Hard cap or not for ICO right now is not have higher potential, almost many ICO success raised hard cap but always have lower price after listing on exchange market, many coin listed with lower price than ICO.
Most ICOs can't reach the hard cap, few did for soft cap. But mostly they can't hit it because people stopped investing. There's still money for the market but people are skeptic about it. |

There is no point in selling them now for pennies. Best option is probably to hold them all for quite a long time. If any one of those projects becomes a huge success, you'll likely come away with far more from just that one than you'd get if you sold the whole lot of them today. Just wait.
Leave them forever and build a better portfolio. This is a better move than thinking of what you should do. As for building new portfolio, use new funds. |

Both two targets are distant ones, so far, but bitcoin will break them all. You are right, it has to go first $6k before anything else. It's stopping by on $4k and we don't know how it should stay there. I also agreed with you first of all it need to break the current resistance than we can say now the whole market condition turned into bullish otherwise this is still frustrated for so many people to keep hold and wait to make more big money. Not yet turned into bullish, still too low for most to assume it to bullish. And this makes everyone frustrated because the market's not doing good. I would say that it makes more sense to judge a market as bullish retrospectively. Even if the market jumps by 100% and then drops by 100%, do you call that bullish? It is bullish somehow.
