It cant! Bitcoin needs to be physically seen. Just think of what is happening now. We are not growing as a full blast community. And why is that. Because people wants something that they can touch. Something they can hold on to. Yeah, that is correct, people will have more faith in bitcoins if they can touch it, hold it in their physical wallet, but I don't see it would be happening in any time. You can't touch the money in a credit card. I don't see why we still use it then. Hardware wallets are as close to physical as you can get. Then there are the people worrying about hackers. Credit card accounts get hacked all the time, amirite? You wake up and every month there's "credit card infos leaked" on tv. WAKE UP, PEOPLE. I dont think that it can happen. Bitcoin is indeed very popular, but I think that dollar is more used. Many people doesnt even know what Bitcoin is and that is a huge problem, we must introduce Bitcoin more. |

i cry when i lose 100-200$ a bet thats make me sad  it make me cry whenever i lose some bitcoin and the next day bitcoin price goes up like $50 because that would mean i have lost double times. $ 50 $ -100 it has been very much thought, and I think it not only makes me cry, but probably made me stop to gamble again Indeed. I don't think it is time to sell. Most people here owns bitcoins, so we tend to be biased towards holding.
However, it really depends on your personally asset allocation and tolerance for risk.
If you bought at low, maybe now it is time to take a few chips off table, like selling 30% of you holdings.

No one knows why people are saying this, they are not believing in the bitcoin anymore and want to hate on the bitcoin.
I think its just a matter of time they will get back in it again, their are just hating on the bitcoin this is how bitcoin get a bad name.
Some of them has a doubt about bitcoin, and some of them are butt hurt when they buy at a high price and the price go low... But of course, they will be back, I think they are still watching the price so they are still interested..  I have to disagree with you: much like most of the others I agree that people who claim that BTC is dead are mostly bears who hope to buy at a cheap price. They don't have to be butthurt to be bears. They only have to know that at a certain time the price is high and will mostly go down at least a little. So they sell, claim that BTC is dead and then when the price goes lower they buy back. Go ask Mike Hearn. He can teach you that. Many people say it, because they are very negative about it. And that is not good. If you can see now the value is now rising. And that is very good for the future. I hope that more people will also use Bitcoin more and that it will becoming more popular. They were negative due to various issues and debates going on by the name of bitcoin. Next thing is it has crossed a large number of statements put forth by real time users. This has to be stopped. Indeed, I think this is one of the best tactics that is possible, just invest some bitcoins and hold the other one for the future that is coming, or for the halving that will let the price increase for sure. I think its good to hold your bitcoins right now because the halving is coming and the bitcoin is also getting bigger everyday. The market is good and halving is there so with 13 bitcoins you can earn good amount of money if you hold it now. Yeah and everyone who would be holding that amount of bitcoins would have done the same, hold it until the halving occurs and sell it with a good profit margin. That is pretty much. I would choose for the bitcoin wallet is way better secured than a bank and you can control it by yourself, no one is looking into only you are.
I think the bitcoin wallet is also a lot faster and a lot easier if you ask me, also the bitcoin will go to a high amount so you will get profit if you hold them in your wallet, and more profit than on a bank by interest.

I think if there comes a take-away website for a lot country's where you can buy online food and get it delivered, and pay with bitcoins it would open people's eyes.
I already know one website that is doing it due my holiday in the Netherlands.
They have a website called thuisbezorgd.nl you can pay with it by bitcoin, its brilliant.
