Nice streak mate! Winning 7 days in a row its hard especially in NHL where there are a lot of surprises. It seems tonight besides the EURO qualifiers games which some of them are quite interesting , we have a full night of NHL games <3 so we have where to choose. at first. i rigister on site sportsbet.io
made my first bet 2 mbtc  - special to receive a welcome bonus

after 48 hours, the bonus was not credited. they said in a chat, write to the security@sportsbet.io mail

ok i do this. I received a mail that my account was allegedly not participating in the promotion because there is a suspicion of multiple registration!

further, I already wrote in the chat support that I no longer have any accounts! that this is my first account and only one!
in principle, this bonus is small and I don’t need to argue much because of this.
asked in the chat, will I have further problems because of this?
and can I continue to bet?
I was told that there would be no problems! you just won’t be involved in promotions. and yes you can bet without problems, there will be no restrictions!

 At first I lost, then I started to win. Probably 2 weeks passed and about 700 euros formed on my account. I made a bet on 130 Euro and decided to withdraw money to my wallet. AND HERE MY ACCOUNT WAS BLOCKED!
in the chat they answered that there was a failure and so that your money would not be stolen, we decided to protect them in such a way.
further began to ask for my documents for KYC process.
Every day they asked for something else. and I provided them all. and finally answered that YOU HAVE MULTIPLE REGISTRATION!
and under rule 3.5 they can block all the money!

What am I to do now?
They themselves allowed me to bet! and now for the same reason they want to take all the money?

Sportsbets froze my account after placing a 100mBTC bet

I have been a loyal customer of sportsbet for some time. Never had any issue regarding deposits or withdrawals. I even feel comfortable with the site and I passed the entire kyc procedure.

But couple of days ago I deposited 183mBTC to the site and placed a 100mBTC bet on my favourite sport , darts.
When I but such amounts I always monitor the games closely and take a cashout when enough profits or to cash out with as less loss as possible when the first one goes into the wrong direction.

So at the time the first game started and tried to login it told me my account was frozen. After 3 hours I received an email cause my account was flagged related to a self excluded account. But I never did a self exclusion and always played with this account.

But what I dislike about this matter. They didn’t notify me upfront they would freeze the account or also didnt cancelled outstanding bets. So the only thing I could do was just wait and see my 100mBTC bet going wrong without being able to use the cashout.

So personally I think sportsbet should have cancelled open bets before closing or give me the opportunity to cancel  open bets.

I politely asked if they would at least refund 50-70% of the bet amount. I would only had 50-70mBTC left when using cashout when first game was 2-1 down in sets. I even would have agreed with a 50-70mBTC freebet. Just to recover the losses.

But I received the abrupt answer. We do not refund if an account is flagged regarding to self exclusion. But 2 hours later they reopened my account and apologizes because after review the found out my account had nothing to do with the self excluded accounts. But even after apologizing nothing was wrong and they apologized for the inconvenience they refuse do de something back for me and just keep the 100mBTC.

SO Steve if you read this. I do not want a 100% refund. Cause first game of the bet was 2-1 down in sets and prob cashout would have decreased to 50-70mBTC.  But at least I would be nice to receive some kind of compensation because I wasn’t able to use cashout because account was frozen for falsely accusation of my account being related to self excluded accounts.

for the american streak promo, is the freebet given as one single freebet or is it possible to get multiple smaller ones ?

i am on the leaderboard currently and gettting a freebet for ,say 0.05 btc in one single bet would be too uncomfortable for me

The difficulty here is that, karmic has a point where he wants his money, we can all relate to that, after all we know how much 100 bucks could mean to all of us, hell 100 bucks would help me not have any economical issues this month and cover my credit card expenses.

However, at the same time we all know how little 100 bucks is for sportsbet, these dudes literally sponsoring Watford, a premier league team. We have no idea how much the sponsorship is for (btw, can sportsbet share that? Like how much you guys are paying for being a partner?) so we all know 100 bucks is literally nothing to them and they could just simply pay that as a gift, hell recently they did a 1 btc (10k at the time I think) giveaway for just being on the website, no requirement to even gamble. So I think this would be closed very easily, not a big deal, just some misunderstanding.

Don't worry as they will deliver that promo for sure. Sportsbet has a good reputation among betting websites and they never disappoint. Did you actually won that promo ?  That is huge in my opinion as there are a lot of games to catch in order to activate that promo. Its a 2 week pause because of the international break where we have EURO qualifiers but the good think is that we have Formula 1 Suzuka this weekend which is my favorite track and I can't wait to see it!
