1341  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think is Bitcoin become legal in all countries? on: April 23, 2018, 11:46:50 PM
Bitcoin is legal by some countries but some countries still not accepting the bitcoin.
What you think is Bitcoin become legal in all countries?

it is not possible if in all countries. because every country has their state regulation and financial regulation. we can not equate financial regulation in europe and in asia. and each country has its own views on this crypto. we still need to show the benefit of this crypto is actually compared only the price alone,
1342  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's going on? Bitcoin for the rich only? on: April 23, 2018, 11:43:45 PM
Hi,

Even just a year ago bitcoin was useable... now the fees are about 10x what the banks charge. Seems like its changing from a peer-to-peer money system for everyone into yet another convenient way for rich people to exchange funds!

What went wrong> And more to the point, who is responsible? What can be done to fix it?
Thanks
Andy

Maybe you transact in an inappropriate time. I did a few months ago sending btc from a personal wallet with a fee of about $ 5 but now only about $ 1 and sometimes below that. so the miner fees now sometimes do like high.

but with the segwit wallet I think it's not a problem anymore
1343  Other / Archival / Re: Help a Beginner to understand... on: April 23, 2018, 11:21:53 PM
Hello guys...

I have diversified my portfolio to about 25 different cryptos which were worth about 7000-8000$ just before the bitcoin crash came and I am wondering whats the exact reason behind this, when or will it recover (and so the alt coins I hold, don't have any bitcoin).

Why do almost all alt coins crash because of the bitcoin crash or correction?

My portfolio is worth only 4000$ atm.

Sorry for being an beginning idiot and asking this and thanks for everybody who can explain it to me

Altcoin may drop because of the pair of bitcoin. so if bitcoin down it is certain altcoin else is very potential to go down. even in the pump. if bitcoin down altcoin also so. so if I think if you invest in 25 different types of coin it is too much. because 25 types of coins must be one of the coin types that dropped dramatically.
1344  Economy / Economics / Re: Is bitcoin really anonymous? on: April 23, 2018, 11:19:02 PM
My questions is not on the technical side, since obviously you can create an address in a very much anonymous way. However, when it comes to spending it or convert it into fiat or even when spending it on a legit shop online you have to leave an identity trace.

I know that with small transactions is fine, under the radar basically, but what happens with significant ammounts?

I am asking this because I intend to become rich in 4 or 5 weeks Grin Grin

Bitcoin is anonymous in terms of ownership of address and transactions. but its use can still be to know the owner if there is a clear provision of self data. so obviously it's different. for ownership is anonymous but for transactions. depending on the policy he or she is transacting.
1345  Economy / Economics / Re: Those who have invested in bitcoin when it was 18k-20k$ on: April 23, 2018, 11:16:03 PM
I have a friend who bought bitcoin during this peak season. When the bitcoin price was 18-20k USD. Now he is sad and disappointed seeing that the current price has dropped to 50% and more and he is afraid he is going to lose all. In short he lost his hope and faith in bitcoin already. Has anyone here did the same as he did? If you did invest in that amount what did you do to your bitcoin, did you sell it or still holding it?

Your friends are not careful and wise in taking action. if he buys a large amount of coins at that rate. he should have been careful in taking the buy or sell action he chose. if until then he had never cut loss until now. it's better to wait in comparison with cut loss. because he has less assets.
1346  Economy / Economics / Re: The HODL strategy is not actual on: April 23, 2018, 10:03:01 PM
Perhaps for the first time HOLD is very useful because compared to nominal coin prices are still cheap and also high expectations are still very large. but at this high price what is hold worth? imagine for 1 coin that can reach 9k. if it loses momentum to buybacks at a cheaper price the hold becomes a loss. but it all depends on the decisions of each trader.
1347  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin a better payment system? on: April 23, 2018, 09:58:24 PM
The answer is that it often is not, at least for most people, most of the time. Eventually it will be the best payment system, but it needs to develop further, gain more adoption, and get over the scaling obstacles. Even so, Bitcoin is already the best payment system for certain use-cases, such as sending money across borders, or receiving money from someone you don't trust (which helps further in cross-border transactions).

What I like about this blockchain system is the ease of transaction and transaction transparency. so for financial transparency I think this blockchain system is very good. maybe if there is a financial institution that governs it will be better. but must be without fee for the agency. because the bitcoin itself is free of financial rules.
1348  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: where to sell btc? on: April 23, 2018, 09:56:47 PM
Hey I am still a junior member and I doesnt know everything about btc, I just want to ask that if ever we are going to sell our bitcoin, there will be an immediate buyer?? and where to sell it. please respect my post.

Where do you live ? you can buy bitcoin an sell it in local exchange. I believe every country has a reliable exchange for it. but if you want to be in international usd form. You can use popular crypto exchange with easy verification. good luck and do your research and review from other people .
1349  Other / Off-topic / Re: Solution to overcome panic on: April 23, 2018, 09:54:46 PM
Analyzing bitcoin prices is a very difficult price and worth to see from the results and very large. and also miss prediction always potential . so the most fundamental is looking at in the amount of buying volume compared to selling. Because actually if you buy with a large nominal value you will surely be careful with the assets you have. as well as wasapada with every action of the market that you do.
1350  Economy / Economics / Re: What do you prefer Bitcoin or Ethereum ? on: April 22, 2018, 10:12:37 PM
Iam prefer bitcoin for now. because of the obvious number of maximal supply and more efficient delivery of its blockchain network.
which has been a problem for me is sometimes very high fee so have to wait for the right time if you want to make a payment or transaction
1351  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Investing to Bitcoin is not that easy on: April 22, 2018, 10:01:44 PM
Agree, many aspects that we must understand in moving our assets into 1 exchange to another exchange. because many also lose their assets not only because of the case of loss from hacking or trading. but fraud in the form of business (ponzi) or mining that claims they are legit. we need to know the basic foundation before fully entering this crypto.
1352  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is It To Late For Me To Buying Bitcoin? on: April 22, 2018, 09:58:55 PM
As we Know Today bitcoin Is Worth Of USD $9108
is to late for me to buying it ?
It is too late to invest on this BTC BTC?
any good reason why i should buy bitcoin now? or just watching?
thanks!

it's never too late to buy bitcoin. but it looks like the current price of more people is selling because this is a high price rising after previously down drastically. maybe you can wait a little longer to get a good profit for your first purchase.
but if you want to save for a long time you can buy anytime.
1353  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Possibility of Bitcoin's value to be zero on: April 22, 2018, 09:54:56 PM
The trend now regarding bitcoin is that it constantly goes down in every second and every minute. Is this the end of it? Will there be any possibility that its value becomes zero? Or specifically demonetised? Because for me I think 5 to 10 years from now this will happen simply because of the appearance of other alternative coins. What's your opinion about it?

Bitcoin does have a very fluctuating properties. the changed price is not a bit nominal. but directly the total percent of the market. so bitcoin does have a big risk. that's why bitcoin can reach this high price like right know. and the likelihood of the price going down as it once was, but the odds are smaller because he's too big and popular.
1354  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BitCoin Is Too Complicated for Average People! on: April 22, 2018, 09:52:24 PM
Bitcoin is not complicated for average people; actually it is easy especially when you study or research a facts about it. Thus, if you will strive for success, you really need to work hard.

In bitcoin the real experience that ever experienced is more important than just theory. because the reality that is in crypto sometimes more often different from that many people he said. learning from one's own experience and the experience of others is helpful.
1355  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin Hackable? on: April 22, 2018, 09:49:15 PM
Bitcoin itself can not be hacked from bitcoin or system. but the wallet that we use can be uprooted if the security of the wallet itself is not maximal. so adding 2fa and storing with a cold wallet or having a high security wallet storage device will be much safer because the case of bitcoin loss always starts from a hacked device.
1356  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Buying and Holding the only way? on: April 18, 2018, 10:35:55 AM

1357  Economy / Economics / Re: Know Your Customer on: April 17, 2018, 08:16:46 PM
Normally every business that is in cooperation with their finances is reasonable to do KYC. but KYC in the world of crypto I think it's quite new. because KYC has damaged the nature of the crypto itself. which is "anonymous transaction" but if the exchange has KYC rules and we want to be with him. just do it because maybe it's their obvious financial interest to avoid fraud and theft.
1358  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What should i do after buying bitcoin on: April 17, 2018, 08:09:42 PM
I have some suggestions you can do. if your capital is 20 usd. You can invest in ico that you consider very potential. but you have to know first what coin ico you invest. and also participate in presale. not when all distributions are shared. the 2nd way. trading coin that has a small value and potential will rise. it is 2 tips to get more value usd from 20 usd. every way has a risk.
1359  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: why some country banned bitcoin? on: April 17, 2018, 07:46:55 PM
why some country banned bitcoin?
is there any problem? i know that bitcoin is international crypto currency. but why some country banned this cryto?
Which is happening in my country. government in Indonesia considers bitcoin potential dangerous in comparison with the benefits provided. bitcoin can make a new way of corrupt to untrack their money. and also bitcoin is considered a dangerous asset because of its fluctuating price. so I think that is some reason the government is still banned bitcoin in indonesian. which is asian.
1360  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: transaction fees after segwit on: April 17, 2018, 12:52:27 PM
Segwit does provide new innovations and provide a smaller transaction fee excess in comparison with other wallets that have not segwit. and already a lot of exchange that uses wallet that supports segwit because in addition to the same security but provides other benefits such as a much lower fee and faster network transaction.
