Haha, this is madness. I've seen many things in my short experience with crypto, but this one beats everything hands down. Basically the dev is telling everyone that this coin market cap will be bigger than bitcoin, just because he says so. 20 Billion coin?    You should check older altcoins that have already died and are buried in the > 100 page range. The were lots of idiots like the op claiming the same both in december and in may when most of altcoins were born. And there will be soon another one. |

The crypto landscape these days is completely different than it was back then when Bitcoin was being developed. Satoshi didn't have to worry about competition. If DarkSend was open source from the start, we would have at least 20 shitcoins using "DarkSend", just copy-pasting release candidate versions and gullible people investing and losing their money in their scams. And if you bothered to read the answer, the DarkSend part will be open source when it's matured enough. It's still in release candidate phase after all. This will happen in few weeks time. Until then, you don't have to use the DarkSend part at all. Bitcoin is a million times more technologically advanced that Darkcoin ever will be after all its just a copy/paste of the original.

He didn't really mined by himself , there were few people who also mined a few blocks but at that time not many bothered with his project and many called it stupid. He had no other way of keeping the coin alive but mining it.... He didn't instamine , he didn't sell the coin in an ipo If he is still alive I doubt he still has access to all those coins. |

A quick point to take here... This isn't Apple you're making demands to, this is a virtual currency still very much in its infancy. If you are an investor / miner you are entitled to nothing but your speculative position in this currency's future value. Should you be a major contributor to the overall future of Blackcoin then please pardon me as I mean no offense. With that being said, your demands have been echoed throughout the community and the devs are currently working hard to deliver upon their promises. Should a month pass without update your concerns would be justified, however, right now your best course of action is to hold and believe in the overall vision of the coin. If that proves to be too much to ask then im sure a handful of users would be more than happy to purchase your stake in BC at current market prices.
