Dude... you are saying yourself - you ve sent in your documents and their "investigation" ended by confirming you have multiple accounts - so what?!?! While there are cases which are unclear - when they say you have multiple accounts, they will surely be able to prove that.

as I said earlier, I don’t know of other accounts! I have only one! I made a lot of money on it (a lot for me) and am betting. Why should I make a lot of money for multi-account?
all the more so in the support chat I asked if it is possible to bet and support allowed me! said that there would be no restrictions for you!
and I didn’t take any bonuses! just continued to bet.
if there are other accounts (which I don’t know about) let them merge them into one or delete them!
I repeat, I did not take any bonuses! like an ordinary player bet! I could just as well do it on any other account if I had another.

so all what  i ask this bookmaker - give me any account. call him my first and only one. and let me continue to bet!

Why that does not make sense to you. If they have suspicion of having multi account then they will not allow you to participate in the bonus program and it is common sense but they will allow you to wage a bet but they will not allow you to take advantage of the system.

I've been flagged with multi accounting once and it only happened because I used a vpn to check the live lines. My case was from a different gambling site though luckily they didnt have KYC and I think this is likely to be the reason why your account got flagged.

This happens everytime and people should take notice that asking all that questions will not produce necessary answers for your case. The better action that you should have done (in any problem with any website/service online) is to go to their support team and ask them the reason behind their actions. This will produce more outcome with very much less effort. Well, you could have PMed Steve for that matter and he will definitely handle it with priority.

I highly doubt that a betting house like Sportsbet would steal your 130 EURO mate as they have no reason at all and also that would hurt their reputation and you can also make an appeal into the court so do you think they would risk something like this for that amount ? They have a good reputation here so please calculate again your mistakes and then simply admit it you're using multi-accounts in order to get that bonus. Also using VPN is not a good idea when you're visiting betting sites as they have special trackers towards VPN's which is better for their security system.

SO Steve if you read this. I do not want a 100% refund. Cause first game of the bet was 2-1 down in sets and prob cashout would have decreased to 50-70mBTC.  But at least I would be nice to receive some kind of compensation because I wasn’t able to use cashout because account was frozen for falsely accusation of my account being related to self excluded accounts.

yeah I know CashOut is not always available. But I place higher bets often and very often CashOut when 10-20mBTC profits during live. The first game lost... I know that but during the first game dobey went on with 0-1 and after that white won 2 straight sets which brought him at 1 set from winning the game. On such moment I would consider to take the CashOut if it would have been 110-120mBTC to lock some profits and place a new bet on the remaining 2 games.
I called a friend to keep an eye on the CashOut and during the game CashOut was available most of the time during the first 3 sets

That's sounds fair way to bet using the cash out as per your claim .... that the way you placing bets there is by taking an advantage on the cash out feature right? I believe it is not random blockage, there must be a valid reason why sportsbet block some accounts. The most possible reason why their accounts are blocked is because the accounts break the rule/term of sportsbet. It can be something like having multiple accounts to abuse bonuses/promotions. Using VPN itself wont be a problem as long as the account is not connected to other accounts especially if the other account who use the same IPs from the VPN has done something wrong against sportsbet.

we live in the 21st century, a century where technology is at a high level. we can easily change our IP address to bypass the block in yuor country to access the desired site.
and bookmakers use IP as a uniqueization for the client ... stupidity. or they know that IP can change, just use it when it's convenient! In any case, first they let you bet! and problems will appear only if you win!
