1361  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The UEFA Nations League 2020/2021 Discussion Thread on: September 27, 2022, 09:50:37 AM
England came out of nowhere to give the fans a show, after Germany scored the first, i thought that England were done, and when they scored the 2nd i thought England are dead and how are they going to compete in the world cup with such terrible performance, but with this comeback, i can see that they can do something against big teams and i should not underestimate them.
The two goals for England weren't created from the 'right hand side of England's defence. I also noticed that James wasn't out of position, while also standing there and watching when they took the shots. On the other hand, I think the German team have to regain their form, their players are talented, but they are not working hard enough, look how sloppy and effortless they were in the 1st half.

England didn't come out from no where, it wasn't a magic or a coincidence, it was a thoughtful act by the coach who made tactical and superb sub by introducing Mount and Saka. The presence of Saka changed the tempo of the game and set confusion in the German team that gave them the goals.

I also notice that Sterling was not a good pair with Kane, he was seeing overlapping several times and was not using the opportunity well.

I don’t understand why Southgate is making stupid decisions by playing Maguire, and not selecting Rashford and Sancho because these two will be wonderful addition for the team, and while Rashford is currently injured he should definitely be in the playing 11 when the World Cup starts.

England were the weakest link of the group, they only scored one in goal in five matches and they are playing the sixth one now, and they are losing 1-0 to Germany, if England have any respect for their fans they should at least score a goal today, I'm betting on them to score in this match, they didn't do a lot in this match but I think they can at least score @1.73, a decent bet I suppose.

I m even surprised seeing Germany scored 2 over England, and Italy 2 against Hungary I never expected this to be so but was wondering how England was given 1 zeros from my observation they aren't making move,  Germany plays more confidently without being in any pressure.
I knew that England wouldn't lose again that easily, they had to put up a show in the last match because we are getting closer to the world cup, it was a very exciting match even though they were playing for nothing, both teams were playing with no pressure and goals started raining at the end, I take England to score with 1.73 odds, it was worth it.

I think it was the most enjoyable game of the day. I enjoyed watching the game. Both teams played well.
I didn't expect this performance from England.

England are not a team to be underestimated, they just don't care about this league.
They know how to play well when they want to.  I'm sure we'll see a better England in the World Cup.

Also Deschamps contract ends in 2022 so he’s anyway leaving, unless he’s asked to stay on for some more time but I feel that France should allow him to leave and get Zidane on board.
1362  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: September 27, 2022, 07:45:09 AM
Here you have nothing new because we all know prediction is not easy in early matches and every time we have three teams as hot favorite for title in Champions League and these are Manchester City, PSG and Bayern Munich and currently two teams are having strong chance for winning and these are Manchester City and PSG because both are having very settled player and quality attack which can thrash any teams defense so with this most chances this year deadlock is going to end for these two, and we are going to have new Champions but still nothing is clear as any team can do upset, and we will have some change things in coming days.

Haaland is surely just one man show for Manchester City which is currently doing one of the best performance and no one can stop him with PSG having Mbappé and Neymar with veteran Messi is also in good shape which mean these two are best in this business.

So are you. You know, we're not saying that PSG or Man City will win the Champions League for sure. as you said that predictions are just predictions, regarding the results later, let time will tell. it's just that, as you also said, so far Man City and PSG have a big chance to win the champions league trophy this season.
In fact, Real Madrid still has a bigger chance of winning this season than Bayern Munich. However, as we all know, predictions are not easy, both Man City, PSG, Real Madrid, Bayern Munich, are big teams that are always expected to be champions.

I believe that we have discussed this before too, and I’ll yet stick to my stand that unless PSG can get the trio to play in sync they won’t be winning the champions league. Furthermore I’m starting to feel that City player’s start to choke when it comes to big matches in the champions league, and unless they can find a way to overcome this psychological barrier they won’t get their hands on the champions league trophy.
1363  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: September 27, 2022, 03:56:40 AM
Following the series victory against Australia, India retains the top-ranked ICC T20I Team. The second and third positions were taken by England and South Africa, respectively. If England wins the series, they can top the table, and if Pakistan wins, they will replace England's position. In T20I, rankings aren't important, especially with World Cup approaching. A team can beat any other on its day.
Rankings are based on a team's performance. But that doesn't matter much when the World Cup just around the corner. Every team is now busy with how to perform well in the World Cup. Now T20 series will be very important for every team. The matches played yesterday between Australia vs India and Pakistan vs England are of utmost importance. Meanwhile Australia and India match is over. Now the T20 series between Pakistan and England is on going. We have to see how much progress they can make in the upcoming matches.

I also think the game change is really unpredictable, anytime any team can play bad or weak team in the list can show good performance.  But the ranking should not be underestimated, things are very good.  Because the current performance of that team also depends on the ranking, that is, the quality and condition of everyone in the team should be kept and practiced in the team.
We can get idea about which team is favorite at the time of comparison. Ranking will help us to find out quickly to solve this comparison but cricket is a unpredictable game where any team can win whatever strong or weak opponent. It's not possible to judge a team by ranking only.
I cannot agree with you.  By seeing the ranking of a team, everyone will understand whether the team is good or not.  I think a team should be considered with rankings.  But yes, big strong teams lose games against weak teams sometimes. It is not possible to consider teams with all this.  I think a team's ranking is everything.

I totally agree that ranking’s can be misleading in this format, and when you look at India one may feel that they’ll probably win the upcoming T20 World Cup, but the reality is that they’ll not win because of their poor bowling. Furthermore this tournament requires strong batting, and again team India’s middle order looks vulnerable and hence if one is planning to wager on them then I would advise not to, because I feel that they may lose too easily against their opponent’s.
1364  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Motosport General discussion tread --- Formula1, MotoGP, WTCC, ETCC, DTM..... on: September 26, 2022, 03:28:04 AM

It looks like the straights are too long on this track which might cause it to be a little boring for spectators. Of course this would help us see more overtakes but the track would just be uniform because of lacking many sharp turns. But I'm always open for new tracks in F1 as this might help increase the curiosity level of people in this sport. Having always the same tracks might start to be boring for some people at some point. I wonder if we will see Caribbean GP being added later into 2023 calendar.

I think I like the layout.

It has big breaks so it means more overtakes, but it also depends on how large the street is.

Fun fact it will be hot whenever they will race always over 30°C

September and October seem lovely for a race on this track. Maybe we might see some rain which would make the race even more attracting for people.  Grin

Singapore GP is closing in as there is only a week left. This is one of the very lovely races in F1 due to being a night race.  Smiley  Let's see how long Verstappen's winning streak will continue - 5 wins for now. Leclerc will hope him to make a mistake or have a problem with his car to win this. Otherwise there is no chance I'm afraid.

I'd like to add Hamilton's unforgettable lap on this track in 2018: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AI3JzYCL3K0

@Distraction night races are always fun to watch, and even if the weather is hot I’m sure that the fans will enjoy watching this race and as an additional bonuses let’s hope that we get to see some over taking's taking place. Furthermore Verstappen seems to be the new Hamilton, because currently he looks unstoppable and it’s quite possible that going ahead he can easily break Hamilton’s records in F1.
1365  Economy / Gambling / Re: Rollbit.com | Crypto's Most Rewarding Casino 👑 on: September 25, 2022, 10:11:10 AM
If the clans wins some amount then the amount will ne shared according to the share of the players or say as per the amount each player has put in to that particular clan.Those who have given small amounts the prize/reward they get will also be small and vice versa.So the clan leader will play on their behalf and loss will also be shared in the same proportion as win so you will see lot of clan participants there.
That part I never truly understood, I mean it looks like there is a good chance that I could be doing something that is maybe very same thing. I never understood the premise of winning more, like yeah you wager a lot more when you put all that money together but you would end up with the same share don't you? Why would it be more money?
You deposited the money in the pool for wagering and now the clan leader gambles on your behalf and if he wins that bet with the amount he has wagered upon with the multiplier hit the rewards will be shared among all the clan members.So suppose you deposited $100 and now with win your share has gone to $110 and this is more then you deposited so it work like this.

@redsun114 it’s normal to be confused about this new feature, because it’s not seen on any other casino as far as I know hence there’s bound be some confusion regarding it. @worle1bm has correctly explained it, but to get a better feel I would suggest you to wager small amounts first so you get used to this innovative concept, and only then would I recommend that you consider scaling up your bets.
1366  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIFA 2022 world cup on: September 25, 2022, 06:43:36 AM
And you need to remember something very important. This is going to be the last world cup in current format. From the next world cup onwards, there will be a total of 48 participants, with increased representation from Africa and Asia. There is going to be much more diversity and we can expect to see countries such as New Zealand taking part in the tournament. So this is going to be the last edition, where the UEFA teams are dominating. We still don't know anything about the tournament structure in 2026, but length of the tournament is a concern.

In the 2026 world cup later, there are three countries that will host. US, Mexico and Canada. and this is the first time the world cup has been hosted by three countries. however, with the increase in the number of participants, I don't know whether to welcome this as good news or a setback.

To be sure, the AFC gets 8 automatic tickets to the finals and 1 ticket is up for grabs via Play-Of. it seems, the world cup will be more boring with many weaker teams than the strongest teams.
The three countries have very deep commercial connections so I do not think this is going to be a problem, think of this as a World Cup that was organized by the whole European continent instead of a single country, also I think this was done as a way to strengthen the candidature of the three countries at the time, after all we must remember that this was after Qatar won the World Cup by bribing FIFA officials, so most likely the three countries thought they could not win the right to host the World Cup on their own but if the three went together then they could get it, which is exactly what ended up happening.

I feel for the player’s because they’ll suffer from the burnout of such a long tournament, and personally I like the location’s too because it’s convenient to travel. Furthermore I don’t think that these 3 countries would have paid any bribes, because they already had the arrangements and I’m sure that player’s too will love to play there over Qatar.

1367  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis League All Thread on: September 24, 2022, 10:19:40 AM
so Federer officially retired today after the match with Nadal against Tifaoe and Jack Sock, it was an entertaining and sadly Nadal and Federer lost, we also lost a legend who gave everything to tennis and was one of the greatest players of all time, he started crying right after the match ended and i couldn't myself hold my tears seeing him saying his last goodbye, it always sucks seeing legends retire.

A cycle has been closed.
He has been one of the most exciting tennis players we have seen in recent years. It was really exciting to see him play, a confidence and skill of other times, in addition to his ways of being a gentleman of another era.... and a good player to bet in each tournament/match Roll Eyes
The new seed players are strong (Sinner, Alcaraz etc) I hope they can have as many victories Wink  as him !

Yeah, we have been discussing already that one day, we will see Federer signing out. And now is the time, he played his last game with his best friend/nemesis in Nadal. At least we are lucky to have witnessed him during his prime, being one of the best tennis players.

So it's about time for the new seed to continue what other great players before them has done. We already have one in Alcaraz, and for sure he will continue the torch. But there are still a lot of young players that can be the next Federer.

I vividly remember that I started watching tennis after hearing his name a lot, and I was impressed not only by his skills on the court but also by his behaviour outside the court. Furthermore the current generation of stars may have the talent, but they lack the ethics that he brought to this game and thus I hope that he’ll find a way to be connected to this sport in some capacity.
1368  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: September 24, 2022, 07:48:01 AM
Tuchel wouldn't replace Allegri or Nagelsmann in the near future as I said before. I don't expect Juventus or Bayern Munich to take such action before the end of the season. They still have another transfer window ahead of them not much time later to try to solve the problems in their squads. Tuchel will need to wait for some time to find the right team for himself. Actually I didn't want to see him being sacked by Chelsea above all things. He didn't deserve to be given up on so easy. I hope we can see him managing another big team and having successful seasons.
Tuchel could have accepted offers from big teams like Juventus and Bayern Munich, managing a big team could boost Tuchel reputation as well as make Chelsea regret having sacked him. The conditions that Juventus and Bayern Munich are currently experiencing are very possible for them to contact Tuchel if Allegri and Nagelsmann are not able to improve the performance of the teams they work with. Tuchel would not think twice about accepting an offer from one of these teams, because by becoming the coach of Juventus or Bayern Munich Tuchel would prove that Chelsea had made the wrong decision.

Although there are rumors that Bayern Munich will replace coach Julian Nagelsmann with several names, but so far Nagels' position is still relatively safe.
Julian Nagelsmann is still trusted to improve the performance of the Munich squad, this situation is the first difficult situation for Nagels in his tenure during the last year at Bayern Munich.
however, he clearly has to end the run of this negative trend quickly and build momentum for Die Bayern's results and performances. he needs to find a way to regain the players' trust and support for a good result after the international break, so I think the rumors that julian nagelsmann will soon be sacked have been debunked.

I have been reading that Conte is ready to come to Juventus and replace Allegri, but I feel that this a really bad move because he’s building something really special at Tottenham and it’s also never easy taking over a team in mid season. Furthermore Chelsea’s new owner’s backed Tuchel with lots of money, but the results were poor and the way they were playing was also bad hence I can now understand why they decided to sack him.
1369  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: French Soccer League Predictions and Discussion Thread (Ligue 1) on: September 24, 2022, 04:04:01 AM
Losing one player in the trio is bad only if their combination is good for PSG. If they have conflicts with each other and their combination is not too good, perhaps missing one player can be better.

Fortunately, likely that we are seeing better combination and connection between them after the drama from Mbappe. Whether they can succeed, it will depend on how they maintain it in Champions League.
Mbappe must change his childish egotistical attitude. He is a talented player as one of the young stars, but if he always behaves selfishly which does not benefit his team then he will fade before he reaches his peak. Neymar and Messi are two more experienced players, they know what they have to do for the team and their friends so that the team's goals can be achieved. But if Mbappe does not always indulge his passions and selfishness, then the appearance of the PSG striker is really very scary.

I want to see how far PSG can stay in the Champions League this season and I also want to see how the three strikers perform in every game. Messi, Neymar and Mbappe would be great if they understood each other.

@hd49728 this might be Messi’s last season at PSG unless he decides to extend it for another year, hence I’m sure that he’ll be very keen to win the champions league with PSG because I feel that he’ll return to Barcelona in 2023. @Falconer this year too Real Madrid is looking very strong to me in the champions league, and PSG can only win it if these trio completely coordinate with each other otherwise they’ll be beaten once again.
1370  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ English Premier League Season: 2022/2023 on: September 23, 2022, 09:56:38 AM

It looks like we are getting very close to the end of Manchester United's incredible form in the league.  Grin

Because their next match is going to be against Manchester City in Etihad. There is no way Manchester United stand a chance in this match.
Never say never! This is the Premier League, and Manchester United have a more compact defense than Manchester City. Once you block the passes from midfield, it becomes a problem for the City attack. I can't say for sure after the international break, but if they keep up their recent form, they might get a point against Manchester City. Nobody expected them to get a positive result from inform Arsenal when they played them, but they did. Over2.5 goals is a good bet.

@emrecemsan normally I would have agreed with you, but this is a new Manchester United and Ten Hag will probably prepare fresh tactics to beat City, thus if you feel that City will win easily then you may end up being disappointed. @igehhh post the break many inured player’s of Manchester United will be back too, which will further strengthen their squad hence I’m expecting them to cause an upset and beat City.
1371  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ODI cricket and general cricketing discussion [self - mod] on: September 23, 2022, 07:42:42 AM
The way the Indian women's team has been progressing in recent times is truly commendable. Despite losing the T20 series against England, India's women's team has already won the title by winning the first two matches of the ODI series. And their performance in both matches was excellent. Harmanpreeet Kaur batted very well, especially in two matches. Due to his amazing innings, the Indian team was able to defeat the England team very easily. And if this trend continues, the Indian women's team will lead the world in the future.
Their performance in this series was really good, but it will be too early to say that they will dominate women's cricket similar to what their male counterparts do. One of the main reasons why players such as Harmanpreeet are performing this good is due to their participation in franchise leagues around the world. She has participated in both the W100 (Manchester Originals) and the WBBL (Melbourne Renegades, Sydney Thunder). The same can be said about some of the other players in the squad as well.
Well, it is a little too early to say that they are going to be as good as their male counterpart. But with all the problems that are going on in men's cricket, I think they are not very far away. In men's cricket, there are a lot of problems because there is the problem of having a big4.  and those for teams trying to hold onto the power that they have over the ICC and not letting the smaller teams play regularly. I think women's cricket is doing quite well right now and even though I don't think women's cricket will also be safe from these types of problems but right now I have hope.

The good thing is now BCCI taking WIPL seriously, they are about to issue tenders for the media rights etc soon.

Apart from setting up WIPL I'd also like to see if they change venues (Countries, probably SENA -alternate year-) once it gets settled, this would ensure local kids are getting a fair amount of exposure in other conditions too because there is hardly any bilateral cricket available for girls
I think a big reason why the BCCI is actually considering giving WIPL  a chance is that The Indian women have performed really well in recent times.  and with the recent win against England in the ODI, the Indian women have proved that they can perform really well against bigger opponents. So I think it is the right time for BCCI to arrange WIPL and set the tempo for the future of women's cricket.

I would advise people to give the Indian women cricket team some more time, and not burden them with unnecessary expectations because they’ll need more exposure to perform or even outperform their male counterparts. Furthermore I feel that WIPL will be a huge success, and it’ll totally change Indian woman's cricket team performance’s and I hope that BCCI will not delay it now and launch it soon.
1372  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: September 23, 2022, 03:38:59 AM
In Australia, venues do matter but I didn't check the list yet but sure it won't be a surprise if they are keeping 1 test at Gabba. After all it's their fortress, although it has been already breached by inexperienced Indian kids in 2021.

Winning there is a difficult task indeed but not impossible.
After the World Cup in Australia we have two test match series first is West indies is going to play against them with first test match is going to play at Perth from 30 November to 4 December, and then we have second test match which is going to play at Adelaide, from 8 December to 12 December this is Day/Night match.
~~~
Two decades ago, the pitch at Perth (WACA ground) used to be the most pace-supportive one anywhere in the world. But as cricket moved towards a more batsmen-dominated phase, the curators were forced to make them more flatter. In the old days, getting a total of 200 in any of the innings used to be a tough task at WACA. On the other hand, grounds in Eastern Australia, such as SCG and MCG used to be more supportive for the batsmen as well as the spinners. While WACA lost it's original identity, the other grounds have mostly held on to theirs.
@JSRAW team Australia will easily defeat West Indies because of two reasons i.e. 1) due to the home advantage, and secondly because this is a weak WI side which I feel won’t be able to last for long against the mighty Australian side. Lastly I’m looking forward to South Africa vs Australia matches as that series should be more entertaining, and if SA bowler’s can exploit the swing conditions in Australia then it’s quiet possible that they may be able to beat Australia.
1373  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: September 22, 2022, 10:36:57 AM
I think that the election is going to be really important for the future of cricket. It might determine the future of cricket for the associate Nations as I think in order to spread cricket more ICC needs to divert its attention more towards Associate nations. BCCI have always found advantages from ICC and I hope that this thing change after the selection and  ICC will treat almost all if not all team the same.
If mafia don Srinivasan becomes the chairman again, then there will be a lot more corruption and once again Associate nations will be the ones to suffer the most. The current chairman is also not much better, as he is a pig-4 nominee. Maybe PCB, SLCB and other smaller boards should unite this time and put forward a single choice for the post of chairman. Siding with the BCCI is not going to be beneficial in the long term, although it will bring rewards in the short run (even the ECB and CA have realized this aspect).
Virtually no debate on Srinivasan's dodgy history as everybody is well aware of it.
But you are implying that BCCI was directly responsible for the Associate's suffering. This might surprise you, it was ICC that reduced the fund for associates when they dismantled the BIG-3 system and added Ireland and Afghanistan.
And another fun fact about the 2 board's names you mentioned. In a recent ICC meeting (regarding media rights auction) one of the board was very keen to push for 8 year deal only instead of 4 years. No cookies for any guess that which board and why the focus was on a longer deal.
@JSRAW I would like to ask a question. Why do we have to choose between two shit? Why do we always have to make a choice between which one is less snitty or which one is more snitty? There are times when we know that none of them are going to be of any use to us in the future. Is it not possible to bring another candidate forward? Is there no one else eligible for this position of work? If any of the individuals you are being suggested for nomination are nominated, I don't see any improvement for cricket.
@Sithara007 Srinivasan is obviously going to do a terrible job and there will be a lot of corruption no doubt about that. If he is selected again, there is not going to be any improvement for cricket in my opinion. We will be back in the old days again.
@Swordsoffreedom I don’t see any other strong candidate to challenge Srinivasan if he’s eligible to contest, and I also doubt that those team’s will unite behind a single candidate. Furthermore do you’ll actually believe that Srinivasan will repeat his old tricks this time too?, because I felt that even if he returned he would be under heavy scrutiny from the media and fans and therefore he would have to strictly follow the rules.
Ukraine has not been able to create anything compared to the match in the selection for the World Cup. Ukraine did not create a single dangerous moment, didn't make a single shot on target in Scotland, this is somehow very strange for Ukrina. Here thoughts creep in, either Ukraine is not interested in the League of Nations (although they used to play well there), or they repaid the debt for the previous match...
The game was kind of boring to me and I wasn't expecting Scotland to keep the pressure on Ukraine so badly. Ukraine didn't put up an impressive performance in the game and it was really poor. They try in the first half not to concede a goal, why not maintain the tactics in the second halve and know that it's a draw game and will be sharing points, instead they tend to allow scotland invade their midfield and defend and led scored three goals in the second half. Scotland led with big win and Ukraine might de devastated at the moment.
@Cryptmuster it’s clear that their mind wasn’t present on the pitch, and I don’t blame them considering what’s happening back at their home. Furthermore I’m really excited for Belgium vs Wales, and Italy vs England and my predictions are that Belgium and Italy will win their respective game’s comfortably, and this may finally be the wake up call that England need’s before the World Cup begins.
Sportsbet never really stops to amaze with nice surprises!
I won't be able to travel to World Cup because of personal stuff, but I wish everyone a very good luck and that extra money reward with accommodation will make this trip much better.
I don't know prices of hotels in Qatar but I am sure it's not going to be cheap during World Cup, and if someone from forum wins this I expect to see some pictures Smiley
@notblox1 that’s indeed an really nice giveaway but due to the location of the World Cup even I’m giving it a pass, also @sportsbet.io I hope that you’ll send the winner a guide on things that can be considered offensive there even when it might seem normal in their country because that’ll help them during their visit.
Unbelievable! Just several days ago I said in in this post that I will be doing multibets with 80-90 odds to test a pattern of betting(read the post if you want details). 1376  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: September 21, 2022, 02:33:08 PM
Barcelona has won their last two away matches against Real Madrid. And in both matches Barcelona players dominated. Barcelona won 4-0 against Real Madrid in last season's away match. So even if the next match is Real Madrid's home match, Barcelona will definitely win if they play well.
But with Real Madrid's consistency now, they are very difficult to beat. Real Madrid played amazingly against Atletico Madrid in the last match. And so, the next match of Barcelona vs Real Madrid will definitely be competitive and enjoyable. So far the chances of both teams winning are 50-50.
 Grin What is the point of remembering that victory of Barcelona in a game that no longer decided anything for Real? Real Madrid by that time had already solved the problem of the championship in La Liga and was focused on the Champions League. Plus, since that game, the compositions of both teams have changed significantly - in fact, Barcelona has become a different team altogether, and Real have made small changes. I agree that it will be an interesting game, but there is no point in linking it with the results of previous meetings.
@KTChampions I believe that player’s and fans often cite these past results to get into their opponent’s heads, but currently I have to admit that Real Madrid look strong to me.
However when one considers that Barcelona have a player like Lewandowski who can change the match at any time, then they’ll realise that this match looks very risky to wager on and unless the odds are very lucrative I feel that they wouldn’t be tempted to wager on this match.
Lastly I feel that this match can end up in a draw 1 - 1 or a 2 - 1 with Real Madrid winning, because of their consistent form and Lewandowski scoring the goal for Barcelona, what do you’ll think of my predictions.
We thought Bayern didn't get affected much after Lewandowski leave but after first three games they went to downhill pretty fast. I've never expected four games in a row without getting them any win. On one hand I'm glad their domination of a decade may come to an end, competition bring more excitement to Bundesliga again. On the other hand this might be a temporary setback. I just wish Dortmund and other contenders use this opportunity and make some point difference. So we can see more competitive league for whole season.
We have the same assumptions as you. however, on the way Bayern Munich had problems, especially their concentration was divided for the champions league as well.
IMO, that is what triggered the initial decline experienced by Nagelsmann's squad. as you said, on the other hand the Bundesliga feels more competitive.
Bayern's dominance for a decade is beginning to be shaken. as for Sadio Mane, in his initial journey he showed very positive results. but Bayern Munich's change of strategy made Mane unable to follow quickly, I think Mane needs more time to adapt to Nagelsmann's coaching style. as for what is happening to Bayern Munich for now, this is an opportunity for other clubs to be able to compete to get as many points as possible.
@ingiltere to be honest I’m not so sure if Bayern’s reign will end so soon, because as we have seen in the past seasons that their competitors always stumble in the later stages of the season, and then Bayern ends up comfortably winning the league title.
Lastly even if they do end up losing the league title this season then I feel that they’ll go for a massive rebuild next season, hence it’ll only be a temporary setback but one must not consider them defeated just yet, because they do have quality player’s that can help them bounce back quickly as the season progresses.
Cameron Green has been outsourced from Singapore and is known as a power hitter. The pitch was made for the batters and I was very happy to see KL Rahul going after the Australian bowlers. As usual Virat Kohli was again a flop and I am not sure why Rohit and Dravid are still allowing him to play. Let him sit on the bench for a couple of games to make him realize that he is also vulnerable. Bhumrah should have been made to play yesterday's game. Pathetic bowling by India was seen yesterday.
Due to the responsible batting of Cameron Green and Mathew Wade, Australia won this match. Despite Australia's top order playing well but the middle order losing a few wickets quickly, Australia almost lost the match. But they won the match due to the weakness of Indian pace bowlers.
Virat Kohli should have been given a chance. He showed great performance in Asia Cup. We all thought after a long time maybe Virat Kohli is back in form and now he will be able to continue his good performances regularly. But again we saw his poor performance against Australia.
It was a terrific run chase by Australia to win the match. Wade's performance was excellent. A big congratulations goes out to the Australian Men's Cricket Team. The Indian bowling attack needs to be improved. As a death overs bowler, Bhuvaneswar often proves to be a failure with wayward bowling and too many wide balls. The closing woes of Bumrah should be fixed. The match was lost because of missed lbw reviews and catches.
During the Asia Cup, Virat Kohli was a regular performer, but then he struggled against Australia. It will be interesting to see if he has regained his form.
@pakhitheboss I feel that they’re keeping him around, because the T20 World Cup is coming and they want experienced player’s in the side but post that tournament if he yet underperforms then he’ll be benched for sure.
Agreed. Bhuvi isn't a great death overs bowler
He's an excellent death bowler but in this case, it means death bowler for the Indian team.  Grin Also I would blame the sponsors, before the bilateral series was under the Paytm banner and India hardly lost any bilateral but now they have changed the sponsor lol.
On a serious note, it would be a lot better if they can utilize Bhuvi at the start.
@JSRAW it’s kinda surprising that Rohit is not using him early, despite his failure to be the primary death bowler and if team India wants to improve then they’ll have to take bolder decisions regarding the death bowler slot.
Juventus have long had problems not only within the team but also in the coaching staff. Juventus now reminds me Manchester United, who have exactly the same problems. It's just that times are changing and idols are also failing. No one would have guessed that Napoli would now be at the top of the standings and generally play better than all the other Serie A clubs. It certainly used to be Juventus, but their time has passed.
Juventus can still make it in this season to be the top, if their coach can do the right thing that will help the players to handle their various position very well in their remaining matches. I think, Juventus will not allow poor performance to occur again than to start using their old strategies that made them to performed well last season in this season. Napoli are really doing well in this season, that showed that they will definitely achieve something good from this tournament if they continue with their winning till the end of the season.
@Sebas.tian I feel that Juventus now needs to understand that it’s not working with Allegri, and maybe he’ll cite that last year Ronaldo left and this year Pogba is injured but I feel that these excuses won’t help him survive if results don’t improve. Furthermore while Napoli is playing well, I yet feel that it’s a three way race between Napoli, Milan and Inter Milan and outside contenders to win the league are Roma and Juventus.
Actually, a lot of people do not realize that Croatia has a really good and balanced team. I also agree that the success that they had in the last World Cup was not a coincidence. They have a good team and the best thing is that the team has also performed well together.
The world cup winner, France, and the runners-up, Croatia were probably the most deserved places for both teams. I honestly expect good performance from them in the upcoming World Cup as well. But I really think that this time the competition is going to be harder. It will be interesting to see Croatia plays against Argentina if these two teams face off against each other, because in the last World Cup I believe Croatia won against Argentina quite easily but this time Argentina is a lot stronger.
Croatia is one of the dark horses in the Qatar world cup stage, how could we not realize the existence of Croatia in this year's world cup. they were runners-up for the 2018 world cup, the Croatian national team managed to qualify for the 2022 World Cup in Qatar and joined in Group F. Belgium, Canada, Morocco, Croatia.
Statistically, the only formidable opponent in the group F phase is Belgium. both croatia and belgium are likely to walk away easily from the group F phase. however, when it comes to argentina vs croatia. Statistically and squad depth, Argentina is more favored in this year's world cup. and if these two teams meet and face each other, I believe argentina can conquer croatia easily. even so, I have no doubt that Croatia can perform even better like in the 2018 world cup.
@rahmad2nd while Croatia did perform well earlier but lately I’m not sure if they’ll cause some upsets at the World Cup, because I feel that their X factor is gone and now they’ll have to put in some impressive performances to stun the bigger team’s. Furthermore Argentina will always be the favourites due to the Messi factor, but yet I feel that Croatia will at least put up some fight and thus we should witness an entertaining match.
