You should use Hardware wallet, I'm pretty sure you have heard about Hardware wallet. Try Trezor or Ledger. Make sure you learn about them properly before you use them to store your private keys.
If you can't afford a hardware wallet and want an easy UI wallet, bitcoin core or electrum is the best. Bitcoin Core will require you to sync with the blockchain history, a time consuming process. So, electrum would be the best fit. However, these are hot wallet. It's always good to use cold wallet.

Instead of requesting this to theymos, why don't you apply for being a merit source or ask any of your local board user to apply for merit source. That would help getting a merit source for your local. Requesting here wouldn't work I think. theymos would look at merit source application. With this thread, I doubt you will get the attention from theymos.
Follow the merit source application and apply. If theymos thinks Indian local board needs a merit source and the applicant is a best fit, he will assign.

I have sent a PM to the bitcointalk representative of Crashino on telegram, hopefully they will look into the issue soon. Haven't played in Crashino a lot, so can't tell if they took this long time to process withdrawal. Have you tried to contact them through their support/chat?

I don't know how Flush works in this regards but most centralized services sends all of the users deposit to their cold wallet. So, it shouldn't be an issue if they use that method, will work kind of Child Pays For Parent. I mean there are ways to prevent problem like what you mentioned. Allowing play with zero confirmation is an advantage.

Funny part is that all the crypto haters use this argument to criticize cryptocurency. I don't think it's a bug. You get 14 activity points on an activity cycle. If you have more posts than your activity, you will see +14 activities once you post in an activity period. Say, you have 100 posts and 70 activities now and tomorrow is a new activity period. If you post one single time tomorrow, you will get 14 activity points after that one single post. I think this is what happened with you.
