1301  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][NEOS]Neoscoin Unique Anon(Arbitrush) Multi-Algo/Multi Exchange Web Wallet! on: September 08, 2014, 06:27:09 PM
Will V2 have a windows installer? And the "drag to app folder" for mac. I think this is very big. We can't have people that want to use Neos, and can not get the system working. It is hard for tech people understand the importance of this because they can't unlearn what they know, and it seems like things are simple, and they may be, but we need "next, next, finish". A wizard. I believe that syntaks said this would be the case, I'm just checking to make sure.

From speaking to him in irc earlier I am pretty sure this is exactly what he is working on
1302  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] SocialxBot | Twitter Layer | Bittrex | MINING STARTS NOW. on: September 08, 2014, 10:34:37 AM
Are you all retarded or something...WHYare you selling for?! do you even know yourself?! jesus christ

Hey, wolf - calm down. Please shut up and turn off your perpetual hype machine. The market will sort through the risk/reward.
This is a good coin with a smooth launch and excellent usability/adoption potential by a clearly capable team, based on what we've seen so far.

So it will sell itself, and it doesn't need hypsters like you hyping it and cajoling people not to do whatever they think is in their best interest.
People are rightfully cautious given the scam nonsense that goes on with other coins on other threads. Allow them to figure out on their own that socialxbot might be different.
Sure it will go up, but its annoying having to repeat myself telling people not to sell because you are throwing your money away..

don't then.
1303  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] RootCoin [ROOT] - rootEX™ announced - ANON-tx using BitKey™- PoW/PoS/PoI on: September 08, 2014, 08:38:02 AM
it already 8pm in california said our business partners but no bitskey reporting yet. we dump hard if no bitskey today. sorry peoples

if bitsta still in coding for bitskey, he cannot releases today or else it will be bugskey. coders cannot releases to peoples newly finished and untested bitskeys!

Well if it is not ready then I'm sure he will delay launch.

Until now Bitsta has not released anything buggy, the wallet works perfectly, syncs fast, transfers fast, POS conversion was perfect.

So when he releases Bitkey, it will be perfect too ;-)

If you and your business partners wanna dump, go right ahead. More cheap coins for the rest of us and with some patience  Grin

thanks for the motivating words. i was rushing all night
to be able to push a release. at least an experimental alpha. but it s
like the delay of the ROOT-launch. or the delay of the
droid wallet. i just can't release a "half-baked" and buggy application.
and so will i do with bitkey.

but no worries: i am working on bitkey and i ll get it finished (beta/stable release)
as soon as possible.

cheers
bitsta

#EDIT: i read your message on IRC. and yes you re right.. i pointed this out
yesterday. and i am monitoring both chains
since block 3000. seems we have a load of users/private pools + minep.it still running the v1.1...
hope they ll update soon..

Thanks man,

no one minds delays as long as communication is good. Delays with poor communication are what causes problems.

A help command to the bot would be good.
1310  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] SocialxBot | Twitter Layer | MINING STARTS NOW. on: September 07, 2014, 05:47:50 PM
One thing that would be really nice. If I send coins to someone who doesn't follow @xbotme it would be great if the bot could post on their time line to say they have been sent coins and they need to follow @xbotme to receive them

why is every pool so low difficulty?

You mean poolside diff?

Hash link seems to be sensible and adjusted to suit my hash power

yes poolside, i cant even mine with 200mh

every pool has same problem.

Ah you on nice hash? . They are fuckers for not giving the pool enough time to change before disconnecting

I just learned about this new coin written in PHP, my first thought was how this would make intergrating a cryptocoin into a game like CoinRPG so much easier! I'm still looking for someone who may want to work with me to intergrate a coin like Neoscoin into CoinRPG. Let me know if anyone is interested. Check out the game here: http://CoinRPG.com, it was created in Unity written in C#. Would be awesome if we could mine Neoscoin through playing the game, as we do have a PHP based login system, and MySQL Database to store player data.

I just watched the video for the second time.  Kudos to you guys that's some really smooth stuff right there!  A former WoW player myself (80 DK blood/frost mix), I love it.  How would you feel about integrating Neos as a currency perhaps for upgrades into the game?  I would love to see the community's reaction to this.

     Keep up the great work!

syntaks

Anything that increases useability of the coin is positive as far as I am concerned. I see no risk to the coins integrity.
