1301  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 5 Bitcoins to never gamble again. Will you take it? on: July 26, 2023, 04:36:11 PM
No, this question has never been posted before Roll Eyes
Well, 5 btc in some countries is and amount of money that could provide a very good wealth status so I guess its hard to say no.
Of course people that think to earn more with gambling lets go ahead Wink
1302  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Irresponsible behavior at the Las Vegas Casino on: July 24, 2023, 07:45:57 PM
Making such crazy behavior it is not a problem that concerns "gamblers" .
In general all people who live a certain nocturnal lifestyle can be affected Roll Eyes
Now it happens in Las Vegas and dozens of other tourist cities (with heavy alcohol consumption Wink )
1303  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: As a gambler do you have a potential winning amount limit? on: July 24, 2023, 03:20:21 PM
I have heard and read about people gambling because they had no source of income,  a job or they wanted to add gambling as part of their streams of income. Whatever your category the bottom line is that we all gamble to make money though some group claim it's mainly for fun. But who would want to be losing money all in the idea of catching fun!

There are gamblers that don't place their bet not until they have gotten a certain amount as their potential win. Some do this based on their financial challenge with the anticipation that just one win they may get on such amount is a life changer for them.

My main focus on this thread is in this question: as a gambler do you place your bet according to the weight of your financial need or you're always okay with whatever amount that comes out as potential win no matter how small amount?

playing bets, must make sense! or it's not betting but throwing money away.

if you go to add results only to obtain a certain number it is impossible to find the right combinations you need and you will always be forced to add "random results" or ones you are not sure about...
Such an approach in gambling fails right from the start. It's kind of impossible someone could make a living in such way Wink
1304  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Abuse ... on: July 24, 2023, 03:06:00 PM
...
Many gamblers no longer gamble as way of being entertained, but have turned gambling into  their major source of income, this is abuse because gambling was never meant to be a source of income or livelihood to anyone, but rather, another way for players to entertain themselves.
...

Tramadol is an oppiate. I will suggest to read some about this class of medicine...

If a gambler is able to earn, "making a living" from this activity... let's go ahead! well done! he has found a job and no one should judge and I can't see any abuse....

How many people are really able to reach such level? How many people are able to made this job for several years? Roll Eyes
1305  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Deposit limits on: July 24, 2023, 02:57:31 PM
Nothing defeats self-discipline.
This is exactly what this thread is indirectly all about. People should gamble responsibly and gamblers should have self-discipline in gambling. If not having those and the person is addicted, he will only prefer to choose 7 days or 30 days, lose and increasing the amount which makes nothing to change. It is people that have self-discipline that will go for 24 hours. That said, there are many other gambling sites that gamblers are using, we have more than one gambling site that we are gambling and many of the sites do not have this feature.

for those who use cryptocurrencies, further solutions can be implemented... such as a cold storage (maybe placed somewhere "far away" / hard to be accessed).
Create wallets with multiple signatures (2 of 3 signatures etc), password protected etc etc
Funds in a timelock contract... Roll Eyes

In addition to the classic feature of some casinos, with crypto you can exclude yourself in several way and not only in one casino Wink
1306  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: stake.com new cheating video. Betid and results changing on live session. on: July 24, 2023, 06:55:48 AM
they don't need to create a fake bet id, they have already shown clearly all data.
it's not cheating a "delay" to update your betting history.
@cryptogeniusdice you can just verify seeds and your bets one by one. have you ever done a verification of your bets? it would explain a lot... and help to understand "why this bet is a loss?"
1307  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: $1,080 Billion powerball lotto winner in the USA on: July 21, 2023, 10:03:23 AM
I just saw a news on youtube that someone won the $1,080 Billion jackpot prize on the Powerball lotto in the US. In the video I watched, someone claims that she was the winner, but as of now, there is still no official announcement from the lottery organization. also, the store where the winning ticket was bought will receive a $1 Million bonus from the organization.

anyway, it still really surprises me that if the winner decides to take the prize in one lump sum, they will only get half of the total price because of the taxes that will be taken out.

here's the video I saw https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LINxj6C-00c

seems like the classic historical dilemma in lottery sauce Roll Eyes  better an egg today or a chicken tomorrow?

if you think about it, such a figure even if "half" is enough to make you at least the top 1% richest on earth and live at "science fiction" levels.
I too would have done the same thing, as we say here in Italy "there is no certainty about tomorrow" Wink

hello OP could you provide a vouch copy of your method? I have reviewed several idea here on forum , just check my trust.

surely in any case you don't want to send a vouch copy ( Roll Eyes ) you should clearly show evidence of what you say, indicate how long it takes to earn this figure and with what initial investment, and maybe a proof of what you're claiming, unless is just another scam.
1310  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: do anyone have done this? with gambling platforms on: July 21, 2023, 09:47:10 AM
I have been registered on a betting/casino site for many many years...
I have won several times bets at x100 / x200 (perhaps playing a couple of dollars) but I have never been asked for a "forced KYC" just I have simply provided basic data. I think there are many of this casino that allow such withdrawal without further requests.
1311  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will You Stop Gambling Even If You're Doing Great If This Happens To You on: July 21, 2023, 08:23:05 AM
I have some doubts about this scenario.
first of all, it's seriously hard (if not impossible) develop a kind of method that could be adapted anytime and allow to win "large amount of money".
secondly, anyone able to earn such figures, is making this as real job in a professional way so I can assure that can be discussed even with the "worst" dad...

anyone will just stop gambling if this inheritance is so big and generally speaking just to not have some discussions with family member so personally I will just stop gambling and that's all.

1319  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis League All Thread on: July 20, 2023, 08:29:07 AM
Djokovic lost the last title but i think he might comeback even stronger for US Open and win that title. Once Djokovic retires i think we see a clear domination from Alcaraz in the tennis world. Currently no one is even close to stopping Alcaraz except Djokovic. Hopefully someone new shows up soon.

I think that Sinner and Rune could be the two players that will be able to face and fight against Alcaraz. It's just matter of time, but both players are really strong and they continue to growth their experience on field.
Even Alcaraz has admitted the ability of Sinner to play at high level against him (and some match have been won by Italian...) I will not too much surprised if in some year we will see Sinner performing better than Alcaraz. Even Nike (sponsorship) has noted this providing a BIG deal to Italian player... Roll Eyes

Why would he say something like that?

it is certainly a coin that does not have that speculative aspect as the main aspect of its development as we have seen with many (if not all) coin launched...

"Spiritual" is a... philosophical term, at least in my view that doesn't fit to much in such environment.
I have just seen valuation in coin market cap and the price fluctuated continuously reaching x20 several times.
for sure, people who like to speculate it is a good starting point ... for the rest I would not expose myself so much "talking about the next bitcoin" (not even in spiritual terms...Wink Roll Eyes )
