Hello,
It has been 3 days now that my account is blocked on PD. I have a lot of BTC in my account!
I have contacted support, contacted MICRO and Stunna... I gave them all the proofs I can to prove I am the owner of the account.
I gave them the IP I used with that account, the deposits I've made with the exact amount, txid and date. I gave them all the withrawals I've made, I gave them the emergency address that I setted up, a photo of my phone screen with the google auth app showing my PD's account username... I even gave a picture of my BTC address that I used to credit my PD's account, with my real name and my IP address on it. (It's an address from an exchanger.)
Someone tried to log into my account so it was blocked to prevent any further logins. But my money is always stuck in my account, I asked them to just send to coins to the emergency address but I don't know why they didn't.
I have a lot of money on this account, I've worked so many months to earn this money and now they are just gonna "leave" it in the account?? I need my money in the real life, why the admins can't just send the balance to the emergency address?? I don't understand why does it take so long... There is only an address to check :/
Seriously, I gave them so much solid proofs!
What's the goal of having an emergency address if they can't send coins to it?
I don't care about my account, I just want the PD team to send my funds back! They can't keep this money. This is mine!
I'm asking again: what can I do more to prove i'm in good faith? If they can't send the funds to the emergency address, maybe they can just "unlock" my account without change the password. I don't care! Nobody except me should be able to login with 2FA enabled anyway!
Someone already had this problem before? How did you manage to fix it?
Thanks
I can toss MICRO a message about this too. However you should use wallets that you have control over. This would allow you to sign messages with the addresses you deposit from which would be the best way to prove yourself. I don't know why the emergency withdrawal address shouldn't be used though, makes no sense. I'll contact MICRO though so hopefully this will be sorted soon.

this is a good site, bitsler ie is cheaeting bets. PD is always fair and never cheats. love this site.
Indeed if PD is always fair and never cheats, but bitsler ie? Before you judge other site, it would be better if you looking first what's gambling site you promote now. That's a shady, scam, and cheat site. For refference, https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=202115
@frankmb, *for refference a shady, shit, and scam site, Betcoin.ag. I never believed PD could scam people until yesterday. I was a great supporter of primedice especially when others complained that they have been scammed by PD. People have been complaining of mysteriously losing bitcoin in their PD accounts and all we tell them is that they were hacked by someone else. Personally, I have lost over 10 bitcoins since I joined primedice over a year ago. I decide to monitor how PD behaves and I have noted a very disturbing system that they use to steal users bitcoin. I am preparing full details with screenshots and will open a thread on this. It is always said that you should "gamble with the money that you can afford to lose", because definitely with primedice, you will lose. If you lost more than 10 btc from your accounts clearly you are doing something very wrong with your security. There are tons of users that use pd from the start and that never got anything stolen, including my self. And i am probably a lot more interesting target than most of the players. You need to keep your account safe, it is your responsibility. We provide some features to help you protect your account such is 2fA. But even that wont help you all the time if you allow access to your pc or your account if you don't logout each time after you finish playing. I never logout from any kind of sites that I been played though but it seems that I never face this kind of problem though. So that means you said that even your site can be hacked by some hacker out there? Dont you have team to encounter this thing from happening? You guys must already found some coder that always help you guys so why I should keep on logout? And now your site is not safe to play? No, I am saying that your account can be hacked. Ours site never got hacked. All passwords are hashed so not even we can see them. Nobody could access your account even if we gave him ours whole database. Everytime somebody got money stolen from theirs account it was compromised on theirs side.

I've been saying this for so long and nobody cares. What's the reason it cannot be added? It does no harm...

This is the prime example of why you should never share your issues before they are resolved. Basically the story behind this is that the real owner told chat that he lost access to the account with 8+ btc on it. So we got 4 people claiming this account. One of them is probably the real owner, other two are just bullshit, but one of them also provided a lot of very strong proofs (IP, TXID, and lots other proofs). You on this bitcointalk account sent me a lot of contradicting messages, so i think your account here is compromised, and you admitted that. Both said they can sign address from which they send but neither have done that yet. This is a very complicated situation and as I told you on support I will say it here. I wont give this account to anybody unless i am 100% clear who the real owner is. One guy who claims he never spoken to me on bitcoin talk, so presumably that is not you, just told me that he contacted bitstamp and he did show me the email to get his address signed and it looks like they will do that for him.

I remember once i also got hacked then i got access to my account after i made the ticket in 5 days but still my one ticket is not being answered properly and i feel bad about that. it has been around 3 months since i made the ticket
The ticket was of autobet bug i faced in starting of PD4 which didn't stopped the autobet and i lost 0.21 And some other users also faced this bug and they reported it and it was solved But my ticket was ignored

Hm, What are you looking for? Happy hour has been ended 4 hours ago, and you're saying if you were missed that because you can't login in Primedice? I was playing when Happy hour started (only last 15min) and it went smoothly.

I lost 8 Bitcoin or so.
Basically, 2FA did not work for me ... something happened, so I emailed Primedice to disable 2FA. They did ... I signed out of my account, but when I tried to sign back in my password was incorrect. Me being the idiot I am used one of my MANY, MANY passwords. I gave my identity, and confirmed who I was to Primedice ... They changed my password for me, I thought I was safe. I had the new password they generated for me, I didn't bother logging into the account as the email was sent at 2AM, and I was finally going to sleep. I had a big day ahead of me the following day. I try to login with that password, it was incorrect ... That's because Primedice sent me an email later saying someone tried accessing my account. What happened:
I must of been hacked before initiating 2FA, the hacker added an emergency wallet. But as I normally follow procedure, I change my password. I disabled 2FA because it wasn't working, that's probably because the people I told at PD that my account didn't work probably tried accessing the account. I gave Primedice my IP, ISP, Location, and info about myself to prove I was the owner. And yes, I was the owner. But for some reason, the guy who pretends to be me - the hacker, gets my money. This is a joke, I demand a refund into my private wallet, as I still have no access to the account that was hacked, neither does the hacker .... This is an absolute joke, an absolute joke. Keep in mind I was the FIRST person to contact Primedice that my account was hacked.... This is a joke, I abhor this site, I hate it ... I am owed a huge debt, money that was my. They changed my password for me to a random generated password, if this wasn't my account, why the fuck wouldn't I login to take 8 BTC and withdraw it to a wallet? I didn't do that because it was MY account, and I thought everything WAS secure. Apparently fucking not, this is an absolute joke. I want my money, do something ... this is a big deal ....

If your money was already withdrawn from the account their is little Primedice can do, if your story is true that is very unfortunate but the fact remains that Primedice can't do much about it your bitcoins are lost in the block chain.

Not much of this makes sense to me. Are you saying you contacted PD support because you couldn't login because 2FA didn't work and then after 2FA was removed you tried to login, the password was wrong? After this you contacted them to get a new password and after you finally get a new password you don't login? After this is just turns blurry...
