how want to hold the token.
True, aren't they have a policy that their main accounts or devs accounts will be locked for sometime so that they won't be dumped. Also from their early investors (from the Pre-sale). I've read it somewhere. Correct me if I'm wrong. They agreed with private investors, that their tokens (100 milions) will be locked for on year and they reduced team tokens by half. That will hold token value up for sure and they will have bigger support while developing platform. |

well, at least the soft cap is reached and the project will go on without problems i hope maybe they will get some big investors before end of ico With the soft cap, we are set, more will only make the project go faster, due to more regions being available, so the value will increase, anyway, SOM is a success in general terms, let's wait for the end to see where it goes, but the project is set. Thank god there's ICOs now... in fact this ico funding thing should be a tv show. Honestly, I did not even expect such a successful start of the ICO. Apparently investors are attracted by the opportunity to be co-owners of the store and participate in profits. As I wrote yesterday, luck accompanies this project. There isnt much news coming from SOMA these days. They are working hard on the Android app and web version but this will not be done before the end of the ICO. They hope to get them ready in December. More updates will come. I don't wanna sound impatient, but they should really hurry up when they want to release the Android demo before the end of ICO. To see an actual influence of this release on the investments may also need some time. I guess this was not their priority since FIEX said they wont be done till the of ICO so we should forger about it and just wait it out. I hope at least they will do a decent job in the end. |

I dont think they will extend the period again, the soma team extend the ico period the first time cause the market was à it hard during end October and early November, but they already reached the soft cap. So they don’t have to extend again the project has enough fund to go on and its great !
Nowadays market situation is pretty complicated and cryptoworld is quite unpredictable itself, so they would have to do with the amount they raised. Which I also think is ok for now. Extending the ICO again would only raise more questions and doubt and we don't need this, since majority of negative events are perceived as scams. |

FINMA make the rules and we follow and therefore we are - as you say - regulated by them. We have KYC & AML in place and comply with all the current regulations laid upon us by them. More importantly, we have never stated anywhere that are partners or have any kind of partnership with them, so please stay true to the facts here. This is not difficult to explain. Many ICOs that are located in Switzerland don't do KYC&AML and are not compliant to FINMA's regulations and therefore act in non-compliant manners. What this means for them in the future is anybody´s best guess. Another hint is that Filipe is going to represent UTRUST in a conference in Switzerland very soon. Napoleonx is a complex project, it requires a lot of financing in the beginning in order to develop algorithms and be able to give bots a variety of functions. It all demands meticulous planning, strategy and a huge technical aspect. 25k ETH is not that much for this market. |

More red flags, unfortunately. See that big "regulated by FINMA" logo on their site? https://utrust.ioOf course they're "regulated" by the FINMA, because they're active in Switzerland. Their presentation suggests that they're actively working with them though. Well, now I contacted the FINMA, and while their reply wasn't 100% conclusive, they literally said that "UTRUST doesn't have a direct FINMA authorisation for activities in the financial sector and are not a member of the SRO*" and that they will investigate this. Their complete reply actually sounds like they didn't hear about UTRUST until today. Please remember that you're dealing with a major financial regulation authority here, so try not to sound like you're a mad 14yo if you do. While it's possible that they didn't get in contact with the FINMA yet because they're not yet doing active business in the financial sector, you'd expect them to have clearance for the ICO ahead of its start. And like somebody else already said, no matter if it's a positive signal for investors, I'm pretty sure you can't just change the conditions of the capital raising procedure at will while it's already running. Possibly the case officer just didn't have the information required yet, or there's some other valid explanation. Until there's a clear statement on this, this is a major red flag for me though. At least this is very dishonest marketing. I don't think this is the address they are keeping the ICO fund, you better confirm before spreading FUD around, for me the project seems to be underperforming, I expected alot people to jumo on the project but little interest so far I think that too, usually for security it gets moved elsewhere and not kept in contract address for the distribution. The Soma marketing team needs to pump out way more content if they want to raise more money. Their twitter has only 295 tweets since July! They have to make the most of the cancellation of the Bitcoin fork.

It's strange that sales did not increase, although the fork was canceled yesterday. Yesterday I assumed that the maximum will be sold 9 million tokens. Then came the news about the fork. I thought I would see sales increase today, but for some reason the figure has not changed much ...
Give it time, I still believe there will be an uptick in all of the good ICO products now that the fork has been "suspended" The market needs some time to stabilize and people have to do some research in which ICO to invest and that takes time. Im sure we will see an increase in investments in the next few days. |

Really complicated to say at this moment, I do not like such an extension, but despite launching a less positive image about the project, I believe for the potential, work and support made so far, Utrust holds its potential, and for him I'll be waiting. Surprise us with good news as you have done I agree with belechau and have a feeling UTRUST is more inexperienced than worrisome. They had bad luck with timing and i think 17 days is still a short ICO compared to most of the others which last for one month. I know less tokens will be burned in the end, but at least they will have a bigger initial budget to use for developing their platform. |

Already collected almost $ 600,000. This ICO was lucky, just yesterday they canceled the fork. This is a good sign when the project is accompanied by luck at the beginning.  I am pleasantly surprised with the amount they raised so far, i guess there really is a future for a new applications shop. People want to break the monopoly of huge corporations. |
