We trialed traffic in May - which did saves us roughly 9 BTC in losses in the sportsbook.

As of May 30th - we are 100% on the 3rd party for the following sports
1- MLB
2- NBA
3- Soccer (all leagues + world cup)

We are currently working on getting Tennis over to the 3rd party.

The sports we are still accepting all the risk / reward for that are live right now are below
1-  NHL
2 - MMA
3 - Boxing

Right now we do fairly well on MMA and Boxing, so we aren't in a rush to move that action... before next NHL season we will move that sport over as well.

Im a bit dismayed by this month's performance. While yes its usual for bad months, the sportsbook has repeatedly lost large sums. Infact, according to the spreadsheet has lost CBTC nearly $16,000. I would highly suggest looking into selling off the sportsbook section or closing it down. While I understand its important to offer a "complete package" to gamblers, the cost its coming at doesn't justify it. I will be holding my shares, but not adding any additional shares to my portfolio until the sportsbook is sorted out one way or another.

Keep up the hard work!

Did you not read the report? It was mentioned numerous times that as of June the sportsbook is now being handled by a third party and covering all risk, while only taking 25% profit. That is a far cry from how we are doing now. Not sure how you missed that part...

I did read the report. They were still losing BTC after the switch if I am not mistaken. Im not bashing them, the gambling sector is expected to have losses. Im just saying as an investor, that watching a unit of this business lose consistently is a bit unnerving. Im glad its being outsourced to a 3rd party. Hopefully next months report is brighter.

It says the switch is to take effect as of June(this month), while the report was for last month.

CasinoBitco.in - Can you confirm that this means that we should no longer see any negatives under sportsbook from now on?

Hello!

I believe support informed you of the situation where you had "instant gamble" enabled for your account, resulting in the loss of this small transaction 0.002 BTC. If you have any other questions - feel free to PM me or respond to Support!

Mr_e is correct - as our sportsbook is now technically with a 3rd party - we're not assuming any of that risk anymore (or rather we have very limited as some sports like UFC for example we will continue to support in our legacy platform). But overall 90%+ of our sportsbook volume will be with a 3rd party, and that's been the case as of a few days ago.

The May Report has been posted on Havelock Investments: https://www.havelockinvestments.com/reportdownload.php?id=97

To steal from the document - Today we posted our May 2014 results - marking a full year of operations! We’re proud to reach this milestone, and thank our investors and Havelock Investments for the important part they’ve played in our expansion and on-going development.

As you know we suffered some negative variance early in the month on both the Sportsbook and PeerBet side. Fortunately results began to normalize again towards the second half of the month, making up some of the lost ground, but not enough to be in the black for the month - so there is no dividend to report in May

While this is an unfortunate part of the business we hope to avoid in the future - we feel we’ve taken the appropriate action to avoid these types of results in the future by our latest strategic change regarding our sportsbook which has been the main culprit that hampers our overall positive Casino revenue.  The results of going to a third-party sportsbook provider are twofold - good for the operation, by drastically limiting our risk while still leaving significant upside (we’ve joined a form of a “liquidity pool” for lines, which will be dynamic based on the projections and current bet volume of our third-party), and also good for our players, as this will enable us to offer “smart limits” with player profiling, ultimately resulting in far more betting options and house vigor.

Hello I am having an issue with my password at peerbet. I tried the e-mail that you guys had listed for password help and it was rejected. Could you guys fix the "contact us" issue. So we can resolve this problem I am having with the password.  Here is the info from the rejection
Technical details of permanent failure:

Try using support@casinobitco.in, but don't expect a response. I sent them an email about an account on may 19th and haven't gotten so much as a peep. peerbet customer service at its best.

We're aggressively working on 3 key improvements for Peerbet, all listed below

1 - Changing the RNG for Dice / Wheel. While some have reported issues with the RNG, we've yet to been able to reproduce any tampering with it - but to be on the safe side, we're implemented a new algorithm for this. [ETA - First week of June]

2 - Altcoin Raffles.  Instead of just having BTC raffles, we'll introduce Raffles for every alt-coin we support on the site [ETA - June, we're working on the UI right now]

3 - Dark Coin Implementation. We'll be swapping Dark Coin for AnoniCoin [ ETA - June]

It's going to be an exciting month for PeerBet / Bit777 - hope to see you guys at the tables!

Hello,

all of the stated bugs are suddenly fixed by now, but even were existing since weeks, good finally someone of the owners reacted the bugs (TIM or PR).

Keep up the good work Wink

Will you know when you finally implement the Altcoin Raffle? ^^

That would be the plan, yes!

We'd like to throw our hat in the ring if it's still open ??

I have to ask... is this going to be part of the CBTC investment (ie. profit will go to those who have shares in the company)? If so, I support you!

Hello! We have moved the backend of our sportsbook to a new line provider - so there will be a shift in lines. More information can be found in our Havelock thread within the Securities section.

AWFUL odds on MLB today. What the hell??? Going from -105/-105 juice, standard 10 cent MLB dimelines to as much as 25 cent juice?? +100 / -122 for example.

You do realize that no one can bet on California Chrome due to the same error that has been pointed out to you at least 5 times? The payout is 1.00 when it should be 2.00. Thus your system will not accept ANY bets on California Chrome currently. Press bet on it, and you'll see max bet of 0...I looked at the photo and saw the error as usual and logged in and yup correct.

This bug has been killing us across many sports - thanks for the feedback, we've corrected it!

Hi - I usually stay out of other's peoples threads - but I figured I'd chime in here and let folks know I am a beta user of this product. The software and platform is real and has worked, in fact 2 weeks ago we leveraged it to pay a software provider in Euros! The ability to convert BTC to Euro (or any fiat currency) and move it around the world is incredible and a game changer IMO.

All numbers posted have left the building, they were verified as valid winnings.

So is the -13 btc paid out or is it in review?

And apologies for my previous outburst... I woke up hung over from a fairly upsetting evening and I shouldn't have posted in that state. I know you guys are working hard, keep it up!

Amen!

To most Bit777 and Peerbet user's dissatisfaction, we do hold quite a bit of withdrawals as we investigate to root out foul play.

Yea, something felt very off with peerbet and earnings... I hope any potentially illegitimate funds are held in mediation while it's sorted.

While this upsets a lot of people, I think it's better to be safe than sorry. I'd rather have a delay on getting my money than to find that the site has gone under as a result of NOT delaying, and get absolutely nothing.

Cloudflare was down in EU earlier today, for about an hour - affected all our sites as well.

We don't disagree - we actually disabled Dice for a bit last week as we saw very unexpected results, and have put our security expert on top of finding more issues with both the Wheel and Dice. Note - Bit777 had a bug, but it wasn't costing us any revenue and has been patched.

We are also very much aware PeerBet needs a complete face-lift, and is yet another thing we're tracking with that property.

Results for May 1st through 15th are posted!

Casino

CasinoBitco.in remained consistent earning ~12 BTC in the time period; however, PeerBet (Wheel and Dice) and Bit777 have continued to underperform well below expectations losing ~13 BTC in this timeframe. Our Analytics and Engineering teams are reviewing all datapoints available to determine if we're just in a bad run of negative variance, or whether there are systemic issues that are surfacing. We'll have more data on this in the monthly report as well as focus on near-term strategies to "right the ship".

Conclusion - A cloud with a silver lining so far in May, as we expect our efforts for improvement will pay off in the long run, and after we can root out any potential security risks at Peerbet (countermeasures have already been taken).

Something is seriously wrong with your Bit777/PeerBet revenue. Almost 100% sure you have a glitch that allows ppl to steal coins.
