its been more than 2 weeks still no response from the primedice support about my lost bitcoins from my account.
Lost? As in cashed out or tipped by someone other than you? If this is the case all I can think of is you were hacked. Or is it a lost withdrawal like the earlier cases? |

I have a problem to log into my account (2FA enabled)
Everytime I enter my password & 2FA code, it says "Unauthorized"
What can I do? I just tried 2 times because I don't want to lock my account.

Don't login for approx 1,5 hours and then try again, every time you try now the time it stays unauthorized will be extended to 1/1,5 hours again. this is a good site, bitsler ie is cheaeting bets. PD is always fair and never cheats.

Don't login for approx 1,5 hours and then try again, every time you try now the time it stays unauthorized will be extended to 1/1,5 hours again. Ok I'll wait a few hours. I've just opened a ticket to disable 2FA on my account too. I hope I will have an answer, I really need to acces my account... Do you know why I can't login? Is it a bug or something? |

Hello, Today im very happy because i receive my withdrawal  , ~snip~ ^ This is why i said you must waiting for your withdrawal, You already got your money back it's means your proves is a legit one. But still, why you deposited 1,92 btc but you were just playing for only 0.08 btc profit? Honestly i lose until my balance only 1.5 even if im not profit and get back to my deposit ammount, im happy enough Good that it all is sorted out, and for notifying us. Usually people just disappear when things get solved.  Just woke up, now i can sleep again |

You guys have to open up a support ticket, primedice has/had some database problem. so everyone has to open a support tickets to get unauthorized problem fixed. |

i can't also log in to my 7months old account ..
You guys have to open up a support ticket, primedice has/had some database problem. so everyone has to open a support tickets to get unauthorized problem fixed. Unauthorized happens all the time, it happens to me when I'm logged in on 2 laptopts and then log out from one, when there are too many failed attempts, when I switched IP with vpn etc.. But it always fixes itself if I wait 1 to 1,5 hours and don't try to login between. When that doesn't help email support. |

I was a great supporter of primedice especially when others complained that they have been scammed by PD. People have been complaining of mysteriously losing bitcoin in their PD accounts and all we tell them is that they were hacked by someone else. Personally, I have lost over 10 bitcoins since I joined primedice over a year ago. I decide to monitor how PD behaves and I have noted a very disturbing system that they use to steal users bitcoin. I am preparing full details with screenshots and will open a thread on this. It is always said that you should "gamble with the money that you can afford to lose", because definitely with primedice, you will lose. |
