Every day we are bombarded with negative news and rarely is anything that makes you feel good about life published in the media. This is a refreshing change of pace and reminds me that there is a lot of good in the world. Good news on the state of humanity is a great way to end 2015.  This is a slightly longer read, but well worth it.

11 Reasons Why 2015 Was a Great Year For Humanity

We are living through the most astonishing period of human progress in history. And nobody’s telling us about it.

As 2015 draws to a close, you’d be hard pressed to find anyone who’d claim that it’s been a good year for the human race. The bad news has been relentless: war in Syria, a refugee crisis in Turkey and Europe, earthquakes in Nepal, terrorist attacks in Paris, mass shootings in the US, floods in India. With the media screaming blue murder and social media feeds filled with complaints about how selfish/materialistic/shortsighted our fellow human beings are, you’d be forgiven for thinking that the world is going to hell in a handbasket.

You’d be wrong though.

Franklin Roosevelt once said, “the test of our progress is not whether we add more to the abundance of those who have much; it is whether we provide enough for those who have too little.” And if we apply that criteria to the world as a whole then 2015 was a very good year indeed. Here’s why.

1) We got a lot closer to global, universal education

2) Extreme poverty dropped below 10% — the lowest rate ever

3) More people got connected to the internet than ever before

4) Millions of people gained access to finance for the first time

5) AIDS deaths came down for the 15th year in a row

6) Malaria death rates are at an all time low

7) Polio is about to be eradicated forever

8 ) Fewer people went hungry this year than ever before

9) More people have access to clean water

10) Child mortality plunged for the 43rd year in a row

11) We reached a tipping point in the fight against climate change

I agree. We have come a long way, just in my lifetime. We are living at the greatest, most exciting time in history. The Internet, the Blockchain and Digital Currency will be the the catalyst for the biggest, most rapid advance for ALL mankind in our Human History. One of the best things about this is that the ones that it will help the most are the ones who needed the most help. This revolution will drastically close the gap between the "haves and the have nots".

+100%. And (12) We can pay anyone with internet connection without the need of a bank.

They really think that information is worth $199?

No comment. Wink

Coin Desk's "Banks and the Blockchain Report"  -  $199.00

http://www.coindesk.com/research/banks-blockchain-report/

I'd be interested, just not at that price.

I highly doubt if they have meaningful information we don't already know. A lot of bankers are quite ignorant on the subject of Bitcoin, Blockchain and other digital currencies like DNotes. Many so called blockchain projects are using blockchain not much more than just some form of glorified database. Bankers are running scared and reacting with a lot of confusion and push-back to slow down the massive disruption in the heels of multiple challenges confronting banks and financial services, including the explosive growth of FinTech (Financial Technologies).

We have to be very clear-minded that no matter how they spin it, they are not introducing any radical changes to the inherent fault of centralized fiat currencies. The corrupt nature of the political and economic systems will not go away, no matter how much financial grief the citizens have to bear. Fiat currencies will be around for a long time. We strongly believe, and are passionately dedicated, to offer DNotes as a choice; a supplement, to global currencies. We are mindful that this is a huge undertaking and will take many well executed steps to get there.

I missed posting on this forum, but must focus working my book for another two to three weeks to have the project pretty well framed. It has been very demanding, but I am even more convinced that it will be a great help to many small business owners. I can not be happier to introduce a purposeful DNotes along with a helpful book that can positively impact the financial struggle, many have endured, especially in the recent years.

Great artwork and an excellent idea. Also for those who wanted to sign up for the CRISP For Kids savings plan but have not done so, this a great time to do it. Santa has been sighted to be packaging gifts of DNotes and special prizes to be given away to children on the list on Christmas Eve, Thursday, Dec. 24, 2015. Don't miss it. Dev which do you think is  the better country now for start a blockchain bussines actually from a legal view?
there are some blockchain heaven?
i'm really interested in know your point of view about it

thanks in advance

Hi bhokor, I don't have a good answer for you at the moment. Everywhere seems to be embracing blockchain technology.

Hi bhokor, without knowing the specifics of your business plan and business model, it is tough to give you a good answer. Most countries, including US, Canada, and England are subjected to political sentiments, often heavily influenced by major bankers and others that aggressively seek to serve their own self interest. Singapore is the only country I feel comfortable that offers clear regulatory guidance and stability. Consequently, even we are having a hard time deciding where our new company will be incorporated in, something we will be deciding sometime in the first quarter of 2016.

If you can get a strong team together and need additional partners, feel free to PM me.

Here is a great article on Female Entrepreneurship I found on LinkedIn. I am spending most of my time on writing my book these days. If you have any questions regarding this article, I will be happy to answer them.

We're Entering the Golden Age of Female Entrepreneurship — and It'll be Amazing

In this series, professionals predict the ideas and trends that will shape 2016. Read the posts here, then write your own (use #BigIdeas2016 in your piece).

2016 will be the year in which the forces of entrepreneurialism and feminism converge. Together, they will drive a long-wave, golden age of female entrepreneurship, which will be a positive for all of us: positive and empowering for the women who make the leap, good for the economy, good for consumers, and good for society.

This surge is being — and will be — driven by a handful of converging forces:
1) The first is the broadening recognition that startups with female leadership are more successful than those run by men only… by good measure… by some pretty significant players in the space. First Round Capital recently reported 63% better performance by its companies with women leaders than by all-male leadership teams.

2) Look around, and you’re beginning to see a critical mass of inspirational, successful female entrepreneurs, leading the way and providing examples. They’ve founded and run businesses such as 23andMe, Rent the Runway, TheRealReal, Birchbox, Spanx, Stitch Fix, Dry Bar, BaubleBar, Tory Burch, The Honest Company, Houzz, Lynda.com…. You get my point. And the list gets longer every day.
No playing by the boys-club rules for these entrepreneurs. No asking permission. And they are forever banishing the concept that women’s businesses are supposed to be little or cute or limited to small-scale, home crafts. Or make-up. And their success is resonating, such that when I’m on business school and college campuses, entrepreneurialism is discussed at every meeting I have with female students.

3) There is a growing ecosystem supporting women entrepreneurs and women-owned businesses. These provide some combination of coaching, networking, instruction and introduction to funding sources; they include Astiaon the west coast, Springboard on the east coast, and EY’s Entrepreneurial Winning Women initiative. And women’s networks that can provide entrepreneurs with valuable peer and business connections include my ownEllevate Network, as well as other professional women’s networks, such wasUpward Women, Women 2.0, and Levo League.

Underpinning the emergence of these organizations, and entrepreneurial women supporting each other, is a growing recognition that it’s not just one or two or three female entrepreneurs who can be successful, as in the old days of one-seat-at-the-table-for-a-woman in corporate America. Instead, there is room for the pie to grow and for us lift each other up. A strong women’s entrepreneurial network may be just as important as any other network, given the idiosyncratic challenges that female entrepreneurs face.

4) The cost of technology is coming down fast, enabling entrepreneurs to start businesses in ways we simply couldn’t even a handful of years ago. An example: the technology and client platform at Merrill Lynch (all proprietary, all whiz-bang) cost hundreds of millions of dollars to build; by some estimates it cost more than $1 billion. A few years ago I met with an entrepreneur who had put in place a platform that replicates parts of what the Merrill platform does. Not all of it; not as well, I’m sure. It cost him $25 million.

Today, my team and I are building Ellevest, a digital investment offering for women. The first version of the platform — with many fewer features than those two, to be sure, but doing the same underlying thing — will cost not $1 billion, not $25 million, but $2 million to build. Big difference. And not possible 10 years ago. Or five years ago. Or, for some features of the platform, even six months ago.

5) The other costs of running a business are also coming down. Think freelancers for certain functions, instead of full-time employees. Think short-term shared workspace rentals, at places like WeWork, rather than crushing long-term leases. Think outsourcing some of the HR and accounting functions. Think videoconferencing services, such as FaceTime and Google Hangouts, as opposed to business travel; think on-demand user testing instead of expensive focus groups; and think cloud services instead of software licenses and physical servers.

6) Entrepreneurialism is no longer just for the young, but is becoming an equal-opportunity opportunity, expanding its impact. I’m increasingly seeing that women “of a certain age” are finding that, after the kids head off to college, they have oceans of time (particularly compared to the balancing act of kids and work and “having it all” and the “never letting them see you sweat” ethos of women-at-work for so many years). And women are living longer. And they have valuable experience. And they have the financial means to take on some business risk.

So this opens the entrepreneurial wave to more than just younger women. Think Arianna Huffington and The Huffington Post. Think Joni Evans and her crew of women in media who founded wowOwow. Think Deborah Jackson, who founded Plum Alley. OK, put me on the list too, having come to entrepreneurialism in my 40s.

7) There are more sources of funding for women entrepreneurs. Sure, the venture capital numbers remain appalling… and don’t show much sign of changing… yet. But crowdfunding is now being opened up to more investors, and women entrepreneurs are as, or more, successful than men-run businesses in this arena.

Add to this the growth of women-focused crowd-funding venues (such as Plum Alley), women-focused angel investing groups (such as Pipeline Angels, Portfolia, and Golden Seeds), and for-women business loans (through the Tory Burch Foundation), and you’ve got real momentum.
The impact of all of this?

It’s all good:
Success begets success. As more of these companies are successful, the bigger venture capital dollars will come into these businesses… though it may still take a while for their “pattern recognition” mode of doing business to recognize these seismic shifts.

These women-run businesses will grow the economy.  And many of them will make the lives of other women better (and more fun). I sort of doubt Rent the Runway was ever going to be started by a guy. Nor was Birchbox. Nor was Dry Bar. And nor was Ellevest. And I know this, because I presented the opportunity to any number of male CEOs in financial services, who simply weren’t able to see women investors as anything but a niche market.

These businesses will also provide great places for other women (and men) to work. In fact, the women of Ellevate Network tell us that they often start businesses in order to build the businesses at which they want to work… and the No. 1 reason they accept a job is “meaning and purpose.” So it stands to reason that many of these companies will provide modern, people-friendly work environments.

The losers? Those companies who don’t “get it” and keep operating as though the rules of the past for engaging women (mostly male leadership teams marketing to women… and the belief that simply sponsoring a big female diversity group that hosts lots of events means your company is female-friendly). Before, our choice was to stay at those companies and chip away at the issue or head home; today, it’s much more attainable for us to start our own thing.

So the Big Idea for 2016? We are entering the golden age of female entrepreneurship.
The Bigger Idea? Women will begin to recognize this, and the power we have to control our own economic and financial fate.

Sallie Krawcheck is the Co-Founder and CEO of Ellevest, a digital investment platform for women, to be launched in 2016. She is the Chair of Ellevate Network, the global professional women’s network.

This is a pretty interesting read from Charlie Lee, who is the creator of litecoin and current director of engineering for Coinbase. Eating the Bitcoin Cake. It's a lengthy article talking more in depth about the transaction limit and why it is such a difficult problem to solve and come to a consensus on the resolution. I would be doing a disservice to article to quote it out of context, so I will just recommend it is worth the lengthy read.

Very interesting article. Charlie is a great story teller. I agreed with his conclusion:

"Bitcoin is not one-size-fits-all

I contend that we should design bitcoin for security and decentralization above all else.

Transactions that need the highest security and decentralization will need to pay the higher transaction fees required to use the bitcoin network. Not all transactions can afford this fee, but then they likely don’t need the security and decentralization.

And that's perfectly fine.

They can use litecoin and altcoins, sidechains, payment channels, the Lightning Network, off-blockchain networks, and other yet to be created networks to send those transactions.

Heck, they can still use Visa if merchants are willing to pay the fees.

You would use bitcoin to buy a house or a car. A 60-minute wait and a $1 fee for an extremely secure, decentralized and irreversible transaction is perfectly fine.

If you are buying coffee and need a cheap but fast transaction and don’t care about security or decentralization, you can use litecoin, the Lightning Network, sidechains or even Starbucks off-blockchain transactions.

As long as everything is seamless, users don’t care. Transactions will be routed to the payment network that makes the most sense based on the needs of that transaction type.

Technologies like on-chain swaps, the Lightning Network, payment channels and sidechains will allow seamless and cheap and free conversions between bitcoin and everything else.

Wallets will hide all that complexity from users. We are not there yet, but that future is very exciting. Not every transaction will be native to bitcoin, but every person will use bitcoin
."

Meanwhile, on Cryptsy . . .

changed the password on one of my Cr. accounts yesterday. Got the 'Yup. Done!' message. But now locked out. (No funds in it.)

78 wallets down at this second -- 2 less than yesterday.

But . . . just tried moving Dnotes on to and off Cryptsy. Wham! Three minutes each way.

It looks like their upgrade a few hours ago was successful. DNotes seemed to be working fine. Unfortunately, I still have not received two withdrawals at .1 BTC each sent to two separate accounts on 12/10/15. I am curious to know if anyone successfully withdrew BTC from Cryptsy the last 7 days.

Not me. I'm still waiting for a withdrawal request from over a week ago to process. They closed the ticket about it, too, which I thought was bad form. I'm sure they are making progress on their technical stuff, but it's almost as if they are trying to alienate their customers through lousy customer relations. My understanding is that the developers who are working on the back end are not communicating much of any relevant information to the support staff, so the support staff can't tell us anything when they answer our tickets. Like I said, it's like they're *trying* to do everything all wrong on the customer service side.

Edit: No Twitter update about the recent upgrade either. Yet another bad choice. So... if you're looking to launch something amazing in the crypto world, just look at how Cryptsy handles PR and customer service and *don't* do that!

One would think that any business owners would know that good PR and good customer service are critical to business success, as well as sustaining a successful business. Unfortunately, that is not the case. It is one of the major causes of business failures.

I hope you will like to play the game and we all together can make this all bigger.

King regards and thanks again

Nele

This is great! Thanks neleonele! I hope everyone here understands the importance of this. DNotes inclusion in this game is the future of advertising and marketing as the digital revolution matures. Online games, offline games, all sources that capture the users interest for prolonged periods of time are invaluable in the advertising world. The more impressions and exposure you can get in the subliminal or, "fringe" area of the users attention, the more your brand is driven home.

As entertainment continues to move away from television to online media and gaming, the more important it is for DNotes and other new technology businesses to develop and nurture a presence inside of this media. Gaming especially and similar diversions are most important. The message is presented in a way that remains in the subconscious long after the player has moved out of the media.

Take the screen shot above, if you were the player driving that car, every time you thought about that move, spin out, race, etc, there's DNotes in the picture.  It's burned into that memory unlike TV where people generally "veg out" and don't remember anything they have just seen after a few minutes.

And, as a side benefit, it nurtures a relationship between the game developer and the advertiser above and beyond simply paying for a 30 second spot on the boob tube or in print. Its a win/win for all concerned. I would like to see us do more in this area if possible.

I wouldn't hurt to investigate more of this type of product placement...

Very well said, RJF. We do not like to over commit but once DNotes reached a better position of strength, especially, financial strength, expect us to be investing in a lot of strategic partnership projects. GMC is high on our list and I agree with all the great points you made. I would love to see some good educational games for kids as well.

PR Update:

It looks like we are getting great worldwide coverage. It’s a good sign when we start seeing a lot of new names. The value of public relations and strong branding are often overlooked by small business owners. It is a dedicated long term commitment, when well executed with a clear and consistent message pays off very well over time. It must be an integral part of any company that wishes to accomplish exceptional success. The challenge is positioning the company to have the staying power while surviving the ups and downs that may be beyond one’s control. DNotes is designed to do just that. Collectively, we are always advancing towards our ultimate goal – to be the trusted global digital currency for everyone world to participate.

Here is the first article on DNotes featured in Spanish:

Top Digital Marketing Trends for 2016

30% of all online shopping purchases now happen on mobile phones

Posting content with an image on social media is likely to increase engagement. A study found that tweets with images received 150% more retweets than those without.

Only 28% of content sharing happens through social media – the remaining 72% happens via email and other private communication methods.

It's a rare pleasure to have such firends as DNotes are. Of course, it's a pleasure to have Nele as a friend, colleague and a team mate as well. Smiley
We were glad to promote Crisp and DCEBrief within our game and we saved a few nice spots for DNotes logo in next version of the game.
Yet again both our coins are perfect example that the price isn't the indicator of a real value. I guess it's the curse of cypto world Smiley
What matters most is how much effort we put into bringing crypto closer to ordinary people, and we're both doing it damn good.
Keep up the good work my DNotes friends, and we'll keep you informed about the news from our side and about the version that'll contain DNotes logo.
We appreciate everything you did for us so it's our turn to return the favour.

Take care,
Alex

We are delighted to see you here, Alex. The true value of good honest work is always reflected over the long term. In the mean time, we appreciate the mutual cooperation and support, leading to great friendship. We love to see a lot more of that in our industry and hope that many more will join us in a more united front to promote what we passionately believe in. This could be a good opportunity for the ordinary citizens of the world to participate, in minimal ways, that otherwise would not make a difference in the traditional investment world.

Good press release team, very clear and focused. Looking forward to the book and the site, always on the lookout for good business and self help information so I'm sure I will enjoy it and it's contribution to DNotes. It's nice to see how dedicated the DNotes team is, to take something profitable and use it to grow DNotes, especially in crypto world where the majority is just looking to line their own pockets.

Thanks Berman for the kind comments! In order for us to push forward and make this vision for DNotes happen, it will have to be sustainable.

Forgive me: until this morning, I'd never had a good look at the DCE Brief. Came across it on Reddit Dogecoin Cryptocurrencies*. Very impressed! Just the quality of material that every crypto community should be (but is not) producing.

*Great 'all-rounder' news site.

Thanks, Mark. DCEBrief is only getting started. Our team has been working very hard and done very well. They deserves much credit for a job well done. I hope to be a able to contribute more in a couple of months. Thanks to everyone for your hard work and support.

I just came across an excellent article published in CoinTelegraph a few months ago. It almost sounded like that Simon Dixon has DNotes in mind when he said the followings:

“to get people to use your innovation you need great branding, communication, and a clear value proposition that makes some early adopters want to change their behavior. To change human behavior, you need to solve a major problem for them or be significantly cheaper, faster, and more convenient than the way they used to do things”. Simon Dixon, CEO BnkToTheFuture and Fund Manager Bitcoin Capital.

As I have mentioned on this forum many times, creating another altcoin or digital token is very cheap and easy. It can be done over a weekend at less than the cost of a typical family weekend vacation. Hence, we are still seeing new names popping up, sometime even over taking us at CoinMarket Cap.

Developing a long term strategic vision to give the digital currency a purpose for its existence and executing those plans while building a great brand is a different bred. Coupled with the need for an attitude and behavior change that is favorable towards your brand is a long process requiring unrelenting dedication and hard work over an extended period of time. That is the path DNotes has chosen. It is a worthy mission.

A Bridge Between Bitcoin and Traditional Finances: Is It Possible?

Delta Business Management can’t manage to attract Bitcoin Investments to their recent parking project at Gatwick airport. Lee Welham, one of the founders of the company, told CoinTelegraph that they have no clients who have purchased using Bitcoins. It seems like Bitcoiners haven’t completely got to understand the company’s idea. That’s why they are being cautious about it. Nevertheless, such projects can be very useful as they might help to fill the gap between BitcoinCT r:  10 sector and traditional finances.

Delta Business Management is a young company passionate about new technologies and their potential for the future. That’s why they are going on with their parking project despite the obvious lack of attention. Besides, the company plans to launch several other projects in 2016. They will be connected not only with property, but also with other spheres.

Lee Welham said the idea to develop Blockchain-based projects came up to him “when he first read the Mastercoin white paper now known as Omni Layer”.

“The existing parking model means the property title deeds are held within the UK land registry and I thought that we could make the assetsmore interchangeable, easier to transfer, and possibly exit.
At present our assets are purchased by people all over the world and the returns are transferred into local fiat. We feel Bitcoin could offer a more cost effective and streamlined model”.

Too bad Bitcoin’s community seems to not pay attention to the company’s initiative. Welham told their project is going “a little slower than they would like, but they are taking a cautious approach in a fast ever-changing environment. They have no clients who have purchased using Bitcoins so far, but they are hoping that will change soon enough”.

A Lack of Understanding

Perhaps, the reason Delta isn’t able to attract Bitcoin investments lies in the fact that they didn’t highlight their proposal clearly enough. Bitcoin community stays cautious to them because they don’t really understand what the company offers. Simon Dixon, CEO BnkToTheFuture and Fund Manager Bitcoin Capital stated to CoinTelegraphCT r:  28:

“This is a very clever idea, but the problem is that I am not sure if I have understood their proposition correctly, and this is the number one reason why we often ask businesses that apply to list on our online investment platform BnkToTheFuture.com to come back later—because their offering is not yet easily understood”.

He also added that “to get people to use your innovation you need great branding, communication, and a clear value proposition that makes some early adopters want to change their behavior. To change human behavior, you need to solve a major problem for them or be significantly cheaper, faster, and more convenient than the way they used to do things”.

The Problem Is Not in the Technology

It seems the problem isn’t in the technology itself or the project itself. The company just needs to highlight their offer more clearly so the investors could clearly see what they would get out of it. Besides, Ragnar Lifthrasir, the President of International Bitcoin Real Estate Association states that it’s “quite difficult to build the bridge between the Bitcoin Industry and traditional finances”. He told CoinTelegraph:

“That’s been a challenge, trying to connect traditional businesses with Bitcoin technology. They don’t always go well together. The main problem isn’t Bitcoin; the problem is the traditional businesses. To unite the two sectors, companies should figure out whether they just start over the pure Bitcoin technology-based service or whether they try and take some existing service and integrate with Bitcoin”.

Besides, having got to know more about the Delta’s project, Lifthrasir added:
“I don’t think it is necessary to have an additional token. There are other companies that are doing notary and time stamping stuff, and I think if you want to create an extra token for it, you’re doing it wrong”.

Furthermore he stated that “Bitcoin enthusiasts are so fascinated by the technology that they just create their Applications and products without having researched the market properly”.
He advises not to develop a product and hope people will use it—but first find people who will use it. Then try to explain it to them and then—if a company gets good feedback—develop it.

We hope that you liked this article. We recommend you get acquainted with our ratings of the top blockchain companies and cryptocurrencies.

Thank you very much everybody for responses - feel free to keep them coming.

I have just over 24 hours to get all the main points written down (at least) and hopefully rough script ironed out so that the video guys can plan shooting locations and shots based on the scripts content - but I have long shifts every day this week because it's Xmas season and that means busy!! Luckily Saturday is my last day (forever), and I can film any sunny day beyond that.

Correct language is important in marketing, so I will have a few days beyond this to made edits to the script.

** The Fed raised rates... patiently waits to see effect**

I am not as concerned about this first round of .25% increase in Fed fund rate, though my home home equity loan and credit card bills will go up. However, if the trend of increasing rates continues it could get nasty both here in the US and abroad. Press release looks fantastic, I like DCEBrief's layout much more than everywhere else!!

Dear community,

I am working on another video - this time a more marketing based video that will highlight what makes DNotes different compared to industry peers, and what our loose plans are. We could consider it an "Introduction to DNotes" - who we are, where we are going, and why we are doing what we do.

This video will be more scripted than the previous interview I have done, and I am aiming for a more polished final product to use as advertising. My question is: what would you guys think is important to mention when it comes to DNotes - that could be communicated in a four minute video. I have currently got notes that include the aspects outlined by DYNA that were used in Chase's introduction on crytomoms.com:

Cultural differences - respect / reward community / fosters positive atmosphere and growth

Trusted brand - Trust / don't announce projects until near completion (don't affect prices at exchanges) which means we can continue with agile development strategy / always follow through with announced plans / self funded - do not ask community for donations / do not partake in pump and dump / focus on executing current and future strategies and developing technologies at perfect time etc...

Long-term committment - Focus to attract long-term stakeholders / target mainstream population rather than just current crypto industry / focus on participation of under-represented demographics by helping provide education and exposure to them - i.e. Women, developing nations or the unbanked (in future) etc...

Projects that facilitate this long-term commitment - CRISP plans for retirement / students / trust funds / employees / charity, DNotesVault for security and ease of use, DCEBrief to educate the mainstream and decision makers by providing objective news that is helpful because the mainstream media remains naive on the technology.

Requirements for success? - stability, unit of account, medium of exchange - to achieve require outreach (DCEBrief) long term plan... etc

Our future plan - To be a digital currency that is accepted as a viable medium of exchange / to make payments completely peer to peer between market participants and making payments cheaper in the process, to make DNotes the digital currency of global commerce (mass acceptance), no central control or middlemen, executing plan to make this happen, roadmap includes a for profit company in 2016 that will be partly owned by the DNotes currency eco-system.

It is in no particular order, and I won't necessarily use it all. Feel free to add more to this list, or to give advice on tone of the conversation / video - i.e. don't compare / contrast too much with current industry:

that is, don't call the industry often juvenile and rude, then compare that to our more cultured approach, but just focus on how we're more polite and how that facilitates a more friendly and patient atmosphere for new industry participants to learn in...etc.

Thanks, keeping busy.

We expanded our news distribution and hundreds more news outlets have published the announcement of our new company and the book launch in the first half of 2016.

DNotes is very systematic, yet patience, in everything we do, but may not always be easy for everyone to understand. Building a trusted brand and good name recognition is a long and expensive process. We are one of the most PR astute players in our industry, with a significant amount of resources invested in PR campaigns. Yet, I doubt if more than 50% of the people in our industry have even heard of DNotes or CryptoMoms. Consequently, our PR efforts must continue alone those lines. Don’t expect people to support DNotes if they have not even heard of it; definitely wishful thinking that they would accept DNotes as a medium of exchange; not until they know DNotes well.

Everything that we have been doing, and continue to do is towards building DNotes as the trusted global digital currency for everyone worldwide to participate. It will take a combination of many strategic plans/projects executed over a number of years. Your consideration if DNotes is a worthy long term investment should place high emphasis on the strategic path we have laid out and what we have delivered based on what we promised. I do sense that short term investors have the tendency to ask “Are we there yet?”  No, we have a long way to go.

We are reaching out even more aggressively beyond our industry in 2016. It will be an exciting year. We believe that many more will begin to understand and appreciate why we have taken a very different path. I trust that Tim (TeeGee) will represent us well in articulating “The DNotes Difference” in the new video he is working. We are very appreciated of his dedicated efforts and hard work. Thank you very much. Tim.

I'm really looking forward to the book and TeeGee's new video. Small Business is such a hot topic now, do you think the video should address (in a few seconds Wink) something along the lines of how small business could benefit from investing in DNotes now while the infrastructure is being built? Just a thought.

"I do sense that short term investors have the tendency to ask “Are we there yet?”  No, we have a long way to go."    Sounds like a road trip (from years gone by) with the kids asking "are we there yet?" - usually starting not long after leaving the driveway. Grin

That is an excellent idea, Chase. I definitely like TeeGee to include it.

It is never easy to be a small business owners. Unfortunately, in recent years, due to mounting regulations, increasing tax burden, and out of control economic environment, many small business owners' struggles are reaching a breaking point. Many employees have not seen a pay increase for years and the business owners own retirements are frequently skipped and remained under funded. New business formations are down while business closures have spiked. DNotes is committed to provide some relieve in three ways: CRISP For Retirement, CRISP For Employee Incentive Benefit, and a book full of good business advice. Ultimately, business owners can shift to a new form of payments with significant savings, instead accepting of debit and credit cards.

Just a quick brief for TeeGee to develop his talking points. Edits and additional ideas are welcome. That is what TeeGee is looking for. Thanks.
