Im not understanding why all the negative talk right now? Investors should know and understand that if players NEVER win, theyll eventually stop gambling. Every casino has winners. Every casino has jackpots that are hit from time to time. Without anyone winning your investment will eventually stand still because all the gamblers will disappear.
Im also unsure of dogedigitals statement of taking steps to limit variance for investors? What does this mean in more detail please. No im not going all crazy on the team i just would like a better explanation if possible.
I liked the fact that there were jackpots and now that they're pretty much taken away I'm feeling exactly the same. Trust me the not winning part has happened to me a plenty of times, often causing exactly what you described. |

It's mean XMR's hot wallet is empty right now, and you can't withdraw your money. In this case because OP (safedice) didn't comeback on here since 3 weeks ago, it would be better if you email them about this problem. I have emailed them & PM Safedice account here.. No answer yet! I'm new playing on this site.. Usually I play on primedice or 999doge with bitcoin.. i try switch to altcoins because i think can play longer with altcoin.. is this safedice site can be trusted??? Maybe they are busy to attain some of the problems existing on their site? But if you think you have been deprived by them well maybe its time for you to create some claim threads so if they can see that one existing well a high possibilities that they will answer you, but i think safedice is trusted site i play at them for little while and so far i don't have any problem for spending some time at them. Once you become/reached Full Member, you're eligible to claim this faucet promotion again (assuming if this promotion still continue). This is another rules for avoid a lot of multi accounts from lower rank. Full member limitation is well justified too, though. It's way too easy to abuse without that rule. I'd imagine people will still be able to abuse it even though it's for full members and above. Hopefully people realize the promotion will not last long if they abuse. |

Basically, 2FA did not work for me ... something happened, so I emailed Primedice to disable 2FA. They did ... I signed out of my account, but when I tried to sign back in my password was incorrect. Me being the idiot I am used one of my MANY, MANY passwords. I gave my identity, and confirmed who I was to Primedice ... They changed my password for me, I thought I was safe. I had the new password they generated for me, I didn't bother logging into the account as the email was sent at 2AM, and I was finally going to sleep. I had a big day ahead of me the following day. I try to login with that password, it was incorrect ... That's because Primedice sent me an email later saying someone tried accessing my account. What happened:

If your money was already withdrawn from the account their is little Primedice can do, if your story is true that is very unfortunate but the fact remains that Primedice can't do much about it your bitcoins are lost in the block chain. That means primedice is not safe for everyone, I saw many people complain about their 2fa already and still they keep coming claim their money is gone because of the incorrect password keep happening to them. Is there nothing that their support can do? This will make reputable site like primedice down if this thing keep happening This stuff does happen quite frequently indeed. Though I don't understand how as I've never faced anything like this on the site. I do of course use a strong password + 2FA. Wonder if in this case the support gave the wrong person access too easily (?). However right now my only concern is not being asked 2FA on withdrawal. Not much of this makes sense to me. Are you saying you contacted PD support because you couldn't login because 2FA didn't work and then after 2FA was removed you tried to login, the password was wrong? After this you contacted them to get a new password and after you finally get a new password you don't login? After this is just turns blurry... |

I was a great supporter of primedice especially when others complained that they have been scammed by PD. People have been complaining of mysteriously losing bitcoin in their PD accounts and all we tell them is that they were hacked by someone else. Personally, I have lost over 10 bitcoins since I joined primedice over a year ago. I decide to monitor how PD behaves and I have noted a very disturbing system that they use to steal users bitcoin. I am preparing full details with screenshots and will open a thread on this. It is always said that you should "gamble with the money that you can afford to lose", because definitely with primedice, you will lose. If you lost more than 10 btc from your accounts clearly you are doing something very wrong with your security. There are tons of users that use pd from the start and that never got anything stolen, including my self. And i am probably a lot more interesting target than most of the players. You need to keep your account safe, it is your responsibility. We provide some features to help you protect your account such is 2fA. But even that wont help you all the time if you allow access to your pc or your account if you don't logout each time after you finish playing. I never logout from any kind of sites that I been played though but it seems that I never face this kind of problem though. So that means you said that even your site can be hacked by some hacker out there? Dont you have team to encounter this thing from happening? You guys must already found some coder that always help you guys so why I should keep on logout? And now your site is not safe to play? No, I am saying that your account can be hacked. It has been 3 days now that my account is blocked on PD.
I have a lot of BTC in my account!
I have contacted support, contacted MICRO and Stunna...
I gave them all the proofs I can to prove I am the owner of the account.
I gave them the IP I used with that account, the deposits I've made with the exact amount, txid and date.
I gave them all the withrawals I've made, I gave them the emergency address that I setted up, a photo of my phone screen with the google auth app showing my PD's account username...
I even gave a picture of my BTC address that I used to credit my PD's account, with my real name and my IP address on it. (It's an address from an exchanger.)
Someone tried to log into my account so it was blocked to prevent any further logins.
But my money is always stuck in my account, I asked them to just send to coins to the emergency address but I don't know why they didn't.
I have a lot of money on this account, I've worked so many months to earn this money and now they are just gonna "leave" it in the account??
I need my money in the real life, why the admins can't just send the balance to the emergency address?? I don't understand why does it take so long... There is only an address to check :/
Seriously, I gave them so much solid proofs!
What's the goal of having an emergency address if they can't send coins to it?
I don't care about my account, I just want the PD team to send my funds back! They can't keep this money. This is mine!

I can toss MICRO a message about this too. However you should use wallets that you have control over. This would allow you to sign messages with the addresses you deposit from which would be the best way to prove yourself. I don't know why the emergency withdrawal address shouldn't be used though, makes no sense. I'll contact MICRO though so hopefully this will be sorted soon. |

Why does it say that you can do a kelly of 10x, but when you go the profile to do so it's only up to 2x?
Would love to be able to have less risk in the side if possible again.
The kelly was lowered after a huge win on the site which took quite a bit of the bankroll. This was to prevent that from happening again as it was a bad hit for the site. It must be a mistake that it still says that. |

About a week ago my deposit was stolen from my address within minutes of confirmation. I contacted support and also left a message here but I have not had any reply. It is possible that it was my side that was compromised I suppose, but I don't think it was. In any case it would be nice to get some kind of response, I guess that is looking increasingly unlikely.
I would strongly advise against depositing if anybody is reading this, at least for now.
I am sorry to hear that but I was able to move BTCs from and to my address without problems (except of course the limitations due to the empty hot wallet) so I believe it was your side which was compromised. Anyway, since there is no sign of the owners here of via mail, nor has the hot wallet been refilled in weeks, nor the leaderboards, broken for one month, have been repaired, I agree with your advice. I myself will wait for signs of life for some more time before starting the usual fraud procedure. I took out all of my BTC from the site a couple of months ago as I was not satisfied with the lack of 2FA on the site and the constant issues with user sessions and stability that were being uncovered. I said I'd re-deposit once the site was stable again after monitoring for a month and security was to my satisfaction. Right now, I'm glad that I have no stake in the site. (I'd never had any concern about the legitimacy of SD however - lets hope they are just on holiday) They should step up and come forward with some kind of an explanation. What I've seen on the thread just seems unbelievable. Especially considering the whole brand is at stake. My guess for a best case scenario is that they are burned out from fighting the recent DDoS attacks and said "fuck it", and took an unannounced vacation.
It would be a shame to just throw away a great brand like this.
Seems like all they want to do is ruin their brand. It's just crazy to let customers go through this. I've now spent a while reading the thread and seems like it's been going on for a while. |

Just my two satoshis but does anybody else think a site should be finalized as far as possible before launch? The first expression would be a lot better if players could get a fresh feeling once they visit the site for the first time instead of having to wait for upgrades to come bit by bit. This is not directed to any certain site but it just seems like unfinished products are being released all the time.

The amount of people investing will not make it unprofitable as it doesn't affect the odds (house-edge). What it does is make your cut of the bankroll smaller which means a small win/loss won't affect as much. Basically the risk will be divided. Therefore there won't be as big fluctuations. |

I've had a hard time using on my mobile device.
What is your main problem when you use mobile device? I always play on this site using my phone as well but I have never found any significant difficulties. Indeed the mobile version is not 100% good, but I think it is friendly enough and easy to use. And as what you see from the survey result "mobile version should be reworked or improved" means that it will be one of their priority for the near future updates. The fact that you have to be constantly zooming in and out. Also you can't see previous bets. Also there's no precision. You need to basicall pray you hit the right button lets say while choosing line to bet on unless, once again you zoom. |
