13841  Economy / Speculation / Re: Could Bitcoin hit 10.000 in 2018? on: October 16, 2017, 10:46:03 AM
Yes it's possible to happen on 2018, early this year the price was only $1,000 and when October enters the price went up to $5,000 so there's already a $4,000 increase to it's price right now. And I have a big faith that $10,000 on 2018 is very possible but it's not going to be an easy way for bitcoin to reach that moment because a rally is very possible but if it is able to reach $10,000 as new floor that's better.
13842  Economy / Economics / Re: who own the world's biggest bitcoin wallet? on: October 16, 2017, 10:10:46 AM
if satoshi nakomoto mined 1 million bitcoins in early days. who own the second worlds biggest bitcoin wallet?  Grin

No one knows on who's the second or the people that has the largest bitcoins on their wallet.

And these are the businesses that are hodling a lot of bitcoin for their services and right now the number 1 is bitfinex and it is just their cold storage, I wonder on how many in total bitcoins they are holding. Well even we know who are those people that holds a lot of bitcoin it will never change the fact that I'm holding a few one.  Grin
I guess most common people holding huge amounts of bitcoins are certainly exchanges or maybe traders, and stikl there are no way to check who are those big amount holders, unless someone would claim it actually, but there is no reason also that they would let their identity being exposed, as you look into it, even Satoshi Nakamoto's identity has so many rumors.

They are business and not people and that wallet is compose of a lot of people that are involve to that wallet address. It's like consolidating their funds and was able to mine and buy before when the price was still low. I'm wishing that I'm one on that list or my wallet is on that but I doubt it will happen soon. Look at the first one, it says bitfinex cold wallet storage so I guess others are just the same.

your answers are on point. but maybe the winklevoss twins is one of the few who hold plenty bitcoins in their bitcoin wallets their the one involved in making the bitcoin approve in the sec of the united state. and they claim before that they own the 1% of bitcoins in the circulation that time. correct me if im wrong. they are investor so they think bitcoin for longterm investments and they know bitcoin is the new technology that can surpass others. they have the resources to have that plenty bitcoin that they are claiming

Possible they are one of the major big holders of those wallets that got a lot of bitcoin. 1% of bitcoin in the circulation is a lot of it. They are into long term investments in bitcoin but there's nothing going to change even if we know if they are holding it for real or else we have to work very well so that we can have some bitcoin and let ourselves inspire by those people that got a lot of it.
13843  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do you expect a crash soon ? Or you see bitcoin keep climbing ? on: October 16, 2017, 09:40:26 AM
Feel free to free your thoughts bitcoiners Cool. We are aproaching a major point of the bitcoin bull run so now let's watch the bitcoin rally very very close.
I'm expecting both things, there will be more price climbing in the upcoming before the hard fork  but before we are heading there. I'm just tuning in right now and I'll go with the flow because I don't have any plans because I'm a long term holder so if the price goes down, I really don't care at all but if the price goes up then that's I'm more caring because there's a lot of profit if that happens.
13844  Economy / Economics / Re: New rich people thanks to BTC on: October 15, 2017, 11:50:53 PM
I guess there are more rich people now more than ever! Prices just went from 0-60 in 3.5 (car reference, Tongue). Anyway, I think the recent price pump as made a lot more millionaires and a lot more early adopter billionaires. I guess, the saying goes, "to the moon!" The prices are really skyrocketing and I think we'll reach another new floor price for bitcoins.

Yes there's a lot of rich people now because of bitcoin and now enjoying their profit with it. For sure some did bought their lambo's, I've watched a kid that wants to have his lambo and there are some that became multi millionaire because of bitcoin while the price was even lower so I can imagine on how rich they are now as for sure they've got still some bitcoins to hold. I wish that I can become one of those millionaires.
13845  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: October 15, 2017, 11:29:05 PM
I think the most important is invest your money. Saving money have possibility to spend it when the time that you really need money. When you invest your money you will multiply it as the same time pass by. Although saving money is important too when you need money in the time that you don't have it that time but it is better to invest because your money multiply as you invest it that's why I will pick invest your money than Saving it.

Invest and saving is just correlated to each other, if you are an investor you should be able to save some money too. Save your profit and almost everything when it comes to business and growing about your money. Just do both things when you have enough money so that you won't be falling into the same mistake of just saving your money in the bank because I have an experience like this because I'm afraid of investing before.
13846  Economy / Speculation / Re: 2 Days back i sold 17 BTC for 4968 $ on bittrex - i regret on: October 15, 2017, 11:07:39 PM
hello just 2 days back

I sold around 17 BTC for 4968$ on bittrex

and bitcoin price got pumped recently

should i wait for price drop or should i buy at current price  ?
You can't do anything now but to wait instead of buying at higher price. Don't worry about it as there will be the time that the price of bitcoin will go down eventually after the quick pump. What's even the reason why you have sold that 17 bitcoin? You've got $84,000 and that's barely a lot of money, if I were you I won't be gambling at the current price of bitcoin. I know there will be some proper correction maybe if it will be back at $5,000 go buy some.

Barely a lot of money? speak for yourself moneybags thats a lot of money for 90% of the world.
That said do as I say not as I do - buy them back and forget about btc or trading until 2020. You shouldn't give 2 fucks about a $600 difference per coin by that time.

What's with the rage? Do as you say or do whatever you want and do whatever you think which is right. If you think that he shouldn't give that thing about the $600 difference then it's up to him. I was curious why he really have to sold all of those 17 bitcoin if he's in need of cash he can just sell 10% of it and use the cash and just do just like what you say and hold it until 2020.

I think he should read a lot about trading to gain confidence.  Grin
Because if he will not then he will constantly posting here asking for advice. Which will make him confused, for there are so many different advice of course he can choose the best but it's hard to identify. Smiley

I know his feeling about buying at that rate and seeing the price right now which is accelerated and we don't have any idea if it is about to get back. But we may not know if that price will be able to get back but I have a feeling that we are now in a good stable, floor price of $5,000. He's confused actually and he really don't know what to do because of selling at that price but for me, profit is profit.

Yeah you should not regret if you have made good profits by selling your bitcoins as the price of bitcoin is something no one can have a control and if you have bought at low price then there is nothing to get disappointed as you will get many opportunities in future to make regular profits and now I think he should wait for the price to drop so that he can buy some more coins at lower price.
I agree with you but i understand why he is in regret because why sell it at 5k if after a day or 2 you can sell  it for 5.7k he did not make a loss and profit does count as profit but you learned to not give up fast.
I know that feeling because it happened to me when the price of bitcoin was at $2k rate but look on what happened the price went up to $4,000 very quick. Just think that you made some profits and don't think about it again because it will just give you an upsetting feeling if you will never move on with this type of trade. This is the risky thing in trading but still think about it as a profit.

13848  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC price will go down? on: October 15, 2017, 10:27:53 PM
Expect it that the price will go down but we are now on the next level. The price of bitcoin is even higher right now so if ever there will be a price correction the price was still even better than before. I use to expect it all the time when the price of bitcoin is pumping as it will be followed by another price dump. And by this time most of the the alt coins are going to be in a massive correction and right time of selling it.
Of course as expected bitcoin price goes down every minute of the day or an hour. Gradually,it will increase and that's the cycle of bitcoin's price. We know the fact that it keeps on increasing and decreasing but one thing that we don't even know why it happens. Actually,I'm used to it and I can't change its way of movement. I can see how it progress in the last 8 years. And,all the more for this year and the following years to come.

I'm expecting, yes bitcoin's price moves from time to time and there will be a lot of times we'll see it pumping and dumping. But you really don't know why the price of bitcoin was being pumped and dumped? The main reason for that is because bitcoin's demand is increasing so everyone is buying bitcoin and this is the reason why the price of it increases, so think that when the price is increasing there's a massive volume of people that buys.
13849  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Microsoft accepting BITCOIN ??!! on: October 15, 2017, 10:14:38 PM
Is Microsot accepting BITCOIN  BTC??  If so it is wonderful news!!

https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/help/13942/microsoft-account-add-money-with-bitcoin

I've seen this news on the social media and it's a good one that many popular companies are starting to accept bitcoin for their payment. Bill Gates is a supporter of bitcoin and this is just a right thing to do if they want to get more profit about bitcoin. And expect maybe next time facebook will accept bitcoin payments for their advertising service on their social media platform and as well as instagram, wait for it.
13850  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Telegram channels can pump a coin by 50%-200%... on: October 15, 2017, 09:53:10 PM
There's no such as pump and dump group anymore in my vocabulary, before I'm believing that there are certain groups that are doing anything to pump an alt coin. But since this was invented to have telegram groups, this now makes those advantage takers to do their best of choice for their alt coins to be helped by other people that are hoping to get some decent profit by telling them what to buy.
13851  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Should I invest now or wait a while? on: October 15, 2017, 09:38:00 PM
Hey guys, my name is Thamos and I'm fairly new to Bitcoin. I've been reading up on Bitcoin for like, only, 2/3 weeks now. I was already planning on investing but I wanted to have a bit more knowledge about it all. I guess now I do.

I was just wondering, seeing how Bitcoin's price has increased by a lot over the last couple days, when would be best for me to hop in the pool. Should I buy now or should I wait till the price drops (even if it's only by a small percentage)?

I'm just looking for some advice. Thanks a lot!

Hello Thamos welcome to the forum and to the bitcoin world. You should know on how bitcoin's price are increasing and decreasing most of the time because if you realize that there's a lot of fluctuation that's happening to bitcoin you'll be in a situation that you will regret later on if you are still lack of knowledge in it. Investing now is always a good idea to bitcoin as we can see the price of it is increasing and there will be a regret if you'll not invest today.

13853  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin prices rise high on: October 15, 2017, 09:11:21 PM
Yes Bitcoin prices are rising high right now because people are realizing that even if countries ban them and Big Bank figures like Jamie Dimon have bad things to say about it, Bitcoin always ends up prevailing.

Not exactly, people are investing because they realize that bitcoin is a real investment and it's price is increasing which is really attracting. And this is why everyone starting to make their own bitcoin investment and it's not just a cryptocurrency anymore but everyone treats it as an investment. In the upcoming future, everyone is expecting their very own prediction about the price of bitcoin.
13854  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin can not replace fiat on: October 15, 2017, 04:23:20 PM
Correct. The problem lies in a country that doesn't accept bitcoin, that's what makes bitcoin cann't replace fiat. However as an alternative, bitcoin very reliable than other payment processors because bitcoin easy to use.

And even that country is willing to accept and adopt bitcoin on their economy still it isn't sufficient to make the replacement of fiat. Fiat is needed and bitcoin is just another way of paying transactions and services that we are purchasing. I doubt it that it will be replacing the usage of fiat because it's decentralized and would you think that a centralized government will let something decentralized to be use as their main currency?
Of course they never accept it, why do they need to accept an asset without any benefit for them? Well, if you are the government, you also have this thought, because Bitcoin can affect the benefit of the government in future if they accept it.

They can benefit to bitcoin but for now it is mostly their threat in their services specially the banks that are holding or controlled by the government. And that's why if they will replace fiat by bitcoin it's like they committed a suicide by letting something that they can control, control the whole economy of their government and country so no more hopes that there will be a country that will be replacing it's fiat money by bitcoin.
13855  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The future of Bitcoin on: October 15, 2017, 04:04:35 PM
The main strength of bitcoin is to become cryptocurrency with the first decentralized system, this makes bitcoin very popular compared to any coin. otherwise it is certainly the most expensive price making it the most prospective investment bitcoin.
It's the reason why many are seeing the future of bitcoin as great one because we are keep on speculating high amounts of value for bitcoin. No doubt that there will be a day that everyone will regret that the future of bitcoin is great and they never listened to those people that are keep on sharing about bitcoin on them. The decentralized cryptocurrency is what makes everyone invest to bitcoin because it can't be control by the government.
13856  Economy / Services / Re: 💗 Sexting service, Sexy/nude pics & hot vids! 💗 on: October 15, 2017, 06:16:57 AM
I think this is just the same with the another member here that offers camshows and that is vkcams. But sexting I doubt it because you can just naughty words even you are a man. I'm not interested with the offer but did someone confirmed that shes a real woman? Anyway good luck to your college.
13857  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin reduces unemployment on: October 14, 2017, 09:54:09 PM
Bitcoin doesn't significantly reduce unemployment. Like me for example, remain unemployed because i prefer to trading altcoin or forex. After all, income i get still higher than when i was an employee.

It is reducing the unemployment because those people that doesn't have job found a good opportunity in bitcoin to make money so they choose to be with that way. I'm also thinking the situation that it is also producing unemployment because those people that has the job challenged themselves to quit there and just chose to be with bitcoin and focusing with it for full time.
13858  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Creating a ALT on: October 14, 2017, 09:37:24 PM
I am new to this and just had a few questions when it comes to the developing part of a coin. If I develop a coin and start it can I change the code and add certain stuff to it?

Like can I make it to where it also accepts bitcoin if it starts off as a ether coin.

The reason why I ask is because I have a investor willing to invest $500,000 in an idea of mine and I want to continue building on it while its in the ico stage.

I have big plans and also high contacts/celebrities to endorse the coin as well.

I agree with crankautist, since you've got a big capital of $500,000 and it looks like you lack of knowledge in creating a new coin then why not just hire your employees and start your own team. But anyway if this coin is just about making money, please don't add to those useless ones. It seems that you know how to market a coin but you have to know first the pros and cons about this, making a coin is not just about publishing it and making one.
13859  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BITCOIN AS PAYMENT FOR ONLINE GAMES on: October 14, 2017, 09:30:08 PM
I need your opinion about having bitcoin for payments in online games, it is good or nah?

I'm a gamer and for me as a bitcoin user this is a convenient when purchasing in-game items or any upgrade of membership, so it is a good one.

Using bitcoin as payments for in-game items and upgrades is very useful since many people are capable of technology devices though bitcoin and online games are done by computers.

That's true.

I thinks its very efficient for me as a gamer and a bitcoin user to have a transaction or payment like that.

The same for me as well.
